Had an awesome experience at this location, the staff is professional and attentive and yes the food is good! A definite recommendation.

We were the first 2 people in all we needed is an Italian and a Philly cheesesteak. They guy started my sandwich and then moved on to helping 3 other people and answering the phone all this time never started my husband’s sandwich. I had already paid then he started my husband’s sandwich, I asked how long he said 3 minutes. After the sandwich was done he didn’t ask if there was anything he wanted on it or anything. Also had a major attitude while handing it to my husband. Poor customer service. Will not be back

Third time ordering from this Harden Blvd location. Same story, they don’t send what’s ordered. Called store spoke to two people, both told me there is nothing they can do and it isn’t there responsibility to get their orders correct. Per Jersey Mike’s it’s the fault of the delivery driver for Door Dash. Terrible customer service ! Won’t frequent this location again.

Always under staffed . Food takes way to long. 49 min for 3 subs.. we stop coming as much only 1x per month vs 4x per month. Food is a 4 to 5 star. Staff is great. Wait time .. I can cook faster and eat at home. Never mind spending money. But my time is something I will never get back. Owner should sell to someone that can run it correctly.

Jersey Mikes is usually really good when it comes to a gluten free sandwich. Since I have celiac, it’s hard to find places with good gluten free food. That being said, I got a gluten free sub this weekend and it was actually awful. The gluten free bread was completely stale and the taste overpowered the rest of the sandwich. Not that there was much to overpower since whoever made it hardly put any of the toppings I wanted on it at all. I had to pay $10 for a regular and it completely ruined my dinner.

This was my first experience at Jersey Mike's. I love them. I was able to get the cutest mini sub you have ever seen. Just right for me. Delicious and priced right too. I will definitely go back. Danny Devito is right!! Lol

It's probably one of the better places to get a sandwich for a franchise. It's not what I would consider a Jersey deli

We went here just for their charity promotion. We knew it'd be busy, and they seemed to have plenty of staff, but the service was incredibly sliw and disorganized. Our biggest complaint was all the cross talk and extremely loud yelling at each other, as well as yelling at friends who came to the front door to say hello. Very hard to enjoy our meal. Our second complaint is the bread was not very fresh and my husband received his order 15 minutes before mine. He ordered a club and I ordered a cheesesteak. Very disappointed in our first visit to this store. Never had a problem with other locations in North or South Carolina.

That's the 2nd time I have been there. Their subs are real good. The bread 🍞 is nice an soft. They have different kinds of subs to choose from whatever you want on it, they will make it for you. You can also get chips an a drink for a combo which is always good.

First time here as I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype... It doesn't. Ordered a giant Roast Beef and provolone on rosemary bread. Sandwich is slightly above average for a sandwich shop. Bread was good, which is probably the best thing about it. The amount of cold cuts you recieve for $17 is an insult. This place is a glorified Subway. Definitely not impressed and will not return unless I find a BOGO coupon. Publix makes better sandwiches for 1/2' the price

If you don’t have ben making your sub for you, are you even eating Jersey Mike’s correctly? I travel a lot and visit many Jersey Mike’s locations and he made me one of the best subs I’ve had yet! Coming from somebody who has helped open up a new location I judge every person who makes my sub “Mike’s way” and he nailed it. Keep up the good work Ben sandwich was 🔥 I’ll definitely be back when you’re on the clock!

I placed my order online got there at the time it said to pick it up and there was a line of people ordering food of which all got their food before mine was even made 3 people came in after me with to go orders and they got their food before I got ours the food was good but very disappointed in the service there i shouldn't have had to wait for the people in line nor the ones who came in after me before they even started my order I only ordered 2 subs anyway next time I won't pay in advance then I can walk out when made to wait for everyone else food to be made ty for the opportunity to warn others don't order online or pay before you go there

Let’s start by say my sandwich wasn’t sandwiches wasn’t made properly sloppy Philly. I was skipped after I placed my order by five other sandwiches. The girl started making bacon for no reason after I requested a Mike Philly to be made this is horrible. This is happened more than one time at this location, I tried to speak to a manager I had to wait I even settled for old bacon on another sandwich. Somebody needs to reach out to me and send me a e-card because money doesn’t come easy for food to be ruined like the way they ruined it.

Me and my daughter and I both got ill after eating. There was something wrong with the cooler as I noticed that their meat was on top of the cooler. I thought that they were just cleaning the inside, but that was not the case. Terrible!

No napkins again! Every time!! So aggravating. The food is always good but I wonder how hard it is to implement a process where napkins get added as the sandwich is being bagged. UPDATE: Ordered at the end of last week and there were napkins in the bag. Woo hoo! Add one star!!

Ordering was annoying when there was a customer on his cell phone talking loud and on speaker. He was pacing inside by the front window, being very animated with his hands. Not the stores fault. But he should have been asked to step outside to complete his disruptive conversation.

Decent price for what you get but definitely not a top gun for a true sub.

Not really a fan of the subs here. Personally felt they are way overpriced for the basic meat they put on it.

I ordered through door dash to get food delivered to my place of work and when the food got here it was minus on sub. The manager was aware what kind of sub it was and I could here her in the back ground that it got put in the wrong bag. I called the store and they proceeded to tell me that I could get my name in the books so when I visit the store I can get a sub. The whole reason for getting a delivery order was to have it delivered, Lord know you get charged enough. I began my rant on how it should be delivered and kept getting shut down for their mistake. They said to call door dash to have the fee taken off but it wasn't door dashes fault they did not make the mistake. They do not make THEIR mistakes right. This place has poor customer service and will not order from them again.

Fast, fresh and always on the mark!

I normally would have gave five stars on the food that's if they get the order correct more times I have ordered in the maker does not make it correctly they're not reading the tags if you add something or have something taken off of one of the the numbered combo meals they're not reading that for an example if you order a Big Kahuna with no jalapenos they don't look at the know jalapenos and they'll make it as it is on their board. But the manager was good about getting a new one made and back at me but the whole point is that's another trip in the car back to the restaurant wasted gas when they need to make it right the first time don't nobody want to drive across town to go back and get your meal corrected.

It has been awhile since I have been to this Jersey Mike's and I wasn't disappointed. It was awesome. The girls that was working there very polite and friendly. I only go to Jersey Mike's or Publix for a sub nobody can compete. I just wish I had remembered March 31st so they could collect more for the charity. Everyone needs to go to a Jersey Mike's, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered online got there and waited 25 more mins after the time of pick up and there was no one inside. They got the two orders totally wrong no great guidance there.

The subs were fresh as well as the vegetable's, the meat was delicious. This store gets a ten star plus from myself and my family. Best suns ever!!!

Jersey mikes has great subs but the service, like any other restaurant, varies greatly. This place is an exceptionally positive anomaly. Everybody here seemed upbeat and happy to be at work. Very warm, good vibes. Managers pay close mind to all three employees working 2/18 @6 pm.

I heard a single hello when we walked through the door. Five or more employees and each one was in a positive attitude. Since I was wearing my 49ers hat, they called me Niner! Wife ordered the #7 Turkey on rosemary bread. I did the Big Kahana #55 chicken on rosemary bread. Both sandwiches were done with excellent portions to make flavor awesome. Haven't been here in years, now I remember why ...very unorganized, slowww service. They need different staff servicing the people in the store and designated staff for pick ups. My sandwich literally had 3 mushrooms on it and nothing like the picture.

Food taste good, but the bread was hard on the ends.

Went here for a quick sandwich with my sister. Employees were...interesting. No smiles or nice greeting. No one was in a hurry and the girl wrapping my sandwich was busy talking to the girl next to her and obsessed with wrapping it correctly and very slow. As we waited I glanced at the front of the restaurant where the sun was setting and I was appalled at how filthy the glass was. Lots of swirls and grim. We were not able to find a clean table and I had to wipe one off for us. Sandwich was okay not great. Needless to say I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Love their food, it is pricey though. But, I guess as they say, good stuff isn't cheap and cheap stuff isn't good!

Clean location. Eat here a few times a week never any issues m.
