I always love coming here for breakfast! My food was great and my waitress Tina was the kindest! Very knowledgeable on the menu and provided great service!

Everything was amazing and Jeanine was an amazing server she should get a promotion

I called the corporate office to make a complaint by making them aware of what has been taking place at their restaurant and I was informed this particular Keke’s is franchise owned. I hope the franchise owner reads these reviews, because something needs to be done A.S.A.P. I come to this N.Lakeland Keke’s quite often. This is the 3rd time I have witnessed the manager completely out of control, yelling at her associates with her arms flailing like a lunatic in the back kitchen area where all the customers can hear plus see through the big panoramic glass that separates the kitchen from the seating area. The manager needs to be terminated in my opinion or demoted at the very least. She is down right disrespectful to her staff. I have noticed numerous times where she has had an arrogant chip on her shoulder with her staff. She puts on a good face for the customers when she is face to face with them, then once she walks way, she gives her arrogant smirk with rolling eyes almost every time. This is just rude and disrespectful to witness this as a customer. There is a thing called “Professionalism” where this manager evidently has never been trained by, nor heard of this simple business term, because she doesn’t have it at all. If the manger isn’t removed from her position, she needs strict retraining and oversight by the owner of this franchise. Personally I would demote her, because she has shown she can’t handle a manager role or responsibilities. The first time I witnessed this outburst of verbal abuse, I thought I was on a spoof reality show like “Hells Kitchen”….this is truly sad and unprofessional for the KeKe’s brand and reputation. I really enjoy coming here with my family and friends to eat breakfast and lunch. The food is always excellent, the service by the hosts, serving staff, and chefs is always 5 star. They always make it a pleasant experience. The staff are very professional and patient employees with one exception “The Manager”. I have thought about the next time the manager gets on her many fits of rage to stream it live on my social media. I have a big following and it definitely would make her very famous in a negative way. I don’t want it to come to this, but something has to happen to correct her abusive attitude towards her staff. Once again I hope this gets corrected, because the staff doesn’t deserve to be treated this way. In the mean time, I’m going to keep trying to get in touch with the owner.

There is ample parking and big double glass doors with an accessible and familiar entrance. My host sat me in a pristinely clean booth next to a big window that I enjoyed. My server, Heydi brought me plenty of cream and sugar for my coffee and tentatively served my meal with a side. She was attentive to make sure I had water, refilled my coffee and contributed to a great atmosphere. I have pictured my side of oatmeal with brown sugar and milk, coffee, creamers and the main course of eggs Benedict. It was fabulous !

We got here around 8:45 this morning & it was pretty calm but got busier as we sat & ate. We had Daymalis as our waitress. I got the French toast combo & was worried about the amount of food (I don’t eat much). Daymalis suggested I half the bacon and then add the homefries & it was a perfect suggestion! I forgot to take a picture before but my plate is cleared 🙃 she was super attentive, incredibly kind, and just oh so pretty. Very please with this experience. We had some mimosas and with our food, my bill was still pretty reasonable. Highly recommend. 🖤

Kirianna was our server and she has such a sweet energy. She was very attentive and her smile really shows she’s enjoying her job. Our waffle didn’t come out well the first time and her attitude was very happy to help. She got it replaced and it was perfect the second time. I got the raspberry stuffed French toast eggs and turkey sausage and it was all served well, hit and aesthetically pleasing. I will say the reason the waffle was sent back was because it seemed as if they made the waffle first and then my meal so the waffle got cold before it was served so maybe just having the kitchen be mindful of the dish cook time to match the serving time would be my only call out. Still great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Fun fact grits and cocktails are added. Try the white peach Bellini. Thanks hehehe

Came here this past Sunday with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. The food came out quickly and delicious. I had the eggs Benedict which did not disappoint and my boyfriend ordered the turtle stuffed French toast which I could not help but steal a bite or two.

First time at this location, did NOT dissapoint. Delicious!! As always! Jeanine Was super sweet and attentive.
