Had to wait for over 20 minutes just for ice cream. Someone came after us and order and this lady gave them their order first. Then she proceed it to take another and then she started making their order first. On top of that after I went and asked for my order she said "what did I forget?" Uuuh my order obviously!! When she was making our order she then told us they didn't have any cookie butter which we had asked for. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Cool treats are great, lots of different rotating flavors. May want to go at off peak times as it can take a while to get your treat if there are already lines.

This is the second time that i have come to this location and have been dissatisfied with customer service do to lack of paying attention the first time i came i asked for peanut butter ice which the gentlemen’ gave me coffee i ensured the associate that i was in fact coffee and not peanut butter and he just stared and me and and huffed and buffed and walked away. Then proceeded to taste the ice out of the freezer to confirm the flavor and to his surprise it was coffee and process with and attitude asking me what i wanted him to do . Just rude. Second time i came the gentleman had to make my order over twice just do to lack of listening i told him i wanted to substitute the nerd candy for chocolate chips he started making it and completed it with out any chocolate chips and then got an attitude once i told him and which he confirmed that i only wanted to have chocolate chips then the second time he made it over he did NOT layer it correct with chocolate chips he did not put any at the bottom or middle just the top. Come on I’ve been coming here for a while now and these two experiences have me not wanting to revisit this location. Mind you these are two separate employees the first guys must have got let go. Also i arrive btwn 930pm and 940pm and the door was locked. When the guy came to the door to open it he asked me if u had a pick up order as if they were closed for the night and implying they were only taking online orders, then stared at me even i asked him are they closed or something and he just looked at me and said umm watch the floor it’s wet. With no sign on the floor and all the chairs and tables picked up. That is a very uninvited experience for someone to walk into

Came in to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice today to use a coupon voucher the kids received at school. It was our first time here. The wait was a little long however, they have one gentleman doing EVERYTHING. They were out of the flavor 3 of us wanted but despite that Braxton was able to help serve us and not disappoint. I was going to skip getting anything and was talking quietly among my family and he overheard me mention some flavors. He so calmly and graciously offered to get me samples of the flavors I was interested in and was able to save the sale and keep us all very happy. He never made us feel rushed yet he never stopped. Despite the long line of people and the wait times he handles the store very well. He is able to work efficiently while being professional and calm. He really impressed us! I hope this company knows what they have in this young gentleman. The ice was amazing. Two of us got just ice and two got the ice and soft serve swirl. We all enjoyed what we got. Strongly recommend bringing some water it made us thirsty! We look forward to being back many more times! This will take place of our summer snow cone runs!

Jeremiah's has always been a go-to for me, no matter which city or state I find myself in, all thanks to its delightful array of flavors. This particular location stands out with its unique decor—it's absolutely adorable! The ambiance adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the already fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend for both the flavors and the charming atmosphere!

I’ve been a fan of Jeremiah’s since I experienced it visiting my sister in Florida. I can’t say how excited I was to find out Jeremiah’s was coming to Texas. I love Jeremiah’s and take my grandkids whenever I can.

I don’t know where to start! Delicious flavors and great customer service? I first tried them at a friends baby shower. Mango and strawberry flavor they were delicious! I drove to the Elyson location since I was 15 minutes away and tried the pumpkin pie… AMAZING. Great way to start September! It was extremely clean, organized and it’s located in a nice shopping center. The customer service was great as well. Such a sweet guy! I recommend anyone to go try it out!!!

I enjoy Jeremiah’s ice, it is very light ice cream. But one time I went there and they ran out of vanilla and then the last time I went there they ran out of cake batter, animal crackers and other things so I was unable to get what I wanted. I appreciate how this is 5 minutes away from my house but I will not be going back until the business is supplied better.

We come here at least once a week for our cool treat during this hot summer. They are always friendly and helpful offering samples upon walking in.

I really like the fact that Jeremiah’s is just outside of our neighborhood. The staff is always super nice, but it seems like there are new faces working there every time I stop in. I haven’t been in in a while and I forgot that I like the orange ice and vanilla ice cream until I was pulling off. I had the strawberry and vanilla which was still very good. The orange and vanilla are a legit dreamcicle. Lol.

This is a great place to get a great dessert 🍨. The manager Christopher was so patient and amazing! It was our first time visiting and he was so nice and allowed us to sample different flavors! Overall a great place and great customer service 👌. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by to get some sweet treats. Christopher greeted us upon arrival, asking if this was our first time visiting. He offered a taste of different items to try. It was a very nice experience. My family will most come back again in the future for another visit.

It’s dangerous that this place is so close to my home. My go to when i want a sweet treat. Green apple and strawberry with chocolate are my favorites.

This place has some of the best gelato I've tried! I loved the piña colada flavor. Chris and his crew came through with all the gelatos for the wedding on April 15/16. Would highly recommend!

Chris (store manager) and his staff catered for my 2 day wedding on April 15-16, 2023 with over 200 guests at Boxwood Manor! They went above and beyond to ensure the gelatos were delivered fresh and timely. Our friends, family, and wedding vendors enjoyed the delicious gelato and were asking for more! Highly recommend using Jeremiah’s at this location to cater and celebrate all milestones!

Jeremiah’s was a hit for my cousins wedding. We had them cater us April 15-16, and the caterers were so nice to everyone. I even took some extra to last me a few days because the desserts they had were so good. Took one of every flavor.

Chris and his crew really showed up and showed out this past weekend for my sister’s two day wedding! They brought ice cream and made sure it was still cold for everyone to enjoy in the hot 90 degree day! super delicious! they were super friendly, highly recommend!

Had Jeremiah’s at my best friend’s Tea ceremony April 15 and the Wedding on April 16th it was da bomb. Perfect for Houston weather. Chris and his team came and partied it up with us and they were amazing!!!!!

Christopher is a great! We loved each and every flavor from this place. Clean environment friendly staff. We have several ice cream place close by our house but I prefer to drive here for better taste and service.

I recently visited your store and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I found the ice cream to be satisfactory. The size and flavor were good, however, when I saw "Italian ice cream" on the menu, I was expecting more of a gelato style of ice cream rather than the type that was served. It's certainly not my preferred type of ice cream, but I understand that others may enjoy it. The only downside for me was the young man who took my order. He was wearing crocs and not dressed for the occasion. I found this to be disappointing as it detracted from my experience at the store. Overall, I would rate my experience three stars. Thank you for your attention to my feedback.

Great place and great customer service!

Great place. Just sad that the pina colada isn’t as flavorful with as many coconut shreds as the other location 😅 ———————- Dropped a star. Haven’t been here in a while and was really excited to get some after some dental work. What is the point of layer-ins when you only sprinkled a little on top and didn’t layer any of the orders? One of them only had the second flavor dolloped on top. I’ll be back but still not ok🥲 Edit— again with the laziness. They also had the whole placed cleaned with tables put away 40 min before closing.

Really good clean place. The Italian ice cream was super good, and you can even see how they make it in the back and bring it to the front. The employees working were really nice and understanding. It is a super good ice cream place to go to if ever around the area. Only bad thing was that they were out of most of the items on the menu. In the end it is a grate place.

This place has some of the best ice cream out there! I loved the Italian Ice it tasted great. The people working there are nice too. For us Adam helped out a lot. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place has great gelato and soft ice cream. The kids working here are great and work hard. Management needs to always keep 2 employees here on the weekend. This past Sunday Oct 16, one employee was swamped with customers, luckily he was fast and great at his job but this is not great management.

Excellent experience, service was outstanding, lots of great flavors to choose from. We will be back.

My kids loved Jeremiah’s! I like that you can do layering if you’d like so you get get different flavors all in one. I was hoping to try the coconut gelati but they were out so I got the piña colada instead. I really liked that it wasn’t overloaded with sugar and I could taste pineapple tidbits. It was a refreshing treat on a sweltering summer day. We will be back for sure!

We love this place! The place is small, usually cold and clean! We mostly take ours to go. Staff is super friendly and you can sample different flavors. I absolutely love the different size options, the prices and the flavors. My son has lots of food allergies and he can eat the soft serve ice cream here. My daughter loves the Italian ice. I love the gelati where they mix both together and you can have different flavors! We love the cotton candy but they run out quick. Everything is good! As long as they don't raise prices we will keep coming back every week!

I only went to try the place because I got a “get one free” coupon I’m the mail…I’ve been going back at least once a week ever since. The vanilla is the best soft serve I’ve ever had ( you should try a gelatti) and we only get ice cream from there now. I can’t wait for the one closer to my house to open, I just hope the new staff is just as friendly and helpful!
