First time here and I had to order out unfortunately so idk about actual atmosphere but they had my meal ready in no-time flat! Ribeye steak meal was really good. We always get the Blooming Onion and this one didn’t disappoint!

We ordered steak, loaded mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and blooming onions for 35 people to go for our 50th Wedding Anniversary last Saturday and I have to say that everything was fantastic! It was just like dining in the restaurant, everything was cooked to perfection! And I can’t say enough about ALL the staff especially Molly who took all the time I needed to know how much food to order and then took special care Saturday to ensure that we had everything we needed. I can honestly say that the food was better than any I’ve had at others special events. Thank you Outback for making our special day a success!

What a great night out! We have never been to this location before and we were pleasantly surprised! This Outback was perfection! Employees helped open the door with samples of a beverage for us to try upon entering. Everyone was smiling. Our server Erin took the best care of us! The food came out at a perfect speed and everything was delicious! My ribeye was cooked perfectly and my wife’s bloomin chicken was awesome! We were checked on numerous times throughout our meal. Can’t wait till next weekend.

The manager and staff were very helpful yesterday when I took my friend for her birthday. She was unsteady on her feet several times and they helped her to sit down. They gave us a table close to the front door. She didn't want anyone to know it was her birthday, but when they heard us talking about it they gave her a free cheesecake. Also, it looked like the staff worked well together. I have been here in the past and will continue to dine here.

Seth, the manager was attentive to all of our desires as was Jamie our server. Great food as well. We will be back!!

Nita M was the most outstanding bartender I’ve had at Outback in a long while. She was very patient, accommodating, fun, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it was 12/10. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming in for a late night snack/ night cap or an amazing experience.

Food always very good and very consistent here. Server a little slow with refills on drinks. But otherwise, the server was good.

This was our first time at this Outback, but it won’t be our last! The food was really good, but even better the staff was awesome! The Brick chicken was absolutely incredible! Everyone was so friendly and attentive! We were welcomed with the offering of peach smoothie samples and left with little chocogators! This location will be our go to from now on! Thank you for the great food and adding the little things that set you apart!

Very hospitable place - first you greeted with delicious smoothies and then the waiter. “Dax” was super good and very helpful and did amazing for us. Overall, I definitely will come back again because it made us feel right at home.

I love Outback I've been coming since I was a kid their honey butter with bread is to die for. It was my husband's first time in an Outback and that we told our server he told the manager and came over and gave us a dessert on the house so he can try what they're really like. Our server Joey was incredible they were on top of it we never wanted for drinks and he was always there if we needed something. I also want to say that Jorge is really great.

We have eaten at many Outbacks in the USA, this was the best one as far as service and special items on and off the menu. The chicken wings are cooked to perfection

OB is one of our favorites but the food seemed a little off at this location. Not sure if it was just a one time thing or if the chain itself has made changes.

Avery our bartender tonight was friendly and made our evening amazing and Kate the manager on staff was great too. They both made us feel at home. Wonderful experience.

My wife and I have not been in Outback in a while so we figured why not give it a try. Sadly the appetizer which was the blooming onion was absolutely horrible and greasy. Not what we remembered of it. It was really bad. I assume if you go regularly, you have seen it go downhill from what it was 10 years ago but we probably had been in about a year or two and it was worse than it was 2 years ago. If we did not order the Bloomin Onion the meal would have been a three-star because my wife's steak was undercooked and my burger was average at best. I believe the best thing that I ate was the loaf of bread, sad to say it but it is true. I don't know many people that go to restaurants for great service and great atmosphere if the food is horrible so that's why I gave the ratings I did.

I have avoided Outback for a while now, but recently tried this location since it’s close. And, it’s awesome. I’ve gone twice in a week and same sentiment both times. The food quality is on point, and service at this location is next level. I was really impressed with pricing for the quality. I’ll be back for a third time soon!

This review is the least I can do. I placed an order today for pick up and my dumb self accidentally picked a time in the future. The nicest kid ever ran out and when I told him what happened he brought me water and told me they’d get it as soon as possible. My order was in my hand in under 10 minutes with chocolate crocodiles. His service was unmatched and the food was perfect. If you’re reading this, I disnt have any cash or I would’ve tipped you big time but I promise I owe you next week when I order again.

Our recent dine-in experience at Outback Steakhouse was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I was so impressed that they greeted everyone with a little specialty nonalcoholic beverage upon walking in. And throughout the entire meal, a manager and a few other servers stop by to make sure we were taken care of. What exceptional service! They made sure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious - cooked to perfection and served promptly. We were impressed by the quality and taste of every dish we ordered. Overall, this was the best service we’ve experienced in the entire Tampa area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their friendliness added to the warmth of the atmosphere. We left Outback Steakhouse feeling fully satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service!

we order a soup online 30 minutes ago before we get there when we did we saw the man coming towards our car and he said oh it's just gonna be 10 minutes and it was almost like an hour for them to get us just want soup. everything else was fine. It's just the service light is the worst ever in Tampa Bay.

We went during lunch and their lunch menu was decently priced, just not a whole lot of options, and almost everything (good) was an add-on cost. Still, less than $20 for a full meal is a win nowadays. I love Outback's bread, so I was a little disappointed they changed the butter to a cinnamon butter which doesn't go with the darker bread, but they were super great about bringing out the regular butter. I know that sounds silly and petty.. but if you are a bread lover you understand. :)

Love the onion ring but can taste the grease hours later all grease,guess it's ok to go now and then.the service is good but they are a very pricey .I left there feeling like I had grease stuck in my mouth, the burger was so greasy when I bit into it the meat slid of the bun. Don't think I'm coming back here for a while gotta let my body process all the grease.the salads are pretty good though.

Great service and still good food

I'm very disappointed that this paticular place does not offer the special deal of $16 meal, when previously they did. I was told by the manager they are a trial restaurant, well that is not my problem and how I'm I suppose to know that before entering to this place. You lost a customer and a few more because I'll let everyone know this restaurant does not offer the so call special deal, although it is all over the TV announcing it as well online.

The service here is A++++. At least 2 managers stopped by our table to make sure all was well. The staff was friendly, quick and highly attentive. Delicious food and it was fun to try out some of the 17 new menu items. One person in our group had the lemon brick chicken and she loved it. I had my favorite - Alice Springs Chicken and it didn't disappoint. The prices were reasonable too - that's always a plus.

Hi. Best all-around service at a restaurant I've ever had. From the moment we walked through the door and back out the door, we were treated like royalty. Kudos to the manager and her staff!

Location: Citrus Park, Florida We ordered 2 meals with a Ceasar Salad as a side order. When we got home, we discovered that the salad was rotten and smelled bad. Terrible and disappointing experience. See pictures.

The floor of this place is slippery, be careful with the elderly and children. I saw a grandmother fall. 

Taylor and the entire staff were excellent. I visit other locations and the service here was so much better! I will drive here out of my way to visit here.

Believe it or not, wife and I had the Sheppard's pie and it was great! Made with steak instead of the usual ground beef.

Erin was fantastic with us we r seniors citizens. Prices r very expense for senior citizens. U all need a senior citizen platter dut to a lot of us seniors citizen don’t eat as much as we use to. We ended up to soup salad and a booming onion. Erin was so patient and her personality was encouraging it was so great knowing Erin really cares about her customers. She s very uplifting for Outback.

Servers are very personable. My complaint is they do not give you enough time in between courses to enjoy some small talk and to digest your last course. Are they rushing us because management wants diners to quickly eat. Freeing up another table as soon as possible?

Everything here was pretty much subpar, cold food, bad service. Not a fan at all.

Maggie was an incredible server!! She was friendly and fast! The manager and multiple servers came and made sure we were enjoying our experience. What a lovely outback experience! Best outback ever! Will definitely be requesting Maggie as my server again- she’s amazing!

Use to eat at Outback all the time food quality really went down the tubes the last 2 years. Went to Carrabba’s the waitress said we had a free dessert at outback, which is next-door ordered a $9.00 carrot cake thank god it was free the size was a joke no wonder my family and I have not been back

My grandmother and I love this place! Outback is like our second home thanks to Joe and Maggie!! Joe is amazing and we love him like family!!! One of the best restaurants to get a great prime rib for a decent price. The steak and shrimp pasta was also delicious. The blooming onion is a must when you are at Outback. Service was great.

Friendly service and excellent bartenders period. The food is always cooked well and very tasty. Reasonable prices and the dine rewards program is excellent. It It seems like every other time I visit. I have a five dollar coupon to use. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to have lunch at outback steakhouse on Sheldon. He is craving to eat steak. They were wonderful to not overcooked his steak. I opted to order pasta since I stopped eating meat. My only concern was our onion petals was a bit disappointed. But overall his steak my shrimp pasta is delicious.

Everything was good. They go out of their way to make you happy. We had a Party of 3. Cesar salad was really good as was the tomawoomba salmon. Burger was perfect. Grilled chicken was the best yet. Brittany B was our waitress and she was awesome. Manager was helpful also.

Nick is the most awesome server. His attention to detail is the greatest. He refills my drinks before I have to ask and he has the greatest personality ever. My wife and myself find out ahead of time if he is the schedule and we are there within 20 minutes. The food quality is spectacular here and manager Molly is awesome. We were there to celebrate my grandparents 50 year wedding anniversary and it was the best choice ever. The service was absolutely awesome. My grandma and grandpa were so happy to see how all the team received and celebrated them. Our waitress Aaron (maybe I wrote it incorrectly, she had this nice cowgirl hat) was stunning. Overdressed, salty salad. Flavorless steak smaller than my fist. Seasoned rice with straight garlic. However, our waiter was a good sport and kept us entertained

I’ve been a longtime fan of the Outback franchise, but my recent visit left much to be desired. Our waitress, who was pregnant, understandably garnered my attention, prompting me to ensure a generous tip considering the challenges servers face in today’s economy. While the service started off smoothly, the disappointment arose when my boyfriend received burnt coconut shrimp. Although my plate was fine, I noticed the absence of the usual bread that accompanies the seating. Mentioning this to the waitress, she explained that nobody had brought the bread, leading to further delays. The discomfort escalated when, upon requesting the check, the waitress questioned if the payment would be separate. As a Black couple, this inquiry felt unnecessary and left us disheartened. The subsequent use of a payment machine at our table, followed by the waitress checking if our payment went through smoothly, added to the sense of being racially profiled. In a year as advanced as 2024, such experiences are disheartening, and I hope this feedback contributes to positive changes in customer service.

Had a phenomenal experience at outback steakhouse (store number 2017) which has very consistent food, a genuine outback wedge salad that is top notch and also has incredible service. Be sure to ask for "Haley S.", she is exceptionally polite, kind and professional. My drink never ran dry and I am grateful for her cheerful attitude and warm service! Thank you Haley S!

Had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The blonde manager attempted to make things right. However, she didn’t and walked away mid sentence. Not sure what to think about this location. Very unprofessional during communicating.
