I accidentally ordered my sub to the chambers bridge store and they offered to make it there for me. Great Service!

idk who’s working but yall need to figure your stuff out make sure employees are trained properly, for example knowing sandwich builds this is now the second time they forgot to put lettuce on a club sandwich!!! Not to mention the sandwiches that did come with lettuce came with brown wilted lettuce. Get it together jersey mikes, do better.

Got my turkey sub. They were closing but the they did make it for me! It was perfect!!

They saw me come in, recognized me right away, and got my order even though I was ten minutes early. Logan and Cody were amazing.

The girl who helped me today (and last time I was there) was so sweet, greeted me right away and had such positive energy. That in itself is so refreshing to encounter. (And the sandwich was a+ which is a positive too!)

Good quality sandwich. Also, very good customer service. We had ordered online and then realized there was a mistake on our part. I called to see if they could change the order, and although the sandwich had been made, they made a new one. This was the shop on Mantoloking Rd.

They put like 3 slices of meat on my sub asked for an extra slice or two and they up charged 2 dollars for extra meat

Stopped in for a sandwich with my pup which was great. Young staffers greeted myself and each customer who walked in the door w a “how’s your day?” and were highly professional. They keep a clean shop here. Nice to see an operation well run by hard workers.

My wife and I went Friday 4/21/23 and got a sub and sub salad to take home. Once I got home and started eating the second bite I took, I felt something rock hard in my mouth when I bit down. I thought my crown fell out originally till I spit the food out and found a piece of glass that I bite down on. I instantly ripped the sub apart to make sure there was nothing else, but upon looking closer, the sub also had a peice of hair in it. I couldn't believe that happened I have been going there for years and have never had an issue with any of my food the manager that was there that day was very understanding and refunded me my money for our food but unfortunately I can't go back to that location any time soon

The 2 young ladies working this evening around 5:30 were so kind and very customer friendly.

I have good luck with every Jersey Mike's I go to, so kudo's on that vibe! But this location is just so kind, happy, and on point whenever we go here. Great job to the team making this location feel welcoming & engaging with the customers in a way that illustrates you're actually happy to be there. Oh, and food is always good. Never a complaint from me, however, if we can bring back pickles to purchase, that would be amazing.

This is our "go to" place for subs. Been going for a few years now. Awesome staff! Fun to chat with while you're there. Still affordable in spite of inflation.

The service is always very fast and orders prepared with great precision. The staff are AWESOME and the place is always super clean. Folks ordering gluten free sandwiches can do so safely knowing they will not suffer from cross contamination. Overall, a really solid bet for a great sandwich made how you want it.

Very clean, very good staff and quick service. Subs I got were exact to one we had in jersey city. No change in that :-). My husband just love Jersey Mike's sub. We drove 6 miles opposite direction to house from Cattus Park to Jersey Mike just for a Sub. He loves Chicken Philly there.

I am a "regular" at the Mantoloking Road JM. The fact that I'm here so much should indicate why the 5 stars. However, having been to this JM since its opening over 10 years ago I have never had a less than excellent experience. Not sure how you keep the quality control so high AND hire such dedicated employees. This should be the model to which all Jersey Mike's should follow.

Convenient strip mall location less than 100 yards from the marina. I usually get a giant so I have lunch and dinner, and they're always happy to wrap it in two separate halves! Usually pretty busy around 11am, but their assembly line style gets people in and out quickly

The sandwiches are always delicious and fresh. The workers are always helpful, friendly and sweet! We pickup sandwiches at least once a month here because we’re on the area. We would recommend.
