Jersey Mike's Subs in Westchase - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s and grew up in the hometown of their first location. I’ve been to many of their locations which are all consistent, but this location barely puts any meat on my subs. I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s with so little meat on it before.

terrible service, staff were unprofessional, had to wait too long for a simple sandwich

I placed an on line order which included some special instructions and some items to be removed . After picking up the order and getting home started to eat and realize that the sandwich was not done correctly so I went back to the store and told them that the sandwich was not done correctly and they seem like it was not there fault. They said that the instructions didn’t come through so I said to give me a refund and they said no so I asked them to remake it and they also said no after asking for the corporate number which it was not provided they made me wait for a while. They finally decided to remake it but were unprofessional and lacked customer service.

First time going to this jersey mikes, the food is the same at all of the locations but the service and atmosphere at this location was impeccable. Not a single pessimistic vibe in the air. Great place great people.

I have been coming to Jersey Mikes since I was a kid with my family. Today I had the best sub of all my years of going!! Robert & Ethan were so nice and had amazing service. Robert made my sub and he absolutely crushed it. 10/10 recommend this location and if you ever get a sub made by the tall blonde boy you are in for a real treat! He definitely takes care and thought into the sub he makes. Great job, I hope it’s like this every time!

My personal opinion applies to all Jersey Mike's Subs stores; "Your Pricing Is Ridiculous For A Regular Sub". Your competitors blow you away...

very similar to other locations

They turn Off the music of 30min before closing and a man cursing with bad words inside kitchen and one of them rushing my order … was planning to have a good night dinner but end-up only dinner and nothing good and manager or who ever is coming at closing cursing with other employees from front counter ….. I like food here but not that way and its sad to hear this in a good area

Came in for a hotsub.. they just wrapped up me and my husbands sandwich plain. Didn’t even ask if I wanted any toppings. The woman said “oh hot subs come as is” probably never coming back. For a $16.99 sub that’s crazy not to even offer toppings. Edit: management offered to fix the problem, told me to email them and never heard back. Clearly only saying things to make a bad review look better smh!

The food is on par. The people must not be paid well because they messed up the order a little bit. One of our pieces were supposed to be a bowl and it came as a sandwich. Not the biggest issue in the world for us. However, there are some Karen's out there that I'm sure would be willing to pounce on this. Slight mistake. Make sure to read your orders guys

Food reminded me of sandwiches back home. Quality meats and service was great

I try not to eat fast food often BUT when I do #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak 😋

Great sandwiches although a bit pricey

We sometimes get a hankering for a tuna sub and Jersey Mike's has a great sub. We got the biggest option and shared it, and it is enough for 2 people. This location has great outside seating. They need to clean the outside tables they were sticky and needed wiping, but I will leave the 5 stars, and next time I go, I will change review if the tables are still dirty.

Prices went up again... $16 for a footlong "giant" big kahuna Philly cheeses steak is a price gauging. This should be $10-$12 max. For $16 I can get a filet mignon at outback Steakhouse sit down restaurant. This is ridiculous. There are Definitely better deals available elsewhere

They put all this food that I'm not supposed to eat in fresh bread and it's freaking awesome. I think I'll bring one to my DR.

Honestly I’ll never question the food and the quality it’s always exceptional but lately the staffs attitudes as of late continue to be less than satisfactory. Many times I have come in the evening and the staff are goofing off not acknowledging me trying to order or I place an online order or multiple subs and none of them are marked.

Always the best subs no matter what state you are in. Whether it’s a franchised store or corporate store their consistent quality exceeds expectations. Hands down my favorite sandwich shop.

My go to place for a good, but a little pricey, sandwich!!!

My first time here...subs are so good! The workers are very kind. Bathrooms were really dirty but we just came after lunch rush so maybe they didn't get a chance to clean it.
