Will not return. Overpriced, Overly sweet snowcones that are spilling over the sides and staining your hands. I have a family of 7 and only got 4 snowcones since some of the kids wanted ice cream. Got the "kid's size" for all the kids, which isn't advertised and costs $4.75 + tax per cup. They are the size of those little dixie cups used for rinsing your mouth. The people definitely seem like they were bothered by having customers in their low lit, hole in the wall establishment. The young man behind the counter also swore that the "kids cup" is enough for just him. I now know why after my 7 year old could only get in 3 bites before he wanted to throw it away. So i took over for him and man....... did my mouth, teeth and stomach feel extremely sore from the overload of sugar content. Talk about legal speed for kids....... If they are going to charge so much for just ice and syrup, they should really start using natural flavors with no added sugar. Filled with dyes and other monstrosities. DO NOT bring your kids or anyone else you care about here. Diabetes in a cup.

Today my family and I went to get sneauxballs after an early dinner; they were amazing! My daughter ordered the “love” sneauxball and my mom and I ordered rainbow for the nostalgia. One thing I want to mention is that before ordering I specifically asked were there any smaller sizes than the ones on display. I knew my child would not finish the smallest size displayed. The cashier told me that they didn’t have a smaller size. As we were waiting on our sneauxballs to be fixed, a lady came in with about 8 young boys and all of a sudden I see that they had smaller cups. All of the boys were able to order small sneauxballs. An appropriate answer would’ve been that the smaller cups were for a certain age range not a flat out “no.”

I have never had a snow cone with vanilla ice cream in the middle and let me tell you IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!! A friend of mine introduced me to it a couple of weeks ago and I've gone to three times a week ever since I was just in there yesterday and I will be going back in there tomorrow when I get off of work

First time going and I took the kids for an end of the s hool year treat. We walked in and I told the guy it was our first time in and he welcomed us and explained the menu. After choosing what we wanted it wasn't but a few minutes we had our snow cones. My boys ordered a bubble gum with sour spray and blue raspberry with sour spray and they LOVED them. My 2 year old got a bubble gum because it's blue and I got the unicorn which is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The cheesecake filling is divine!! I will definitely go back to try others! May make this a tradition now...If you are ever in the area go try it...they also have a drive through location.

Jmo’s! Wife I and frequent both locations! Always enjoy it! Ran by the north Monroe one and had the thought of maybe he could cater our little boys first bday. It was super easy to set up on the website! Email confirmation almost immediately! Owner is literally the nicest person around! Highly recommend! Sneaux!!! Best shaved ice around! Also always great to support local!

First let's talk about the service...can you say excellent, helpful, professional, kind and patient. Today was my first visit, the menu had such a variety that I had to be helped. I ended up getting the "Fox." Dont remember all the flavors but mainly had cotton Candy & cheesecake. Delicious! Oh yeah, ask them about that special sauce...yummy! I drove drove GA, trust...I'll be back.

We love Jmo’s! Best sneauxballs ever so when our wedding came around we reserved there food truck for our event. It was perfect! He has pricing for stuffed sneauxballs too. Which was worth it!

Great. Great flavors, great ice, and great customer service. I've been at least 10 times and it's always good.

Solid shaved ice, good handful of flavors to try from. Some flavors taste a little "syrupy" synthetic but most of them are not. Price is also good given what it is, just as much as you'd be paying anywhere else for this. They also have a great Social Media presence. Plan on going back!

These SneauxBalls are out of this world!!! The fusion of flavored shaved ice and ice cream 🍦 is a treat to the (tastebuds)pallet!!!

The "ACE" cheesecake stuffed snowcone topped with strawberry syrup and cream drizzle is to live for😍🤤! Even better, they have sugar free syrups so I can feel only half guilty 🤦🏽‍♀️. The treats are so good and the customer service is superb❤.

I didn't think it was possible that cheesecake and a snow cone combination would work. If you're not adventurous they have the conventional cone. . . but don't knock it until you try it. I'll definitely go back. . . especially on a hot muggy day.

Thank you for catering my granddaughter 1st birthday on Saturday. Everyone loved it. Had a lot of flavors to choose from. We will be visiting one of your locations to try the cheesecake inside a snow ball.

They have the greatest little quaint store on the South side the snow cones are good smiling faces when you walk in the door I love their artwork and their decor they're wonderful wonderful people they need to keep up the good work

They have an awesome selection of flavors! The ice is usually creamy and smooth as silk, depending on who's working the machine. My family and I thoroughly enjoy the service we receive, as well as the overall experience we receive from the staff.

At lunch we told our waitress we were going to Lake Ella and she highly recommended Sneauxball. The menu is so creative. My kids each have different tastes and each sneauxballs was delicious but my favorite was the beignets. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!

They brought their sneauxball truck to our community and oh my God 🙌🏼... delicious!!!! I just discovered their Facebook page and figured out they have a secret menu and I might just drop everything and go right now.

I love SneaxBall so much! I get my hair done next door to the building and I go there every time. Everyone there is so nice! I also attended their snow ball fight in 2019 and it was great! Hands down the best in Tallahassee

Man I have gone here so many times. Both locations. The drive thru is so friendly. The best spot in tally for a desert in my opinion. Great prices and a lot of flavors. 15/10 Cant wait to see their growth.

I love this place so much and I’m going to miss it when I leave tally! The owner is such a cool person and can make you any flavor you want! All of his staff are nice and professional! Follow his business page because once again the owner ALWAYS looks out for his customers. The sneauxballs are amazing! Please try the cream cheese and creole cream 10/10 recommend
