I want to highlight for the customer who want to come here that the people who work here are really rude ,making faces and laughing at you totally unprofessional behavior by these both ladies who work here very disrespectful .

Employees to worried about talking and gossiping rather than making a smoothie. When you have to get to work and your held up because employees would rather gossip then make your drink. Do better

All the emplyeers are very nice and helpful. The smoothies taste amazing, very fresh.

Wendy has horrible customer service skills. Made smoothies from early Am for testers had sitting out all morning and afternoon. I came in at 4pm and would like to test out the new sample of lemonade smoothie she refuses to make one said that is not her job to make test smoothies because I want one. Horrible employee. Smoothies shouldn’t be left out all morning that is a health department concern

It’s the perfect spot for a tasty and healthy treat right after a beach day! I always get the Keto shake and my boys get something different every time :) Highly recommend!

Disappointing Service at Smoothie King, Deerfield Beach I visited the Smoothie King located at 792 S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, on a Sunday morning after a motivating cross-training session. Unfortunately, my experience was dampened by the lack of enthusiasm and responsiveness from the staff member on duty. When I mentioned that I couldn't taste the banana in my Activator Recovery Coffee, which was supposed to contain it, the response was rather dismissive, suggesting the coffee flavor might have overpowered the banana. This interaction seemed to upset the staff member further. Due to the overall negative service, I don’t plan to return. Thank you.

The location was great. The outdoor seats were adorable. The worker barbie helped me with my drink choice and was very kind.

The place was so peaceful and clean. The service was amazing. Barbie helped me picked something new to try, since I always get the same thing! I really liked her recommendation! And I got my smoothie super quick! Definitely one of the best smoothie kings I’ve ever been to.

My husband just picked up my smoothie (banana boat-40 oz). He brought it home and the bottom of the cup gave out and went everywhere! Paid $12 for the cup to give out and couldn’t drink any of it.

Yesterday was my first time trying smoothie king and when I came in , Lani helped me choose a smoothie. It was so good and Lani was very helpful and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

The manager at this location is the best she is so professional, at what she does also, there was a team leader Chantaly who was so sweet and nice and fixed my problem right away because of this i will always get my smoothies from this location here.great people great team keep up the good work also there smoothies are so good you going to want another one 🙏🏻

He is truly God sent and deserves a raise! Tamiami is amazing customer service always. Tamiami needs a raise or paid vacation. I love the attention to detail is amazing!

Stopped in for the usual pumpkin delight no spice blend and Banana boat ! First time in this location , my app for some reason didn’t allow me to pay I had to run to the car for my debit card 🤦🏼‍♀️ Samantha was helping me she was so sweet kind considerate didn’t make me feel stupid although I was embarrassed lol This Place was extremely clean and their strawberry lemon samples were the bomb !! Great experience excellent smoothies !!! Will definitely make my way over here to this one twice a month now !

Really nice workers. Went on a super busy Friday and my smoothie still came out perfect! When I go to other smoothie kings they can never make my drink correctly but this location did it flawlessly during a rush. Will be coming back for more!

This location is staffed by the most customer service ignorant people. They should walk over the Dollar Store and get a job there because that’s the equivalent level of service provided here most of the time - not everyone. Called ahead for a pick up order for 3 40 oz. smoothies and was met with a very pleasant voice greeting me! Later found out we both share the same name-- Elizabeth! Haha :) Superior customer service and when I came there my smoothies were already done and ready to pay for! Very friendly worker too, will come again! :)

I would like to say thank you❤ to the Hispanic young lady who served me. From the receipt I was given, I know her name is Elizabeth. She was very nice to me and even helped me with the language barrier that I face with every day as I don't know much English and am using Google Translate. Very wonderful knowing that I can speak in my native tongue and still be serviced quality service. I loved the smoothie she recommended as well!❤ Furthermore, I feel like you guys should take care of your workers more. There was a white lady who called her a racial slur under her breath as she got her smoothie. I feel like Elizabeth deserves a raise as she appeared to handle the situation very professional and was still kind to the lady. I don't know if I will see her again but if by any chance you read this, Elizabeth, I hope you have a wonderful life sweetie!❤

It was a great experience! First time going and got myself the Lemon Twist smoothie and well beyond my expectations. It's sweet taste and slight tang from the lemon had me in LOVE! I also loved the help and experience I got from one of the workers. Her name was Elizabeth and she helped me not only choose my smoothie, but helped make it ready and asked for a few of my preferences as well which got me even more in love. 10/10 I'm coming back for sure soon!
