When I come back this way from Massillon OH to visit family this is a must stop visit. The food and pastries are outstanding. They just did my daughters wedding and people were absolutely amazed.

Hot sausage sandwich and pasta Primavera were excellent There is nothing better than the itialian deluxe with homemade peppers

I ordered 3 Reuben Bricks and one of them didn't have any sauerkraut. You had 1 job to do, get the meat on the entire sandwich, they failed to do that. Strike 1! Naturally when I go call to voice my displeasure, there's no voicemail because it's FULL. How convenient. Strike 2! One more strike and I won't be back! UPDATE-They offered to replace the sandwich!!!! Woo hoo!!! It Was very good except it didn't have any sauerkraut...stay tuned for the 2nd Reuben.😃

As long as I am working in this area, I will never go to another sub shop again. You can’t beat the service, quality of food or prices. I would give it six stars if I could.

We had no idea what this place was like, I googled a place with good Tiramisu and Jimmy's showed up. They were incredibly friendly on the phone when i ordered. When we arrived to pick it up, my husband and i stopped in our tracks. This place is huge, with display cases FULL of every Italian dessert, cookie, pastry, biscotti, i could go on and on. Then you arrive at the displays of meat, cheese, pasta, etc. All the staff was so welcoming and friendly especially the young lady who waited on us. In the car we immediately tried a bite of one of the 6 extra desserts we purchased! Magical. Delicious. Period.

The food is always good here. It's one of the few places I can eat lunch for under 10 bucks and still be filled up.

Everything is sooo good. Every time I’m home I get lunch and 4 or 5 jars of sauce to take home 😂

I don’t know what the owner is thinking with hiring young guys who have no customer service skills or desire to serve people, but I stood in line waiting on a big high school aged kid to make a Sandwich for his friend while forgetting that he was supposed to be getting us something . When reminded, he ignored us to finish the sandwich . Then, when he noticed I was irritated, just walked to a different section, leaving me to have to wait on a more professional employee to apologize and help me. Total wait time 15 minutes for him to make his buddies sandwich . The owner better be careful with his selection in holiday help

Have been coming for years. Upon ordering my sub I was informed that every topping would be 1.00$ extra. Refuse to double the cost of my sub just to have lettuce, onion, and tomato put on. That's an extraordinary up charge. Worker was rude when informing me of this unrupt and unexpected change to boot.

Love walking through the door and love it even more when I walk out because all the goodies I purchase are delicious.

Everything has slightly changed for the worst. From less fillings in all the food items (i.e.: sandwiches and also ricotta stuffed shells), to doctored-up or watered-down fillings. The meatballs are lower meat quality the past year. Also the turkey meat in the Dino subs has been replaced with another brand or supplier. Everything was so perfect a couple years ago though. :’-(

If you love traditional Italian food & deli, this place is for you!! Homemade pasta, meatballs, spaghetti sauce awaits you. A amazing deli & hot foods counter that will knock your socks off!!! A cookie & dessert counter that is nothing short of stunning!!! I always stop in on my lunch hour and grab a bite to eat. The entire staff is awesome, friendly & treat you like family! I love going to Jimmy’s to shop. A quick bite or picking up a cookie tray for the holidays.

Great Italian food!!! Meatball sub is the bomb... Pizza of all variety.. they have fresh and frozen specialties. Great go to place for lunch... What are you waiting for, just go...

I stopped by on my way to New Castle to pick up some food and the selection is incredible! Everything from hot foods, sandwiches, amazing looking desserts and all things Italian. I picked up a few spinach rolls with hot peppers, a Reuben brick, an Italian sub and a container of their hot peppers. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Don’t sleep on this place! I true gem in Youngstown. I’m bummed that I didn’t pick up some of their desserts. Thank you so much!

I live in Texas now ..but was home this last week ..I bought a quart of jimmys sauce w meatballs..delicious ..BEST SAUCE EVER!!@COOKIES were Also yummy ...cant go wrong ..ill be back in November ..plz make a gallon size next time...Thank You!!

While driving through though I decided to get off of I-80 to get some lunch. I decided to try this place. Everything about this dish was awesome, except they ruined it. The noodles were way too overcooked. Why would a place do that and completely ruin something that could be so good?

Stopped in for the first time today. I got a Turkey sandwich with homemade peppers and gnocchi in pink sauce. Both were amazing! The bread on the sandwich was perfect! The gnocchi was amazing! Great place for lunch!!!

I've been here before but this review is just for the owners....a critique of your website. Most of your photos are of either the inside or cakes. While it is nice to see pastries and a cake or two, I can get a cake made in hundreds of places closer to me than your store. What I want to see is your selections of olive oils and balsamic vinegars and cappuccino coffee beans, olives, pastas, breads, meats, cheeses, and other Italian items imported from Italy or pertaining to Italian cooking. Showing me photo after photo of cakes makes me not want to bother taking the drive to your store. Some people are serious about finding high quality products as I listed above. Show us what you carry....and if you don't carry them, then start. There's no use driving to an Italian specialty store if there's nothing more special there than what I can find at the local grocery store. I want to find a genuine piece of Italy. I want to find the real, rare buffalo mozzarella.

Italian specialty stores will never get any better than this one.. Love there freshly grated parmesan or Romano cheese. The family and staff are always helpful and very friendly.. I certainly wish they stayed open a little bit later maybe just till 6:00 even

Absolutely highly recommend. Excellent food. Great prices. Fresh warm lunch and dinners to grab and go. Great sauce cavatelli meatballs greens breaded chicken pizza etc.Out of this world desserts. Fresh cheeses. Soooo much amazingness in one building.

Great selection of Italian specialties, their hot foods are good and reasonably priced and the salads and subs are always fresh. Need a treat to take home, make sure to pick up some of their sweets from their bakery. They have a nice outdoor patio to grab lunch and eat outside.
