Food is very tasty and hygienic.The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the Chicken pita and French fries.

The meal combo is over priced Like come on $40 for 2 sandwiches small drink and some fries 🍟 The sandwiches were good no complaints but the meal ( small cups and some fries 🍟 ) I asked for a little more he puts couple as in 2 I asked him if he was serious he said if want to buy fries there is different sizes I don’t feel I should buy more if he gave the right amount I understand people don’t finish all the food but the way he spoke was rude I would want to go back I did not enjoy my food because of him The server was amazing he is from Afghanistan 🇦🇫 the other guy sounded Arab he needs to check himself Extremely poor attitude as I just saw in the other reviews

Gave 5 stars for the effort they put im the business, for their friendliness and hospitality. Definitely they are not accommodating the real shawarma. It was a disappointment I thought all shawarma places in tampa would be on a competition. If you are looking for an authentic shawarma this is definitely not the place. Also found a hair in my wrap. I think a place like that has the potential to service authentic shawarma and still accommodate the americanized taste as well. Wish them all the luck coz apparently its working for them and they’re doing good business

We came in blind. The guys behind the counter walked us through everything and were awesome. I got a kid's bowl and hubby got a pita. Everything tasted warm and fresh. I'm in town monthly and this will definitely be in my new rotation. If you're on the fence, TRY IT!!!

After a long day at Busch gardens, some fresh healthy food is just what we were craving. After scouring the area for places to eat, we settled on Zaky Zak’s, little did we know what gold mine we struck. The immediately the authenticity was unmatched. The shawarma still fresh on the spit and the falafel made to order. Our large order of fries was gone in a matter of minutes as we all ravenously attacked the plate, leaving nothing but crumbs. Both the bowls and pitas were exceptional. This is truly the best middle eastern food I’ve had in Florida. I give zaky zaks a raving recommendation to anyone looking for something fresh, authentic, relatively inexpensive, and vegetarian friendly. 10/10

If your not knowledgeable of the food and it’s your first time trying it simply don’t go there , I received no help whatsoever while trying to order , the attitude the guy was giving me was almost as if I was bothering him for being there , and they will charge you 8 dollars for fries .75 for garlic dip which I thought was a bit expensive on this economy

I was studying at USF library craving NYC halal street food & was recommended this place. The chicken bowl didn’t even make it to the library it was so good. The chicken is fresh and flavorful. Everything from the rice to the toppings are fresh. The hummus on the side of the plate adds such a nice touch per bite. I would pick this over chipotle from now on. Unfortunately my lentil soup spilled all over my bag/ car so i wasn’t able to try it, but the falafel made up for it. They are made fresh to order, so by the time I stared to eat them they were just right in temperature.

Excellent flavor. If you are looking for Palestinian style shawarma this is the place to go. Very similar to Ramallah restaurants. Portions were generous and the flavor was excellent. Keep up the great work!

One of me and my partner’s favorite places to get a fresh healthy dinner after a long day of work when we don’t want to cook. The food is so consistent and delicious, and the staff are always SO friendly and accommodating. The portions are decent and the prices are fair. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

The food went beyond exceeding my expectations. I knew it would be good but I didn't realize it would be that good! I drove over an hour just to try their shawarma and let me tell you, it was so juicy and so satisfying, I was on cloud 9. If you haven't tried this place, what are you waiting for? The food is truly unbelievably tasty. The prices are reasonable as well. The gentlemen working there are soo friendly and welcoming, you feel like they are inviting you into their home. They are so polite and kind, the service is top notch. This is the best shawarma spot in Tampa, maybe even the best in the entire state of Florida! Well worth the one hour drive to eat here. I'm just amazed. You don't find places this good anymore!

This restaurant serves a Middle East food in the style of Palestine. It is EXCELLENT. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and modern, the food is amazing. We had bowls filled with hummus, vegetables and topped with tahini dressing. Everything is fresh. The chicken is quite delicious and the felafel are cooked perfectly.

Wow just wow. I saw this place when I was driving in the area and I thought let me take a look at the reviews. Ok they had good reviews, so now I needed to see for myself. Well let me tell you, this food was so flavorful and amazing. I ordered the steak bowl with all of the toppings. It was incredible. The steak had so much flavor and you can taste each and every item in the bowl. Even the rice was bursting with flavor. Everything was super fresh and nothing overpowering. I could have eaten a whole other bowl myself. Next time I would love to try the saj, just because they really pack it and grill it on the flat top. There is a reason why they have good reviews. Run don't walk to Zaky Zak, you won't be sorry.

This is great authentic food made fresh every time. The chicken bowl was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly. They provided recommendations for sauces to add and provided a great atmosphere. It is close to USF allowing for easy access to amazing food. This is a must try when in the area.

Amazing food. Fresh and clean. Very friendly staff. The Falafel is by far the best that I have ever tried and has the original taste, the same goes for the hummus and baba ghanouj. The fries are crunchy and delicious. The chicken shawarma was great also. Most importantly, this is one of the few middle eastern restaurants that use paper plates instead of styrofoam 👍👍👍. But that owner kind of gets in the way needs to go home and leave them to do their job Seems like he's forgotten what he's there for and all he wants to do is push the register button to collect the cash.

This is a fast casual place that allows for your own customization of your wrap (saj), bowl, or pita. The flavors are authentic, the people are friendly, and the service was fast and efficient. Skip the international flight and just stop in here!

I was craving some shawarma and I don't know how to feel about this place, the signs outside and bags and everything look nice and well designed but once you actually come inside the menu and shirts the employees are wearing look like they're designed by a high schooler so it gives a weird vibe. I got a steak saj combo and ended up paying over 20 bucks for a wrap, a can of soda and some fries that taste like cheap frozen fries. For that I could get an entree and a drink from a steakhouse. I've definitely had better for probably like 13 bucks, but it wasn't awful. I definitely couldn't imagine coming here with other people though because just thinking about spending 40+ dollars just to get okay-ish shawarma combos for two seems ridiculous.

Amazing food, fresh veggies, everything fresh, has the best fries, better than an fast food restaurant.

Great food, but fast food atmosphere. The prices are a bit high. $8 for a basket of fries. The steak bowl was very good. The garlic tahini sauce is tasty. Don’t come here for the view. Come here for quick food that is yummy and different from the normal American cuisine.

Was in the area for a business trip and decided to give this place a try. The food was excellent and now I'm sad we don't have a place like this in Austin, TX. It's basically the Chipotle style of ordering. You choose a pita or bowl, pick your meat or falafel, other toppings you want like hummus, veggies, tahini, etc. It was great. I got a steak pita and a side of falafel. They shave the meat right off the skewer right in front of you and make your plate/bowl. I think this might be the only location? Didn't seem like a chain. If we had something like this in Austin, I know it would be very popular. Will definitely be back if I am ever in the area again.

This place was so authentic and yummy and the owner spent some time explaining to us about the different ingredients and “Zaky” means delicious. And it was! 😉 I ordered the falafel pita and my friend got the chicken pita and then you get to add your own ingredients and I have to say the flavors and spiciness of mine was right on point. I also got two pieces of the cashew caramel baklava — that was amazing. The interior is not fancy, but it’s clean and the ingredients were fresh and the service was fabulous. If you’re looking for something unique that’s not too expensive this is the place!! A great place for lunch or dinner before you hit some shops nearby.
