Salad wraps are my now go to sandwiches..even better than all of that bread..didn't think I would like it but it really refreshing and easy to eat the way they wrap it..I eat in and take out

The sandwiches are great but the team here is even better! They are the reason we come here, truly! They go above and beyond, amazing service! They are always so polite and friendly, making it such a pleasure to come here. They work fast and have my order ready before I arrive, no mistakes. They take time to get to know their customers and I only come to this location, even if it’s out of my way. Thanks guys!!!!

Not fast at all. I’ve ordered from here over the years and service has gotten worse and worse. My most recent order took over an hour to get. The store manager ordered a store credit instead of a refund, I took it. When I called to use the store credit, conveniently my credit was nowhere to be found. Wonderful business practice. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location.

It's very rare that you find authentically nice people. It was one of this mornings that nothing went right and my wife and I were starving. We had gone to 10 places and no one served lunch foods at 8am. We happened to drive by and saw the neon lights hoping they were open. We went to open the doors and they were locked. Immediately the 2 gentleman inside waved that they would come open it for us. They immediately helped with recommending the best sandwich and fresh bread came straight out of the oven. It was still warm when I took a bite. After talking with Kadeem, the GM, he told us that they normally don’t open til 10. But he totally saved us today!

We love Jimmy John's but this was the worth JJ's sandwich we ever had, bread was hard and dry, barely any avocado, ordered extra onion and only got 2 small strings.

We order every weds from jimmy johns. Today I ordered the spicy east coast Italian boxed lunch. I have to say it was one of the better sandwiches I had in my life. Have tried their other sandwiches. This one stands out. Try for yourself

Everytime I visit Pompano, this is my go to lunch place. I won't stop saying Jimmy John's is the best fast food around these days. Their locations are very clean, staff is very polite and always greeting customers with a smile. Their sandwiches are the best and it's always a plus not having to wait for people in front of you take forever deciding if they want tomatoes, lettuce, salt, vinegar... like at Subways. 😝

Very fast delivery, kind service and good food. Especially one of the managers named Shane. I speak with him a couple times a week and it is always a pleasure. He provides great customer service.

If you haven't had Jimmy John's yet you owe it to yourself to checkout this location. They did mess my order up twice, but their sandwiches are so tasty I keep going back. Other than that, all my other visits to this location have been good enough for me.
