Leadership needs to properly staff this location. Especially for lunch time. It will take you 45 mins plus to get an online order. The staff is trying but the leadership is terrible. Plenty of other options in this area nearby.

I'm very happy with the changes made here within the past year especially in regards to staffing. I stopped coming for quite a while because of the poor service approx 8 months ago but recently gave y'all another chance. And I'm glad I did. Saquilla runs a good ship keeping the energy light and bright. She is a shining star. I'm usually in now once or twice a week because of the good, friendly service. Keep up the great work! It is highly noticeable. Thank you!

Most inconsistent skimpy sandwich shop in the tampa bay area..... what is consistent: pathetic meat portions, messed up orders, rude employees. it's a wonder that this place has working electricity, i've never seen such a miserable failure of management in my entire life. it's a sad day when a $4 grocery store cuban has double the meat and protein of a $12 sub

Wish there was meat with the bread..first time ordering and last

The classic mini with Rosemary bread is recommended. The people are not that friendly but the sandwiches are good.

My first & last visit to Jersey Mike's. While my sandwich, The original Italian was good, it was not very filling. I ordered a regular size for $10.45 & when asked what I wanted for condiments I thought I was being pranked. I normally have my subs made with Spinach, green pepper, cucumber & pickles. Instead I had to settle for shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles due to the limited selection. The regular size sandwich was half the size of Publix and nearly 1/3 more expensive.

You shouldn't be in customer service you don't know how to treat people you've had several chances and you failed!.. You don't have to answer anybody except yourself.. and God

I love Jersey mikes everything is so fresh a little pricey but you get what you pay for, cheap subs aren't great and great subs ain't cheap Jersey mikes is Great!!!!!

I see why the star rate is so low.I spoke to Chris about my sandwich and as a district manager myself, I would’ve handled things more professional. He doesn’t know anything about quality service and he’s just in it for a paycheck. I was a customer explaining that the cheese had an odd taste to it. Either stale or the gloves that was worn by the employee didn’t change them or they contaminated them. I explained that to him. I’ve been eating jersey mikes subs for five years and I’ve had better sandwiches made by other employees from jersey mikes. The atmosphere and workers were friendly. But I definitely sensed a couple of them that hate working there and I see why. I can guarantee someone’s looking for a better job where the manager has decency of knowing that things happen. Chris could never work for me and I hope those employees find what they’re looking for in a more efficient, human, honest manager with Common Sense and professional customer service. Also people are getting brutally hurt or killed about food. I hope he watches the news and use social media. This world is crazy and this is why when customers complain I fix it immediately. My life is more important than a job.

I have been here a few times, fantastic service! The girls working the counter are very polite and courteous! I have no idea what the other negative reviews are about but my friends and I and great experiences here! Great food for Jersey mikes, hands down better than Jimmy John’s!

Terrible location... Order from a different Jersey Mike's. We just walked out along with the 3 people in front of us. The staff they have working is lost, wandering around, and hiding in the back. They openly laughed at the people in front of us who were complaining that it had been 20 mins of waiting and still nobody took their order. We walked out because if they are that disrespectful and sloppy with customers we can only imagine how filthy and unsanitary it is behind the counter.

Really good subs with some options! They have dijon mustard and asiago buns! That makes a big difference to me. Everything was very fresh an U love grabbing a quick lunch mad just for me an then I can keep on trucking!

Customer service at this location has gone from great to terrible. Visit once a week for the last 2 years. Never greeted, slow, don’t seem to care.

I frequent this establishment often. Disappointed they close when they want to apparently. Arrived 8:30 tonight manger told me he was closed.

I usually come and will get a number seven with bacon every time I get my food it’s always consistent the food is amazing and the staff are always helpful and nice. Never had a bad experience!

While the food was good I paid three dollars for extra meat and received what could barely be called regular meat. The cheese was sliced so thinly you could see through it. Prices continue to skyrocket and quality continues to go down. At least be honest with us that the sandwiches are getting lighter.

They know my order by heart and make it just the way I like it!

Best Jersey Mike's sub I ever had! I love Jersey Mike's but sometimes the ingredients , (mayo, cheese etc.), get on the outside of the hoagie roll and make for a messy sloppy sandwich. My sandwich was perfectly built. Good Job!

Love this place, some of the best sandwiches around! My favorite is the Big Kahuna, it’s sooo fire. You can really tell they put care into making these sandwiches and they’re always very friendly. The manager is always moving super fast and gets the food out in record time, he is also always very welcoming and attentive. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Went the other day and amazed by the skill of the sandwich artist think his name was Kiefer man knows how to throw down on the grill and also mad one of the best clubs I've ever had great customer service and very professional definitely will be back

The staff at this location is awesome.

Not the usual 5 star experience at this location. Not busy at the time I showed up. Only seen 2 carry out customers and 2 delivery pick ups over the 30 minutes I was there. 3 employees and the place was not clean, actually quite dirty in kitchen and lobby both. No ice as machine was broken. Napkins stuffed in the holder so tight that you could not get any out of it. The cheesesteak was nowhere near the quality I always have had elsewhere. This is my first non 5 star review of a Jersey Mike's! The sandwich lacked body and lacked toppings and even the steak was less than I ever seen elsewhere. Plus the bread was oddly refrigerator cold. And to top it off the employees were simply 'chattin and chillin' while both quality, care, and cleanliness needed to be priority.

I go there at least twice a week for my cheese steaks! I just can't get enough. Everything is so fresh! Very polite crew! I may just apply there needing a second job!

This place is amazing and sakelia is great! She deserves 5 stars for how kind she is and how well she is with her customers. I would put down 10 stars for this location because of her. Loved my sandwich and will be back again!
