What I saw there was disgusting and I will not be back and don't recommend that anyone else goes. Every window sill in the restaurant was covered in dead flies

Very disappointed with the crispy fried chicken. The breading wasn't sifted, it was very hard as a rock and it wasn't fresh, corn was old. I spent $53.00. This location has garbage food, this was my worst experience at this place 😡😡😡😡😡. They need to FIRE The cooks and maybe the manager.

Never again. The chicken was greasy and very chewy and the food was room temperature. The restaurant was not clean. You’ll be lucky if you don’t get sick. We didn’t eat it.

Make sure to check your order I got the fries, mac and cheese but not the 5 chicken strips. Best part they did not give me a receipt so now I can’t even prove what I bought.

The service was horrible, didn’t ask if it was carry out or eat in, forgot to give me my dipping sauce, chicken tasted like it was under a heat lamp all day, was like eating rubber, floors were dirty and staff had an attitude cause I wanted food, don’t go here, trust me

Ordered online for pickup. Waited almost 15 minutes beyond what was the order xpected ready for pickup time. Not all of my items were packaged with my order but unfortunately I did not notice it until I got home. Is a shame that this location has become so unreliable. For having spent over 60 dollars, is a shame that 2 meals were missing and unless I want to go all the way back to the store there is no resolution. Thanks for your lack of customer care.

Walked in and was greeted, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but he suggested a 8 piece original, the food took a little to get to me but that was expected because they had a few people in drive through, the chicken was as expected, very good, the sides were great too, cheesy mac and cheese

Drive thru was fast and efficient food was just as good as always

After purchase and after food was boxed. Told us no white meat. Nothing was done to compensate for the lack of white meat. I never had bad service at a KFC. Until this trip. Before purchase, we should have been told of no white meat. I wonder if Wawa has better chicken.

They are rude and act like they are in a hurry to leave it is 8:12 pm and told me they can't drop no crispy chicken because they close at 10 I'm confused ...and then still mess up my order

We had a problem with the wait for our order and the manager was kind enough to fix and gave us some brownies. Our family was grateful and brought a smile to my daughter.

I ordered an 8 piece nugget, after finding out they didn't have popcorn chicken anymore. Turns out, they use popcorn chicken as nuggets. Wish I could post the picture. I don't eat much, but that and a Mac and cheese (for $9), didn't fill me up. I can eat a 4 piece at McDonald's and be full

I ordered there yesterday my chicken wasn't breaded right and not cooked all the way and soggy. half of the biscuits were uncooked and still doughy on the side. You need to replace the cooks.

My wife and I needed a good meal after an out of town trip and neither of us wanted to cook. We like KFC and ordered via the app for pickup on our way home. All went according to plan till we got home and discovered, no butter, no honey for our biscuts. Food was as expected, very good.

Bad attitude...less than decent customer service ...decided to go somewhere else to eat.

The service was good from the girl that took my order quick and helped me pick out something affordable. My food was pretty good kinda took long. The people were nice but yelling a lot at employees sum guy was making employees feel uncomfortable i was talking to the girl i asked is she ok she said yeah she is just tired but the guy was yelling alot

"I cannot express my disappointment enough with the KFC experience. From the moment I walked in, the stench of grease hung heavy in the air, assaulting my senses. The guy that greeted me saw me and kept walking . When my food finally arrived, it was a sad excuse for fried chicken, dripping with oil and lacking any semblance of flavor. The sides were equally lackluster, with the mashed potatoes tasting like they had been sitting out for hours and the coleslaw was very dry and no flavor . Though the lobby was very well and picked up Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this establishment at all costs. A employee Ali was really good service and lots of joy and smiling i loved it never have i felt so appreciated and she helped me find something affordable. Though sum guy kept yelling and had horrible greeting and didn’t show any respect. Towards his coworkers and not a good service from him.They said he was a manager but he doesn’t fit in as one. When my food was like that the girl helped me fix it and said it’s not a problem and fixed it.

Ordered a family meal. Got hone 55 mins away where theres no KFC and upon opening the bag and sitting at the table when arriving home, i saw it was the wrong order. I called and spoke with I Isabel the MNGR and was told next time i was in town she would make it rite and owe me a meal. I returned today to the area and was told when i called to describe what was said. I did. The guy who answered spoke w Isabel and put me on hold then i got hung uo on after 5:44 mins hold time. Then i washing up on.

Last week ordered the 3 pc meal. Got home and found 3 chicken nuggets. ???? Today ordered 3 pc meal. Got actual chicken. Also ordered half chizza. Got home. No fries and was charged for a full order.

Poor tasting chicken today, very disappointed. Hope I don't get sick.

Updated 1/17/24 After a long time of being very good it was bad this visit. We ordered thru app and went in to pick up. It was awful. Not only did we have to wait for a half an hour passed our pick up time, there were no sodas and the drink we did get was watered down so badly we threw it out. Mac and cheese was spoiled, threw it out. The chicken we waited for was to tough for my mother to eat, gave most to the dog. The fries were stuck together, soggy and cold. The employees were great though, i felt bad for them. Short staffed.

Ordered an 8 piece bucket. Four of the 8 were wings. If the legs included had been any smaller, they could have been mistaken for frog legs. Chicken tasted good, but due to the amount (even though there was 8 pieces) we were very disappointed.

It's KFC...you pretty much know what you're getting when you drive up or walk in the door, and that's pretty much what I get. Acceptable fried chicken and sides....wish they'd bring back the potato wedges though.

This place is ridiculous! I ordered a potato bowl with EXTRA chicken and they gave me a bowl of potatos and corn with the chicken nuggets instead of popcorn chicken and for $1.89 for the extra chicken they only gave me 3 extra pieces i would not recommend this kfc to anyone!!

Drive up: Ordered (2) 3pc dark meat chicken with 2 sides meal. Each had 2 wings and a leg. No thighs. Cashier even asked if they could substitute extra crispy on the thighs cause they ran out of original.! For $27+ I was highly disappointed. No quality on customer service.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to! Breading is soggy and missing in patches on chicken, chicken is super greasy and falls apart like it was cooked in a slow Cooker due to sitting in the heater boxes for too long and getting steamed. The service is super slow and the employees can’t count to twelve because you don’t always get the correct amount of chicken! The twelve piece should consist of three breasts, three thighs ect. This place shorts you a breast and gives you an extra wing in it’s place! I also observed the person at the register wearing the same pair of gloves to handle money that he used to handle the food as he attempted to remove the chicken that was stuck to the trays in the heating box.

To be frank the food I purchased did not make up for the service I received. While ordering my food at the drive thru this afternoon I began to get frustrated with two individuals speaking over each other for over a minute into the microphone in the attempt to explain a menu item to me. In an attempt to gain clarity I asked that only one person speak to me as so that I may better understand what they were trying to convey, shortly after I placed my order I pulled around to the window and upon paying for my order to the woman at the window another employee behind her gives me the MIDDLE FINGER. I came into the store to speak to the supervisor but I feel as though the situation was not properly addressed. I can’t even begin to describe the density of illness I feel in my bone marrow right now. That is how appalled I am by this establishments level of professionalism. So thank you for exuding the absolute worst level of customer service I have received since I watched my mom get rung up at circuit city. Thank you to the manager Patty for taking the time on shift to hear my concerns but admittedly if I never get to eat at KFC again it'll be too soon. Yours truly but not really, a very perturbed customer.

Was given wrong order when picking up mobile order, then our mobile order had the incorrect pieces in it.

Slow service inside! I ended up going through the drive-thru and still beat the 2 people that were ahead of me inside!! Still got the order partly wrong, but what the heck, I was starving and already home when I realized it!

We ordered 2 meals dining inside. We waited 22 minutes and ask for our money back. They never put my order in. The manager very rude and the men’s toilet was backed up. 3 employees went to go fix it he problem and came right back to work without washing there hands working with no gloves on. I’ll never go back to this location ever again.

Stay away at all cost! Chicken was old and stale! Terrible. I gave this place a second chance, and regretted it. Sooooo bad!

I researched online what deals were being offered, then went there, prepared to order, and use one coupon, when I get there, I find out that coupon is only for the most expensive 3 sandwiches you have, so I ordered any way, then I continued to order, stating that I wanted 2 $3 famous bowls as well, and a couple of sides, the staff then informs me that although online, and their menu still advertises your famous bowl, that they no longer sell it, ever, so I left there, disappointed and Hungry, I went again tonight, those $3 bowls are now $6.41 plus tax, add on single sides are $2.49, instead of .99, and the cashier tried to tell me i gave her $21 for my order, instead of 2 -$20s, so i had to argue and demand my change, i wont go back!

The food is the great KFC experience that you have always enjoyed. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

How on God's green earth does a chicken restaurant that basically only sells chicken RUN OUT OF CHICKEN on a slow Monday night... I can understand if it's a slamming weekend but there was nobody there?! This place constantly gets my order wrong. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love KFC but this location is totally 100% getting it wrong!!! If you can't do it right close it down hire a new staff that cares or get new management in the place. I normally spend 50 to 125 there every time I go but tonight the kids got McDonald's and dad went home with nothing but an empty belly and a bad attitude 😒

Update 7/2/23 Still the same ordered from Grubhub. Bag was not sealed just tied loosely closed. Ordered 2 thighs, 4pc tenders meal and fries. Only 1 thigh was in the box. Not to mention this came to just over $42 with tip... Guess I'm done eating at KFC. On 9/28/19 went to go in and order at 10:32 pm. The door was locked and I was told to go through the drive-thru by the women pointing that direction and saying it. ON THE DOOR SAYS CLOSES AT 11 PM. If I wanted to go to the drive thru I would not come to the door! In the past this place has been bad. Like when I went there and they had NO CHICKEN. Then having to repeat my order several times and still getting it wrong. Oh and they have no clue how to ring up just chicken and a drink. They have to order a meal (because there is "no button" for just chicken). Big issues at this place.

A chicken place that is CONSISTENTLY out of….CHICKEN????? Unbelievable! What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if the order is not ready or even started until the pickup time. This place has terrible customer service.

Ordered 3 piece from door dash when order arrived there were no napkins forks knives nothing on the inside bags are sealed so all that should be inside the bag

The worst service ever. I was waited on by a very rude staff member when I came to pick up my order. The order hadn't even been started and only one other person was ahead of me. The staff member told me my order would be another 20 minutes.

The food was good and quick but they forgot our fries. We got three out of four sides it was all good we just were bummed out the fries were forgotten. We usually go back but we don't live close to this location it's a bit of a drive for us.

Service was quick and courteous, some of the pieces of chicken were very small in our large order, kinda disappointed.

Fast service and clean restrooms and food was nice and hot. I will be back.

Spent $62.00 they did not give me the biscuits or fries. If I ever go back I will check my bags before going home!!! 🤬

Food was good ,like the selection ,drive thru on this day was out of wack ,too a bit to get food once was at window,kept getting asked what I ordered ,had to ask for my drink and debit card,usually good experience, must have just been a off day ,will be back.

I was pleasantly surprised with my order. Got a classic bowl, tried the *new* chicken nuggets (SO FRESH AND SO JUICY!) combo and a chicken little sandwich. Every bit of my meal was super hot and fresh! I will definitely be returning the next time I am in town and hungry!

This KFC is the worst the extra crispy chicken is burnt and taste of old oil the original recipe is soggy and greasy 🤮 I wouldn't serve it to anyone. With the bottom of the bucket swimming in oil the manager told me it was due to steam in the box. If I could give them a lower rating I would. I strongly recommend no one eat at this location !!!!

Their new Nuggets and chicken strips are the best! Would like them grilled too!

16 piece bucket for 35.oo no sides. Looked old and glued themselves together by the time we got it home. Original!! Used to be great.

Accuracy of side orders is OFTEN wrong. For example, get home expecting cole slaw, only to find mashed potatoes and gravy. Really!!? With my Mac & Cheese!?

I ordered extra mash potatoes for home was charged for it didn't receive it. I had to drive all the way back in to get it. I called them and I wanted a refund but they don't give refunds. Be sure to check your orders before pulling away from the window .

Not recommended. I ordered (at the drive thru) an 8 chicken piece bucket (list on their web site for $10), and was told it would be $28.02. When I protested and mentioned the web site I was told "we don't have any $10 items). It turns out the clerk rang up an 8 person meal special rather than the 8 piece bucket I asked for. Their response was rude when I called later to question them.

For many years I have stopped at KFC once a week in Belleview Fl. and always get Chicken Pot Pie. The past few times I have gone through Drive Thru. The quality of the pies has gone down hill. They have had no chicken or very little chicken. Today I purchased a PP and it’s mostly carrots. Their was a couple slivers of chicken, nothing like it’s been in the past with chunks of chicken. The price of pies have gone up but we are getting less of the good ingredients. Hence why it’s called Chicken Pot Pie. See pics of today’s PP with mostly carrots.

Please don't go to this particular KFC. KFC overall if okay, however, a quick, easy look past the counter...the kitchen looks like the kennel in which they're dispatching the chicken.

Not what it used to be, and prices way too high for chicken. Staff pretty nice and clean!!! But if you want to eat on a budget this is definitely not it. And I'm still and always will be a, " Popeyes chicken gal," but they still have it and that means they're doing something right !!!

KFC in Belleview is always such a delight! Ms.Dee always is such a doll and even suggests new things to try!

Great service! Clean restaurant, Mrs Dee greeted us when we walk in. Stopped her cleaning, took our order delivered our food then went right back to cleaning!! Looked like an employee I would want to work for me!!

My wife and I wanted to thank Ms. Dee. She was very efficient and helpful taking our order on the phone and was very pleasant and cheerful when she greeted us in person in the drive through. She offered us our necessary sides and condiments, which unfortunately in todays world is lagging behind in many places. She is and excellent person to have on your staff. My compliments! FYI: To whomever works in the digital side, please add the GRILLED to the app for this location. That is why we had to order on the phone.

Whomever work the drive thru at 350 on Jan 19. Was rude didn't want to assist with order. Wouldn't answer questions. Didn't give a total. Couldn't be bothered to say please or thank you. Just plain rude.

The service here suks I've never like to give a bad review but they don't act like the customer doesn't matter we and other people waiting for orders we had online pickup wasn't ready when said it was ready for pickup had waiting an hour for it. Plus some other people no refund so this place is a 2 🌟 The food was ok but will not return here. They didn't acknowledge the problem or customer at desk only the drive thru.

Miss Dee had the place sparkling, very friendly. I think I could eat off the floors she’s one of the most kindest waitresses I ever had. She definitely deserves a raise she was very sweet. We’re from New York and you don’t see that often ♥️

I had a very bad experience with this store and the management is sorry as can be and untrained to run a store this is my last visit to KFC

I really do like KFC, but this location is absolutely horrible. Every time I go there they’re either out of some thing or it just takes forever. Went there a few nights ago sat in the drive-through with three cars in front of me without even ordering for more than 10 minutes. It is not worth the wait by any means. They’re faster at least.

Did an online order the last hour of the day. I had to wait a couple minutes but the food came out fresh and hot. I was also given an extra drink for the wait. I can say i was very pleased. Date is 12/12/2022

My boyfriend & I came through the drive thru @ 9pm 11/08. While ordering the food we both commented to each other how the woman who was taking our order was rude & hurried us along. We had to adjust our order a few times due to items not being available, etc. When we got home my boyfriends 4 piece chicken was literally 4 shriveled up wings... we didn't even receive our biscuits. $34 & some chwnge wasted in my opinion. The food & service is horrible after giving Belleview KFC a chance time & time again. We have decided to drive further I'd we ever want to have KFC again.

Food coast is crazy. And the food don't taste as good as it use to. Always forgetting something in my bag.

Went thru for dinner. Spent 42 dollars. Got home and food was terrible. Got screwed out of gravy, the sides were only half full and the chicken was undercooked. Their prices have gotten out of control. Not worth the money. It was just terrible. Cant afford to waste money like this. Will never go back. Its not worth it
