Number 1 Coffee place in Georgia!

Really good coffee, friendly service, comfortable atmosphere

FILTHY. I don’t know how this place is even open. It’s absolutely filled with cobwebs even on the walls, dust everywhere, dirt caked into all the shelves, corners, floor hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. No paper towels in bathroom. Toilet rolls and paper all over the bathroom floor. I’m literally sick to my stomach after being in there. HOW is no one speaking up about this kind of filth in a food establishment.

Very friendly staff! I am a decaf drinker and I love that you can get whatever you want made with decaf coffee. Thank you for thinking about those of us that cannot have caffeine.

The BEST coffee I've had in Athens or anywhere really. I had Starbucks for the first time in a long time (no JJs as an option) and it reminded me just how much BETTER JJs coffee (& chai latte) is compared to Starbucks. I've been to at least 3 locations and have always been served by such friendly & capable staff. Highly recommend!

I came to the parking lot 15 minutes before 8pm...... I wasnt even going to order coffee. I was trying to pick up one of the ornaments made by a local artist and the girl locked the door and shut down the store right as i drove up. So much for staying open until 8pm 😕😕

My spiced Vanilla Chai was basically milk. Wait time was way too long, one of the workers was just walking around while the other struggled to make my milk drink. Left a tip because Jittery usually does a good job. This experience made me not want to leave tips before taking a sip of my coffee.

The girl Mel at the window with the awesome purple hair soooooo above and beyond!!!! I honestly had a rough day and just needed a pm coffee and she suggested a white chocolate peppermint mocha and is was so yummy. Her clipboard was cool too. Thanks Mel!!! 🖤🖤🖤

Love Jittery Joe's, but this location is horrible. 1st visit, I got an iced coffee that was so weak it looked and tasted like iced tea. 2nd visit, got the wrong order and had to go back for them to replace it. Now I understand why there is never a line for jittery Joe's, but the Dunkin Donuts next door is always slammed

Great atmosphere and pleasant staff.

Good food and coffee however beware. The drive thru staff is notorious for not giving you the whole order. Just make sure you have everything before you drive away. It happens to me 50% of the time which is completely unacceptable.

I’m local to Athens and go to jittery joes once if not twice a day. I’m a very regular customer. Today was the worst customer service experience I’ve received and I will not be returning to this location. I ordered two iced mochas shortly after 6:00. The barista recognized me and enthusiastically took my order without me having to tell her what I wanted. That’s nice that she remembered what I get, but she proceeded to write my order on the cups then ditch her coworker since her shift was over. Without letting her know about my order, so I sat for 30 minutes waiting for two coffees. I approached the second barista and told her I’m still waiting for my coffees and she had no clue I was waiting on anything. She proceeded to make my drinks but they were rushed and tasted horrible. I came back inside after tasting my coffee to get a refund or it remade and I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes before leaving out of frustration. I do not understand why the first barista bothered to take my order if she wasn’t going to stay the 5 minutes it takes to make it. Legit a joke, I won’t return to this location.

Great coffee. I am a loyal customer of this chain, but this particular location has messed up my order the last 2 times I've visited though. They also actually told me they couldn't make change for cash too!

This Jittery Joe's location seems to almost always make our drinks poorly lately. I'm not sure why the quality has dropped so drastically, but it definitely bums me out.

Hey coffee outside the house is expensive. But when I treat myself to coffee when I am out I am surprised how consistent Jittery Joe's is. My favorite Latte tastes delicious and consistent across many Jittery Joe's locations. Quality locally roasted coffee.

I got coffee this Saturday morning around 9:05. The young lady working the drive thru with short, brown, curly ish hair was the epitome of customer service! She was kind and knowledgeable. She offered the the puch card and informed me about how it works. Keep this employee, she will be the reason for repeat business!

I am a dummy and left my wallet at the house this morning. I offered to call and pay by card once I got home. They handed my tasty coffee and yogurt with a smile and said “it’s oh us.” I’ll be back tomorrow to pay for my stuff today and more tasty coffee tomorrow!

So refreshing to get a chai that is not from concentrate. Service was amazing. This is definitely our new go to for our caffeine needs.

They make the best London Fog with steamed milk, a hint of vanilla and lavender. My kids turned me on them when I came to visit for the holidays. ☕

My go to everytime I have to be at our corporate office

True story, I got married here. My wife and I were going to do it at the courthouse, however we learned the day before the wedding that it couldn't be done due to a lack of qualified staff. So we contacted an ordained minister, and he met us here to sign our license. We even have pictures with the logo in the back.

This is a big location of Jittery Joe's on the outskirts of town. The coffee is delicious! Try the Attack the Day coffee to take home.

Cheaper and better than Starbucks in my opinion. The dark roast is always a nice bold flavor.

Four stars might be a little generous, but I try to support the local businesses as much as they’ll allow. However, I could not justify giving JJ’s a fifth star because its competitors offer a similar, and in some cases superior, product at a lower price.

Out of all the Jittery Joe’s Locations, I visit this one the most. (And) I must say, I do not recall being disappointed a single time. The coffee and other products sold here are consistently delicious and high quality. The staff is friendly and courteous. During our most recent visit, I ordered an large dark roast coffee, my daughter ordered a delicious smoothie, and my two sons enjoyed a hot chocolate with whip cream. We were helped by a barista, named Erica, who was very kind and had a great attitude. She and her coworker helped us all feel appreciated. Thank you, Jittery Joe’s, for being a favorite stop of ours while in Athens.

I travel AN HOUR just for their Iced Spiced Chai Latte, they are the only ones that know how to make a chai latte.

Jittery Joe's is completely local! It has delicious pastrys and a wild selection of coffee and flavours.

This site is always delivers on fast service and delicious coffee. The wait staff are very polite, upbeat, personable, and professional. The prices are a little high compared to other places in the area, but that doesn't stop Jittery Joe's from being one of my favorite local coffee shops.
