Kaleisia is one of the treasures of Tampa. It has not only wonderful tea and food, great service and a very clean store, but a real sense of community. People meet there for crafting days, for meditation classes, for study groups... it's more than just a wonderful tea house, it's a community center.

Wow. Went for the first time today and was super impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, not to mention fast. I ordered a Thai milk tea with coffee and boba. It was probably the best one in town. I was also able to stock up on loose-leaf tea and local raw honey, which was super nice and unexpected. To top things off, I ordered a pumpkin soup to go and it was delicious. This sounds like a fake review (LOL), but it’s not. I was just really impressed. We be going back.

Very relaxing atmosphere to read, write, eat, drink, listen to music with your ear pods/headphones. Even just to chill with your friends for a good quiet time. Staff is absolutely amazing and will go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. I'm so totally hooked! I also recommend to follow and check them out on Instagram! <3 <3 <3

I have loved this tea shop for years. Anytime I’m in the area I enjoy a Thai tea with boba and it’s always perfect. They brew the tea, so there isn’t any weird mix. The food is fresh and healthy but I truly love the tacos from the truck next door, tacos gone mobil. Great spot for meetings or to study, great community feel. The hours seem to be limited during summer. They have vegan options and gluten free!

I've been coming to Kalesia for several years and I've made a lot of beautiful memories here. Service is amazing, I've never tried a drink from here that I didn't like, and there are a good amount of vegan options too. I try to spend a little time here every time I find myself in Tampa.

Absolutely amazing service, delicious food, and amazing tea. Theres a whole tea wall where you can smell samples and choose what you would like. The employees are extremely helpful and the meal that you get with the vegan red curry for 8 dollars is crazy good. Definitely my new study spot, they even have a quiet room.

Nice quiet place to grab some teas and great food. Plenty of options available even vegetarian and vegan dishes to choose from. Inside is very pleasant and the staff is very polite and helpful when deciding what teas you might like. Mostly college students come here to study and to use the free Wi-Fi. There's also an outdoor area that you can go sit and eat/drink too when the weather permits. So check them out and relax inside their tea lounge.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for about 15 years. I don't even live in Florida anymore but I make sure to stop in and get my fix whenever I visit Tampa. The service is stellar, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food and drinks, as I said, I've been frequenting this restaurant for 15 years! Treat yourself. Visit Kaleisia today!

The best Boba smoothies & the freshest healthy foods - 😋!

My all time go to place for tea and boba! Perfect chill place for laptop work and quiet catch up spot. All the workers are quite knowledgeable on all the teas if you need ideas what tea to drink. My favorite thing about their teas are they’re are all flavorful and natural tasting. They don’t use any artificial flavoring.

Vibes 10/10. Service 10/10. Food, boba, tea all 10/10. Get the mango smoothie with lychee jelly - I promise it’ll be your new boba spot. Not sickeningly sweet, just right, tastes super fresh. Last time I got the pumpkin soup which I believe is seasonal - it was like a warm hug to my belly. You really can’t go wrong with their teas, feel free to ask for recommendations, and you can add honey! :)

On my way home, I felt like having some tea. So, I searched for tea places nearby and found Kaleisia Tea Lounge. The tea lounge was a beautiful place with a lovely ambiance and a great decor. I went straight to the counter to order a Thai Tea with Boba and the service was exceptional. Within no time, I received my order of Thai Tea. It was a delectable blend of perfectly roasted tea and the right amount of boba. I loved drinking my tea at Kaleisia Tea Lounge, and would highly recommend it for tea lovers.

My favorite place to go to get healthy and refreshing drinks. Go and become addicted!

I have been going here for over 2 years. They have amazing boba tea that is vegan. Today I picked up boba milk teas and on the way to my car I tripped and dropped one of the teas. I walked in with what I could save of the tea and asked to just use what was left and the worker left the counter to talk to someone else. It felt strange. I’m a regular who had an accident and I appeared they didn’t know if they could replace the drink. They didn’t make any recommendations. I explained what the tea was. After 5 minutes of awkward stares and conversations I offered to just pay. No one said anything but okay and rang up again for the 9 dollar drink. Paying 18 dollars for an accident to a place I go to 3-5 times a month seemed like they did not care about my business. I do not think I’ll be coming back and will find another tea house in Tampa.

Great place to relax and study. I enjoy the sitting room with the wooden tables. I highly suggest trying the Earl Grey shortbread cookies, the spicy banh mi sandwiches, the blueberry rooibos milk tea with boba or the earl grey creme milk tea with boba…you wont be disappointed!

I ordered boba tea for my son ToGo , while enjoying the dining in with my daughter. When I went back to the counter and asked to keep the ToGo boba tea in the refrigerator, the lady she made me a fresh drink upon leaving the restaurant. That is perfect customer service plus it tells me that they take their boba quality seriously. This is my second visit, great choice

Such an awesome little tea lounge! Great tea, great service and a awesome atmosphere. I had the mango matcha tea and it was really good! Look forward to coming back and trying out some other tea options as well as getting to try out their food! The food all looked really good. I love this place! My hubby and I enjoy stopping here after our appts nearby. Their boba tea flavors are delicious! I had a watermelon juice since I cannot have caffeine anymore and they added boba to it for me and I also loved it. Their korean BBQ sets are my absolute favorite to eat! I also love the pickled cabbage and cucumbers that comes as a side. We've had soups and panini, matcha cupcakes and hot tea, curry, etc..... we've never been disappointed. I looooove their spring rolls! Wish they were open a little earlier in the am and that's my only complaint! Also wish there were more locations! (Maybe one in Pasco ;).

The atmosphere is cost and inviting, the tea and food is delicious, and they are always trying to help the community and others. They have a great Japanese sitting room and groups love to come here from knitting and gaming it is a very relaxing and happy place I love it here the food is amazing and so are the staff.

I've been coming here for a long time and watched them grow. Kaleisia is easily the best tea in town (some of the best I've had ever!) and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is calm and lovely.

This place is very nice. Amazing atmosphere and great place to sit and study or have tea with friends. I didn’t have the food but I did have the mango matcha latte which was very delicious. Also had their tropical herbal tea that has coconut in it, it was very good. Great friendly and helpful service.

Boba and light eats. The shop also has a selection of loose tea and cute tea ware on sale. There’s also a quiet room, free Wi-Fi. Happy hour 2-4 pm with discounts on brewed tea if you specifically ask for it.

Staff is very welcoming but not overbearing. The are patient for those customers that may not know exactly what to drink, as there is such a variety of teas. Very pleasant.

This is one of favorite places to eat or take out healthy, delicious food. They have a relatively small menu but everything we have tried is very good. If you like a variety of teas, this is the place for you.

My favorite tea or coffee shop in all Tampa Bay. I recommend the Vietnam coffee, all the almond teas, the mock-piña colada smoothie, turkey panini, and pumpkin coconut soup, among many other delicacies. The staff, many of whom have worked there for a decade, can advise on what tea matches your needs. The atmosphere is calm for studies or work and fun for a date or hanging with friends or kids. Haven't been here in years and completely forgot how awesome this place is. Wonderful, clean atmosphere, friendly customer service, great vegan food and of course teas and smoothies! Such a treat!

The food and drinks are amazing. However, I had a horrible experience in the study room. The male employee with glasses today lingered in the study room for over an hour with a customer chatting up a storm with extremely uncomfortable topics. The room has several signs indicating that it is quiet study area but apparently to some employees that doesn't concern them. This employee made comments about race, religion, and sensitive topics. Not only is there supposed to be no talking in the room but he was making me and my friend so uncomfortable that we resorted to sitting outside in the 95 degrees heat to do our work instead of being able to utilize the study room.

If you're looking for a chill 'tea house' space look no further. It'd always calm and inviting inside and the tea is very good. They usually have something to sample which is fun to try new things.

My favorite meal is the Spicy Red Curry (I add chicken instead of tofu). However, I tasted my sister's tofu and it was very good. My favorite drink is the tropical sunset with lychee poppers in the teatanic size. Also, the he variety of teas available is superb.

This is one of the few restaurants that has genuinely tasty food and I still feel healthy eating it. I also love their boba drinks and the restaurants chill atmosphere. I look forward to coming back soon!

The staff here truly make you feel at home, the food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious, so so happy to see such a healthy and warm business continue to thrive amidst all of the chaos in the resturaunt industry.

The food and tea is amazing and the workers are wonderful, my only gripe is that even when you dine in, they put your food in Styrofoam. The trash is constantly full of plastic & Styrofoam waste. Does this bother anyone else? It's bad enough to not want to support the business.

I have been coming here for 4 years. This is a vegan friendly loose leaf tea Cafe where it is peaceful to study. The staff are amazing very personable and helpful. They do have boba for boba lovers such as myself and just about every drink you are able to customize. True tea lovers need to stop by this place you will not regret it. Oh and before I forget they have the cutest tea sets!!!! You are welcome in advance.

it lost its soul. It used to be a community living-type feel, with board games and a vibe that fit the community; they replaced that sense of community with pricy knick-knacks. It's a shame.

I’ve been going here for years and love it. Very nice atmosphere and great tea.

We chose pistachio and mango boba tea, both were very tasty and made from real mangoes and pistachios. They have friendly staff, a quiet tea room, a wide selection of tea and cute cups and teapots for sale.

I love thai tea and this is one of few places that brews it without sugar for customers like myself. Customer service is hands down a 5 star rating. Great food and tea. You can't go wrong going here.

Kalesia is always wonderful. Whenever I'm nearby, I like to at least get one of their many iced teas for the road--or, better yet, hang out and enjoy one along with one of their appetizers or a cupcake. Their food and drinks are tasty, unique, fresh, and affordable. They're practically a miracle 😂

Love love love this place. The food and teas are delicious and they have many vegan options! Deducting a star because they use styrofoam and plastic containers and silverware even if you dine in. Other small businesses have found more sustainable ways to package their food so there’s no excuse.

Friendly staff and consistently tasty food! The selection and quality of teas is the best in Tampa bay out of the tea places I’ve tried. The music selection is good and it’s a nice place to do work/study/read a book ^_^

Ordered their regular sized Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea (total $6) and it's absolutely comparable to the drinks back in California. Prices are reasonable and I love how everyone here respectfully wears a mask. The environment is quiet and clean, perfect for a long day of studying. I also like how there's a quiet room for those individuals who want to keep their focus. Definitely will come back in the future!!

This is the place my friends and I love to meet for lunch and great conversation. The box sets are fabulous, with an entree, salad, fantastic spring rolls and dipping sauce, a (vegan buttercream or matcha) cupcake and a tea of your choice from their expansive selection. They have many vegetarian and vegan options. The atmosphere is wonderful, with indoor and outdoor seating. You can stop by briefly or stay for hours. My kind of place! (One complaint- in switching to disposables due to covid concerns, they have opted for Styrofoam, and lots of it. I hope they switch back to plates or at least something better for our fine planet. <3)

Great selection of tea. This is the best location for bubble/boba tea in Tampa Bay. Fancy loose leaf as well. The food is good, lots of vegan options. But as a non-vegan I still enjoyed the food

I came to Kaleisia today with a friend and was very pleasantly surprised! I didn't expect much from the location, but once you go inside its a whole different experience! I had an iced tea that my friend chose, and it was amazing! All of the food looked great. They have a nice outdoor seating area and a quiet room! Staff was also super helpful. I will be back soon!

The tea is always awesome but today the food was next level amazing - I had the tofu bahn mi and my husband had a bowl and everything was phenomenal. If you haven’t tried this place you have to! This is SUCH a wonderful place! I found it by chance when I was looking for a gift for a tea-loving friend, and now I'm obsessed!! I stop by at least once a week for my favorite drink. The staff is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable about the multitude of offerings. Highly recommend, even for people who aren't generally fans of tea (like myself), as there's something for absolutely everyone here.
