Food and service are fine, just expensive.

Can't really rate you fairly if you ran out of bread on a Monday afternoon. How does this happen during a lunch rush? Is your GM trying to cut back on waste so their bonus money isn't affected? Was there a late truck? I can't rate you guys fairly if you have no bread during lunch at the beginning of the week. Edit: Tried them today again and just as I remember Jersey Mikes. Delivers in quality and quantity too! I am satisfied!

I had not been to this location in years due to a bad experience and decided to try it again. For the price we're paying, there isn't very much meat. The sandwiches were great though. The lady checking out just stood there and didn't say anything. I didn't feel welcome. The whole vibe there was just off, it's not like it used to be years ago when I felt welcome and was greeted. I don't think they should be asking, "do you know what you want?". 😏

We got Jersey mikes yesterday and the portobello cheese steak was amazing

Went to Jersey Mike’s on 5/30/24 and the bread was very stale and flaky- definitely not typical of them. I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s and the bread was always fresh until that day. I mentioned it to the young man working at the time and he just shrugged and said he didn’t know why. Thinking the bad bread was a one time incident, I ordered from there again today, 06/07/24. Again, the bread was not good. It was very stale and rubbery tasting. I don’t know if they’re ordering from somewhere new or just not storing it properly, but two visits in a row to be unsatisfied is too much. I think it’s time to take a break from subs for a while.

Good subs but for Christ sakes why have the mobile out when this store isn’t accepting online orders? It’s been 4 days in a row I’ve been trying to order and it’s still not working.

I love their Italian Sub "Mike's Way" with no onions and ingredients piled high on parmesan cheesy bread.

Fabulous gluten free sub but bring gold bars to pay for it.

Consistently good service and subs. The employees here are always efficient and friendly.

The food was awsome I would of liked my Buffalo sub more spicy 😋but the Italian sub was 5 stars yummy 😋

The food is awesome, that is if you can get to it. Ive been ignored on numberous occasions, and lied to on wait times. The workers have definitely gotten slower, and as someone who delivers food as well, terrible customer service to us delivery workers too. Just all around needs an attitude adjustment.

1st time visit it was clean and wonderful employees, 2nd visit they couldn't work the register and my 3rd visit it wasn't clean like before, employee didn't listen when I ordered a wrap she made a sub when I tried to correct her she got irritated. People have bad days and we will continue to go there.

The service is great, the young lady working last night had a very pleasant demeanor and very efficient

the very handsome young knockoff latin-caucasians was very nice and greeting all customers with respect and integrity he is a hard-worker he is a great fit for the jersey mikes team:)

The young man standing 5'10 was really helpful and convinced me to try the jersey shores favorite and it was exquisite he was so helpful and so charming perfect all around staff you have a new loyal customer as long as he's there!!

Nice and clean. Sandwiches are plenty to choose from which is a delite when I'm bot sure what I want to order. Staff was very friendly and they quickly had my order ready in a New York minute. I recommend for anybody on a lunch break tbat wants a healthy and quick bite.

It was a great experience but the only thing that I didn’t like was that, this Cuban girl didn’t bring us our food but she brought it to others. We asked her why she didn’t bring us our food and she gave us a dirty look and laughed very very evil.

Love the new remodel store more space the employees welcomes their customers as they come in and and friendly.
