My friend got a omelette from here and there was balls of dirt in her food from unwashed mushrooms. Gross. Then the place only refunded her for her omelette and not her whole meal after serving her dirt. She obviously didn't want the rest of her food.

The customer service is very good and the staff is so welcoming. I got a bagel with scallion cream cheese, and let’s just say that cream cheese is to die for! Luckily they sell 1/2 pounds and pounds of cream cheese, so that’s been my go to!!

Don’t go here or order online if you have a food allergy. They don’t care and will not make sure you’re food is handled with care.

30 bucks for 3 sandwiches! The breakfast sandwich was good but the italian hoagie and fried chicked sandwich were tossed! the dressing on the italian was messy and tasteless and the provolone was BAD. The service and personell were nice. Precious money wasted. Sorry this one wont be revisited.

Good bagel selection. Happy to have found a place that offers a tofu cream cheese option. They also have non-dairy options for coffee. Location was clean. Staff was friendly.

Best bagels I have ever had in my life. Jen makes the BEST sandwiches and never skimps. They have the nicest crew and couldn't recommend this place more.

Good choice of breakfast options, my Pork Roll Egg and Cheese on an egg bagel was good, pork roll should have been cooked a little more. My son loved his chocolate chip pancakes

They NEVER follow the simple Instructions wheh you are from Door Dash! If you ask for butter on the roll it.comes DRYm if you order potatoes they forget them. What's the problem?

Came for a day trip to the beach and found a local bagel shop. My friend and I came in and ordered and the lady was very nice and attentive! Food was delicious and affordable surprisingly. If in the area again, I will be back!

Should’ve never let go the handsome kid behind the counter but wow does this place make a great bagel. Originally went for the hot boy at the register but now go strictly for a fantastic bacon egg and cheese. Charlie who used to work at joes bagels please call me!

I go to the Sea girt store and their prices are fair and food is fantastic I highly recommend this place

Decent line at the walk up order counter at about 930am on a Saturday, I suggest ordering ahead! The hash browns are crispy and delicious, the Philly Steak and Egg Wrap is particularly sublime

Honestly every time I order from here something is wrong. Tried to give multiple chances but the manager is a very rude woman and isn’t accommodating when they make a mistake. I will no longer be bringing my business to this establishment.

Just picked up a dozen bagels from Joes in Belmar. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I arrived home, reached into the bag and realized the bagels were rock hard. Im petty sure they were a day old. Save yourself a trip and find another bagel.shop. not worth the trip.

Disappointed! Cashier (young blonde) was inattentive and dismissive. We asked for an egg white omelette and they gave us a regular omelette that was cold, the inside ingredients were cold and the home fries were room temperature at best. We had to ask an employee to warm up our coffee because it was also cold!! And the pancakes…. Well they were burnt! Terrible food! We asked for a refund and got our money back. We will not be back here again. I must say there was a blonde skinny guy with tattoos that was polite and helpful.

It's a local place...very busy in the summer. Food is good..prices are a bit high...staff is efficient.

Food is decent, but like others say, they really struggle with getting orders correct. Not sure what the disconnect is on their end, it’s a seemingly easy issue to fix, but they apparently don’t address.

I was walking around Belmar looking for a place to get breakfast. Found this place while exploring, time to eat. Lots to choose from , ordered an egg white omelet w tomatoes and peppers( very good 👍 😋). With a side order of Turkey bacon 🥓 ( very good as well 😋). The staff was very good, service was also good. Highly recommend this place. 👍👍👍👍

How do you mess up eggs? Literally uncooked eggs… burnt mozzarella sticks and cold sauce.I can understand forgetting an item sometimes if you’re very busy but twice??? I’ve ordered from you guys about 3 or 4 times and kept hoping it would be good each time was bad. Im spending over 40$ Each time for bad food. Don’t go to this place. If you want a good bagel go to belmar bagels. Screw this place get better service elsewhere

I payed over $45 for 6 sandwiches and the pork roll on every sandwich needed to be cooked. I had to COOK the pork roll when I got home. I will never be back to this establishment.

I’m totally shocked and disgusted. Cashiers handling food with no gloves. Workers tasting food in the back with their fingers. Other food handlers without gloves touching their nose eyes mouth then handling food. This is a major health risk. Gross too. I’m taking my food I ordered and throwing it away.

Last three times I went, they got order wrong. Always want my breakfast sandwich on a toasted bagel. Bagels not toasted. Haven't been there at busy times and my wrong orders seem to take longer than they should. Go at your own risk.

Overall, horrible experience. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I believe my experience should be shared and I want to inform you that you can find much better bagels w better service about 5 mins from Joes. I’ve gone there and ordered a plain bagel w/ cream cheese and lox a few months back, and was given a plain bagel with butter. I didn’t see they messed up my order until after I had already left the store, and literally payed $10 for a butter bagel. The second time I’ve gone there I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain and was given a total of two bacon strips slapped in the middle of a cheesy mess. Never again. Save your money and support another business instead.

I am going to post this everywhere they will let me write a review. Joe’s Bagels is great!! But don’t be fooled.. they are not all the same. The Joe’s in Belmar is by far more superior of any Joe’s in the area (especially sea girt). Let me tell you this crazy story… Today’s was my daughters 2nd birthday party. We live basically across the street from Sea Girt place so we ordered two 3 foot hero’s a few days earlier. We were forced to do it online because no one answered the phone. We receive a confirmation and the money was taken out of our account. Fast forward to THE DAY OF. We receive a text message(NO phone call ) a TEXT message saying that they couldn’t fulfill the order and the money was put back into our account. WHAT?!! we were then scrambling at 7:30 am to find out what happened and then also figure out how we were going to feed our guests. We did not know that are privately owned franchises so I called the Belmar store while my wife called Sea Girt. A wonderful manager named Jenn answered the phone AND my prayers. She assured me that what they did to us was completely unacceptable and the SHE would fix it. She didn’t have to, this wasn’t her store or issue. She sprang into action, let me explain my order, how many people and assured me they would take care of it. Not only did she do that, while honoring the original price, they added bagels and spreads and offered to take it to the location of the party. We were floored by this business etiquette. From now on we will be driving a few more blocks out of our way to go to belmar. I hope this story reaches enough people AND sea girt so that they can step up their game and be more like Belmar!!

The food is good but today i got a north shore smoothie that was literally curdled before i got to work which is less than a 5 minute drive, the smoothie was solid. The workers inside don't properly wear their masks and make no effort to tell customers that come in without one on to wear one. Honestly i love joes but was very disappointed this time.

Outstanding! Second day in a row we've had breakfast there and I'll do it again tomorrow. The bagels are fresh and a great selection of flavors and types. The prices are excellent. Under $18 for two bagel sandwiches and two drinks.

We stopped at Joe's just as it opened after sunrise on the nearby beach. The woman working was pleasant and got us our food quickly and with a smile. The bagels are delicious and pretty big too! They had my favorite whole wheat everything bagels 😍 I can't wait to go again!

Counter staff very friendly. Kitchen slow preparing bfast sandwiches, despite very few customers. Sandwich and bagels generous in size, but was cold after five minute drive home. Unexplained delay in kitchen? Two men, who appeared to be managers, were off to South side of counter without masks over their mouths or noses. Went there last week, bagels consistently large, and generous with spreads.

Good food. The person who takes your order is not very welcoming or helpful.

Me and my fiancee had a great breakfast there today. Bagels were delicious and fresh. Great experience. People working there were friendly and our food was prepared quickly.

Joe's bagels are large, fresh, delicious, and only a dollar and change. The shop has a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff. The parking lot offers plenty of parking even during the busy summer months.

Not only the bear bagels and sandwich’s but the staff is AMAZING! Jen is the best she can help you with her eyes closed and you’ll get the best service. Always my go to breakfast place when I’m down at the beach!

The entire staff is so friendly! Especially the manager, Jen. She is AWESOME! She, and the entire staff, take incredibly good care of the store. The store is always clean. The bagels are always fresh and delicious. My go-to bagel store!

I came to see Joe's Bagel and Grill. It was like any other grill I'd seen before, and I couldn't figure out which bagel was his because they had so many... On the other hand, food was AMAZING! Shoulda called it Joe's Amazing Food Place (Home of Joe's elusive Bagel and unimpressive Grill.) If anyone finds the bagel, let me know....

I can't say it's the best bagel, but they are still good and the atmosphere is great. They have just about everything, including cold brew coffee.

Diverse menu but still has difficulty executing during high volume times. We placed an order online for pick up, when we got home, we realized several ingredients were mixed up in different wraps and add on ingredients were missing entirely.

I get daily salads from here as it’s the most reasonable place and super local to my office. For 9$ I’d just like more chicken. Not even sure this is an entire chicken breast.

I’m a regular at a very nearby breakfast spot so I was reluctant to try Joe’s for awhile. Feeling adventurous one day, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. My order came out exactly how I asked. Price was very low. Atmosphere was great. Service was good. Would really like to come back and try more food. I wasn’t blown away like I am by some other places nearby, but the cost:quality ratio is off the charts and if you’re in a hurry or want something to go, this is the best place in town for sure.

Place the order for pork roll and cheese got pork roll egg and cheese returned it for new sandwich it took about two minutes to have a new sandwich they must have taken the old one in the back and pick the egg off and handed it back to me never again

We are here on Vacation from South Florida but my Mother and I are from Manasquan and this is our first visit back in 35+ year's! We stumbled across Joe's Bagel and Grill and oh what a TREAT! We loved and missed an original NJ Salt Bagel! We had one with cream cheese and another with Pork Roll (also the best only here in NJ), in Florida, most people look at you crazy when you ask about Pork Roll, lol but true! We ate here often for Breakfast during our week's stay! You will be missed and we will not wait another 35 years to come back home it felt so good! (But, we looked forward to returning to our warm temperatures in Fl.!)

Good inexpensive breakfast with gluten free options

As an allergy family, they had great gluten and dairy free options that weren't priced any higher than the regular menu - so it was a sweet treat for our fam's beach day.

Great service. These people really move to make sure you are happy. The bagels are out of this world. Omelettes are out of this world good. I love this place. I'll keep going back.

Not a bad place. Nothing really special - special you find there, but they do have a room to grow. Stuff is polite, food is good, place clean (never been in the bathroom though). Some people think they need to rate this like it's 5 star restaurant - it's a bagel place! Gave you 4 stars, cause you do have some stuff to improve... always;)
