Purchased a banana cream pie. Price was great at $9. Crust reminded me of Keebler ready made pie crust off the shelf. I was all excited for a great BC pie and I was disappointed. Not my go to place for banana cream pie 🥧

We have been here several times over the years and the quality is great. The prices are reasonable. Have to go early in the day before they sell out! The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable and nice.

Been getting Birthday cakes here for nearly 40 years - we love this place. Their buttercream frosting to us is perfect - just the right level of sweetness and texture.

I had heard such wonderful things about this bakery. I decided it was about time that I try it. I went on a Friday at 2 pm. I had a terrible experience. I was the only customer. A staff member was on the phone taking an order. I heard voices in the back. I waited for at least 10 minutes and no one bothered to acknowledge my presence. Additionally, the cases were empty. There wasn’t much of anything to buy, just a few pre-made boxes of cookies, 2 small cakes and a few pastries. I was shocked that there was not a larger stock of baked goods available. After being completely ignored and not happy with the selection at all, I walked out. I will not be returning.

Y 1st time here. I had the carrot cake. I was told is was just carrots so I wasn't sure about but tried it and it was absolutely delicious. There's so much shelf space that the selection seems Limited but not at all. Parking is the only 👎But over all a Great bakery!!!

I would like to let you all know, my Mom loved her Raspberry Torte for her 75th! It rode well in the truck tool box for 2.5 hours. Yes, she started slicing into it 2 days before her birthday! It was fabulous and the added detail was appreciated. ♥️

Am I the only person that thinks Jackson’s bakery has gone down hill since it changed hands? The customer service is HORRIBLE and the pastries are just okay. Not to mention that annoying recording you get when they aren’t taking anymore orders even when you call ahead two weeks of a holiday. Really? I thought I would be able to order something (not for the holiday) but a cake for the day after I called but the recording stops and just hangs up. So frustrating and disappointed in Jackson’s!

I ordered a chocolate whipped cream birthday cake. It was dried out and hard . Tasted old and threw it away. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Visited former Greece residents in Maryland. Such a great gift from home to bring! A Jackson's torte cake, fudge top cake, cherry kuchen, butterscotch pecan kuchen, and frosted pumpkin cookies! Everything traveled well, and was a huge hit!

As a family we have been going there since 1948. My first birthday cake came from there. Now my grandsons ask for cakes from here. So they are the fourth generation to enjoy their cakes, cookies, breads and all that is good there.

I've never had anything bad from here for as long as I can remember so thats at least 35 years!! But the cupcakes they made for my daughter's birthday were just amazing and so beautiful! Plus the frosting was delicious and I typically don't enjoy frosting!

Ordered 🍋 cake; but was misunderstood by Alexis who took my order. The cake I ordered should have been one layer with lemon frosting & shavings of lemon peel scattered on the top. What I received was a two layers with funfetti on the sides. I had told my husband that the cake was $30. We also bought sesame bread ($3) & 4 eclairs & 2 Apple Danish. When he questioned the total, the clerk insisted it was the right order. The reason I am complaining is that I believe that you are losing money by wrong written orders. Alexis was very courteous & pleasant but the WRONG ORDER WAS WRITTEN AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. This cake was for my 95yr old mother-in-law. Sincerely, M.Watt
