Way overpriced for very little food.

Always polite and ready when we come in

The sandwiches are good, a little pricey but for what you get it is better than fastfood places.

Anytime we are in the area we love to stop here. The best ruben sandwiches.

Wonderful experience! We happened to be stopping through on a road trip and got the Reuben and the California Cuban. 10/10 food and 10/10 service! The fries with gravy were also a 10/10!

Had a Reuben Sandwich meal. It was definitely A+ and Fries where top notch also. 1st time there was very impressed. The service was great and everyone was very nice also. I was going to go to Kings next door which is great also but change my mind last minute was very glad I did!

We love Jordyn’s deli! The food is always fresh and they have the best customer service. We like their Reuben’s and Havana sandwiches (pictured). The fries are good dipped in gravy!

Been wanting to try this place for awhile based on the great reviews. Got the Mad Italian and was really disappointed. Basic sub…bread was stale, few dabs of the vinaigrette and mayonnaise, depressing amount of cheese and meats. Dry overpriced sub. At $14.25 with tax I expected something as good and stacked as Jersey Mikes, it was not. Really wanted to like this local joint. I guess they’re known for their Rueben’s, so I may give it another try for one of those.

I found this sweet little place whenever I transferred to a different office for work & I am so happy I did! They’re the most welcoming, warm hearted people & the food makes you feel at home. Absolutely love the fries with gravy, my fav! Will always be a staple for me. Thank you for wonderful service! 😊

Best place to get sandwiches. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I recommend the Havana. My son ate there for the first time today and he loved his sandwich, The Hen. My daughter got the Rueben which was also delicious. I say go and try something new. I don't think you will be disappointed.

This deli goes out of their way to offer gainful employment to people with special needs, but besides that - The Reuben stands by itself against any other Reuben I've had in the United States! I'll challenge it even gives Katz deli strong competition! I will be back, 1000 miles for a good Reuben is worth it.

Update: This is one of our absolute favorite places. The reubens are, no exaggeration, the best i have ever had and they are totally CONSISTENT. Awesome every single time 😁 husband tried the new super popular chicken sandwich. He loved that too. YOU NEED TO EAT HERE 😁 Picked up a corned beef reuben and a pastrami reuben & split them with my husband. They were not only the beat reubens we have had, probably ever.. but also just the best sandwiches in general! I always take pics but we were starving and they looked so good we scarfed them down! We will be back very soon! Super friendly owner, also!

If you want to pay $40 for lunch and be treated poorly, Jordyn is your guy, and this deli is the place! Reviews I read were decent, but I found the opposite to be true. Food is overpriced, portions are skimpy, and the overall quality is lacking. Worst of all was the customer service. When I asked for the au jus that was supposed to come with my sandwich, I was informed it would cost extra. When I pointed out it was inclusive on the menu, a tiny portion was served. Then I was asked if I wanted anything else for free. Sandwiches were more bread than filling, and there were literally 7 or 8 fries in an order. We won't order again.

The Senator sandwich is exceptional & so were fries with gravy. I ordered these for pickup & it was ready when I arrived at the the deli 15 minutes later. First time there & I was very pleased. ~ Vanessa

Had the pleasure of meeting the owners my first time trying the place and I will say everyone and everything is absolutely amazing🫡

My mom and I were out running some errands, and we found ourselves by Falling Waters and needed to grab something to eat. My mom saw Jordyn’s Deli and said we should try it. I didn’t know until we got there the wonderful cause they stood for, and the contribution to the community they are making. If their wonderful cause isn’t enough to go, the food is outstanding. My mom and I shared a Mad Italian. It was one of the best italian subs I have had. Best presentation and perfect amount of lunchmeat. We got my grandmother a chicken quesadilla and she loved it as well. We got my dad a Havana and dropped it by his work and he enjoyed it! Next time we are by Falling Waters we will be stopping again!

This place is the real deal. Absolutely the best food and service around!!!

Go there and get the Mad Italian and Fries at least once a week. Food is consistently good, the owner and chef is a fantastic guy, always there hard working. Love supporting the small businesses rather than large chains. Must stop place if you’re looking for a sandwich!

I got a footlong turkey sub yesterday which in the description clearly states half a pound of turkey (8 oz) ....if your going to advertise that portion maybe actually put that on the sub. I have a food scale at home and weighed the leftover half and it only had 2.7 ounces of turkey on it. The subs are already overpriced so maybe actually give customers what their paying for. Not coming back.

Omg! Drunken Meatball Sub was to die for. Plus it's very hard to find places that does fries with gravy and the were phenomenal. Definitely will br back to try the Reuben

This is by far the best, most fresh deli sandwich shop I've ever been to. The ingredients and portions are outstanding and the service is very friendly. Very clean establishment too. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely wonderful food. I had the Brickhouse and some gravy fries which were delicious. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming, and the staff are all very kind, courteous, and helpful. I fully recommend this place, me and my family will definitely be back!!!

Visiting town and this place was recommended as the local favorite, now I see why! Outside of what they stand for and good service, they also make some pretty solid food. We ordered the reuben with the corned beef (this person loves this sandwich and said the standard pastrami is also stellar), the senator (great classic), the mad Italian sub (stacked!), and I got the green goddess but swapped out the bread for rye and added turkey (it was a bit mild for my liking, wish there was an option to add something more flavor forward, but it was fresh). I would definitely come back to try some of their other sandwiches too!

Attentive, personal service followed by the best meal we encountered on our road trip. Crunchy pickle, the right amount of sauce on the sandwich, flavorful tender meat.

Hands down the best Rueben sandwich we have ever had! The Cuban was also a big hit. Onion rings were perfect with slightly spicy dipping sauce. The Owner Bob made us feel right at home and suggested some of the local favorites. A definite must if you have not been. Great experience, thank you Bob!

I can't say enough nice things about this restaurant. Generous portions, delicious and great people. We rolled in about 15 minutes before closing said we would get it to go so the owner could close and he insisted we stay and enjoy. What a host!

I have dietary issues and it often makes me a harsh food critic. Jordyns Deli is THE BEST. Staff are always incredibly kind. Fresh ingredients. Best people. Best Sandwiches and Subs.

We recently moved to this area and have been looking for places to eat. I am not into chain fast food and that seems what is mostly prevalent . I am so glad I found this place . The food is always served/ packaged with care. Everything we tried tasted fresh . We tried the Reuben , the Rachel , Havana , the pulled pork and all were good .The onion rings were hot and delicious . We will be going there regularly every time I need a break from making dinner .I love our new neighborhood Deli. Thank you!

We ordered the Cuban and pulled pork sandwiches. Both were very good. The onion rings were freshly prepared and were delicious. The deli is very clean. The staff is welcoming. We will be planning another visit to try other menu items.

This place is a hidden gem! Hands down the Best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. I know what you're thinking, in West Virginia? Yes, melt in your mouth amazingness. The flavor profile is perfect. You won't be disappointed. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Convenient parking and in a very accessible location. They recently started serving french fries and onion rings, which were tasty and freshly made. Highly recommend this family owned local business - Get the Reuben or the French Dip!

Amazing deli, great sandwiches, and nice staff. Which should surprise you considering Chump Mysters review on here, but let me assure you that I do not need or have to convince you his review is wrong and suspect, because your visit to Jordyns will do that itself and lead you to believe Chump is either a troll or has an ulterior motive. Hands down, Jordyns Deli is a cut above. They offer a great selection of sandwiches and work hard to deliver delicious food and a great dining experience. So if you do read Chumps review, keep it mind when you visit Jordyns and let their food and staff do the convincing about whom to believe.

When I walked in my first impression was that this place looks clean. It took maybe 5 seconds to be greeted. This was a slow time of the day, but I can only give my honest opinion on what I experience when I am here. And this is my honest experience on this visit. The cook ( I think maybe manager was helpful with the menu.) Only ordered the 1/4ib Ruben but it was very good and filling. It was one of the better rubeuns in the area. ( My personal preference, I would have preferred the bread to be toasted or more than it was anyway. also I think they use a thousand island sauce, I prefer the dressing. Very different textures. But overall it's a great sandwich. The staff was very friendly. You could tell they were " old school" as far as work ethic and customer service skills. They kept busy but they both made me feel like I was their first priority my entire time in the restaurant. They both followed up with me to see if I needed anything or wanted anything. They both engaged in conversation and they both have that " knack" that customers look for. They made it a very " Welcoming" atmosphere. I took a sneak peek in the kitchen area through the doorway when I was asking for e extra sauce to go and the entire restaurant was very clean the cook was wearing gloves wiping down equipment For some reason my phone was not picking up the Wi-fi, so I asked about if they offer it? They do offer free Wi-Fi the staff member even went back to double check and turned her phone off and back on to make sure her phone picked it up. I have an old android and for some reason my phone didn't. I will definitely be back. And that's the best compliment a customer can give.... Kudos to the Staff that was working on the day I was dining there on 11/7. They hit every box a guest would be looking for as far as customer service goes. And beyond in my book. ***Menu Item Request ***- Beef On Wyck. Martinsburg Location This item fits well with the other items on your menu but you have to get the real Wyck rolls. I know that Wegmans grocery stores near Frederick get them and I'm sure you probably find some contact to find a bakery. But Specifically for the Martinsburg location you have a Buffalo Bills Backer's Club that has about 40+ members that would love to have a place to go to order a REAL Beef on Wyck. * There are other Buffalo Bills Backer's clubs in other areas as well that this item my go well in. We have a FB page that you can contact to look for locations that may be close to your other locations. Just a thought.. This was still in the * draft* stage when I went on to read another post about your commitment to adults with special needs. That just added the WOW factor for me. That hits close to my heart as I had a sister who passed 4 years ago in Dec, who was a very special needs adult. I am now not only a new customer but a Proud New Customer.... Even if you're a Steelers Fan!!!! Ha

This place is a gem. We got a Reuben and a meatball sub and they were both fantastic.

SUCKS! Sandwiches look outstanding but are not. Those big piles of beef are propped up by lettuce on the bun. Mayo underneath the lettuce never makes it to the beef. Beef was dry; bun was soggy. Hmm. Lettuce was crunchy though. This was there Philly. It came with Zero cheese. That's a first for me. But, they never said or advertised any sort of cheese. It just messes with your mind when you here Philly and you get no cheese. Cheese usually is part of the attraction. Also, they don't make their own meatballs, they come prepared, all they're doing is warming them up for you.

My girlfriend and I ordered from here for the first time about 5 months ago and it immediately became our go to place when we didn’t want to cook. The food is consistently great and every sandwich we have tried has been good. The customer service is also always great everyone is very friendly. We also love the message behind the restaurant!!

My wife and I would like to thank the staff at Jordyn's. We are in the process of relocating to Hedgesville from New Jersey. We had lunch at this location twice 9/26. We absolutely enjoyed both of our lunch experiences and I promise we will be going back for sure. They are receiving 5 stars and it well deserved!!!

Delicious food and nice atmosphere right off the highway. Jordan's supports the local disabled community. Happy we discovered it. Love supporting small businesses that support the community.
