Kava drinks are the best to spend with friends or family!

This place is absolutely charming. I am in the Kava business (Vice City Kava) and I’m definitely coming back. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming.

Kava bartender was racist and has something against white guys. I was barely, just barely even almost tipsy, nowhere even close to being drunk, and he started to yell at me that I can't take kratom so I said that's fine I'll step over to the other bar. But he decided to take it to the next level and kick me out. Racism and avoid if you're a white male. To add some context, I just tore my ACL and was looking for some pain relief. But I guess it doesn't matter if you're a white male.

Amazing place and atmosphere! The owners are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about creating a community where everyone can connect. Magic is an outstanding DJ, spinning the best music. The drinks are fantastic, and the kava leaves you feeling great. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. They have a ton of board games, making it a great spot to hang out and meet new people. Plus, the fast internet is perfect for those of us who work from home and need a change of scenery. This place has become my go-to spot for both work and relaxation.

Our experience at Kava Villa was disappointing. ordered a latte, expecting a rich, flavorful brew, but it was bland and lukewarm. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. The mocktails were equally unimpressive. The Kava Manga tasted unbalanced, with the kava overpowering the other flavors, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant drink. The villa mojito was flat and lacked the refreshing minty zing it should have had. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive, providing poor customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kava Villa recently. When I walked in, the place was completely empty, yet the barista didn't acknowledge me at all. After standing at the counter for several minutes, I had to get their attention, only to be met with rude and dismissive behavior. The barista's comments were outright disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was clear they had no interest in providing any semblance of good customer service. Due to the horrible treatment, I walked out without making a purchase. This kind of experience is unacceptable for any business, and I won't be returning to Kava Villa. If you value good customer service, I suggest avoiding this place.

Perfectly hidden in plain sight, it's the most chill spot you'll ever stumble across. Magic is your guy - he gave a great recommendation that was awesome.

Welcoming spot with great drinks. Can be chill and laidback, or buzzy and loud (which is great because it’s on one of the busier streets of wynwood). Diverse crowd. Highly recommend.

Located in the beautiful upper buena vista plaza. The drink (Gold) was refreshing for this hot early summer and tasted amazing with the tamarind syrup. Thanks! I’ll be back

Great experience at Kava Villa! The owners are super welcoming, the drinks are unique and delicious and the kava is definitely great quality. We were so happy we came across this bar in Wynwood. We'll definitely be back when we're back in Miami.

First time walking around Wynwood and we got rained on! We luckily stumbled upon this “coffee shop” and took shelter for 2 hours and had an amazing experience! We’ve never heard of Kava but the dynamic duo of Maria & Magic got us up to spark and made us some delicious drinks! One of the regulars there was an outrageous personality but we loved it. Thanks for letting us play Yahtzee! Sorry I dropped one of the die under your equipment! I hope it was retrieved and the game is still usable for others!

Had no idea what Kava was, tried it and it's amazing. I tried the Red mix for energy and it really works. Gives you a smooth lift and increases your focus. The vibe here is nice and chill, you can get your laptop and work during the day or come in the evening and enjoy some cool DJ mixes.

Amazing place and atmosphere! The guys who own it are so cool! Black Magic is an amazing DJ and has all the good deep house music that I love. The drinks are great! And kava will have you feeling great. 😊

This kava lounge is an absolute pleasure to do my work in, or to just relax in general. The kavatenders are attentive, and very personable. As someone who’s familiar with kava bars in the area, this location is prime, being located very close to the Wynwood walls, and it’s a great stop along the way. 10/10, would kava here again.

Forced to spend money to use the Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Never put a stipulation on your clients to buy something to use your Wi-Fi. Happy to pay money and spend money without being told I need to do that. Get your Internet fixed or don’t.

We learned a lesson about the cava plant attic and enjoyed a refreshing drink, made by magic and his assistant. We also met the owner Shah. Everything about it was an amazing experience. I would definitely suggest checking them out. It’s a super relaxed five

My new hangout spot! Shawn, the owner is very kind and fun, amazing vibes. He has an interesting kava and Kratom menu with a wide variety of flavors. I normally get a shell of kava, this kava is really good quality. If it’s your first time, Shawn will guide you through it. He has board games too so this is set up to have an great time!

A small lovely spot in the heart of Wyndwall district to stop, recharge and try something new. Best service at the stand and personal touch.

Kava Villa is truly a great experience with so many delicious drinks. Depending on your mood or the affects you may be looking for there is a drink for you. Besides Kava and Kratom drinks you can get an iced coffee or espresso made fresh, sparkling water of several flavors, coconut water. I love the Kratom teas and the Kava Bu. They can add a little bit of flavor to your teas like mango, passion fruit, berry, etc. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the area so if you are from out of town they’ll be glad to tell you just about anything you’d like to know from true locals. The atmosphere is colorful with chill vibes and a great selection of music. Magic is the DJ and the master mind behind the delicious drinks at Kava Villa. They have games, books and very nice chess sets with all the pieces. It’s also a great spot to watch the games.

A great new kava bar that just opened up not to long ago. There is comfortable seating to go around along with a fantastic atmosphere. The service is top notch and the environment is very welcoming. The two owners Shaun and Magic are great host and do an amazing job of making you feel comfortable and welcome in their space. The drinks are unique and are definitely flavorful. I recommend coming here if you are looking for a nice layback environment that welcomes all.

Literally just wanted some coffee and stumbled in to this place and learned a lot about Kava and kratom and its properties. Tried all of it out and it's honestly amazing stuff. I had a coffee, kava drink and kratom (yes, I was greedy and wanted to try it all) but so glad I did. The two gents that run the joint were so welcoming and engaging, too. Ended up having a good chat with them for half an hour. Will certainly be swinging by again before I fly back to London!!! Cheers, gents!

I FINALLY found a good kava/kratom bar in Miami. After trying many, I can confidently say that this is my new go to place. The drinks were delicious. I loved the variety of flavors. The atmosphere was so fun too! Highly recommend!

The spot is also right next to a regular bar so great if you have people in your group that don’t drink Kava and Kratom or vice versa

It was my first time trying kava, the staff was amazing, the music was great, and the environment was so good I didn’t want to leave. Definitely bringing my friends up here this weekend. 5/5 stars no doubt. Glad they opened up a spot like this in wynwood! So different and definitely the best place to unwind and enjoy the moment.

I don’t drink alcohol, and this is a great alternative. I believe they recommended the green kratom mule, it was great and refreshing on a hot summer day. Put me in a nice, mellow mood. Great staff and good vibes all around. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to try something different.
