Horrible horrible horrible decision to shot down soda Fontaine that was for customers use!!! I have 3 and 5 years old who I had to pull out from the play ground just to go and get a refill. I had to wait on next to the cashier to just ask about refill and than to even get one because there was a line of customers who were ordering the food. The simple refill took almost 8 min, and the cup was not even fully refilled! Horrible decision on management part. If you want to save money for the business start working on getting the order right so you would not need to throw away messed up food! I am very upset, because it was our favorite place to go with kids, and I genuinely like few people who works there!

Horrible horrible horrible. Crew of slackers!today line wrapped around building, my simple order made me wait at window 10 minutes then forward to next window another 15, asked for refund, took my receipt and still waited on refund, had to go in and basically beg for my refund. To get snarky replies. Whole crew standing around. Disgusting customer service! 45 minutes there in total! Mad as hell!

I downloaded the app and go in and try to use the kiosk as there is no one at the counter. I don't know how to put in the code, is there a scanner or something? Ask an employee on the floor and she has an attitude and says I'm not doing it so, I leave and go to WaWa where I don't have any issues.

I pulled up to McDonald’s around 9pm and did not leave until 9:35pm. The nightly crew has no idea what they are what they are doing. I do not recommend going there at night! They make you wait so long for your food and then have the audacity to have an attitude after they get your order wrong and forget your drinks. They have zero work ethic which is probably why they work at McDonald’s.

Do not ever expect to get hot fries or hot chicken nuggets. They will tell you please pull forward to the next window we're just waiting on fresh fries or for your chicken nuggets to get done cooking and then when you get them if you take them right then an air pull them out you can put your hand right on top of them whatever you want to do they are lukewarm like they've been sitting there waiting for somebody to pick them up not a good way to business do business I have told them about it I've told the management they apologize but guess what still keep doing the same thing

We went to get ice cream at this McDonald's today. We have been there before since we live around the corner, the ice cream was horrible. They didn't fill the mcflurries all the way up with ice cream and they didn't even use McCurry spoons or even mix the McCurry. The ice cream also looked off like to much cream vs milk.

Weirdest, creepiest McDonald's on Earth. This is what the Democrats have done to us. Minimum wage up, employees gone, kiosks in. Total dystopian atmosphere. This place has a couple of electronic kiosks, and you barely see the employees. One guy was ambling around the dining area, and another guy occasionally popped out, but that was it. The rest were giggling in the kitchen. McDonald's used to be fast food. This place is very, very slow. We ordered and waited and waited and waited. It looks like they lie on the computer system, to impress corporate. There are two columns on the screen. Orders being prepared, and orders being served. They kept the first column empty. Our order moved to the "served" column right away, and then we continued to wait. I'll bet the manager gets a cookie or something for lying about the restaurant's speed. Our burgers tasted weird. I've probably had hundreds of Quarter Pounders. The one I bought at this McDonald's tasted off, as though the meat had been frozen or something. How can you get a Quarter Pounder wrong? They figured it in 1971. That was 53 years ago. The fries were limp and lukewarm, so clearly, the employees were making big batches and letting them go stale so they wouldn't have to work too hard if more people came in. My wife threw out a big pile of fries. We paid over $24 for two combos. My wife is foreign. I knew we were probably not going to enjoy a post-Biden McDonald's, but I took a chance because I wanted her to have the McDonald's experience. She still hasn't had it. Up side: very clean, perhaps due to the absence of customers. Stop jerking customers around and make the food right. Business will improve. Somewhat. It's hard to sell a $12 Big Mac meal.

The drive through did not put the lid on my coffee all the way. It was a fresh pot, so it was scalding hot. When I picked up the cup, the lid popped off and the coffee shot out on my hand, leg and center console of my 3 month old BMW. It hurt my hand terribly. When I called, the manager said "when it leaves our hand, we're not responsible". I wasn't calling to look for reimbursement for an interior cleaning. I wanted to hear that they will take corrective measures in the future. I think the corrective measures need to be taken against that manager.

A friend and I went to this very McDonald’s, this PM employee who’s a dark skinned has this awful attitude with gang look gestures while we found out it was closed that happened around 11pm I tried to communicate, even though I’m deaf and I’ve tried to ask a question, “How to report this order since it’s closed?” Hell, do you mind I’m deaf and I’d ask black community to stop doing that and BE PROFESSIONAL. Don’t do that gestures because WE GUARANTEE YOU, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THANKS!!!!!!

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one and what else are you going to do? Always have to pull forward and wait 5-10 minutes while 8 other cars get their order. Literally just spent 15 minutes here for 3 cheeseburgers, a fry and 2 McFlurrys. They forgot the McFlurrys when bringing out the order. Then when they finally brought those I had to ask for spoons. To top it off one McFlurry was incorrect. Never get any napkins. I can understand if you order with special requests but this was ridiculous.

This particular McDonald's has made huge changes and have held them up for a solid year or more now. I noticed the quarter pounder has recently changed to dry leather like the big Mac patty. Now it seems the facility is better than the food. Either way good job to the belleview team for holding up on their end now Ronald Mcdonald needs to get it together

Employee Gave our food to the person behind us who proceeded to put her hands all over it- she let us know that she had touched it and the worker tried to pass it off to us after taking it back from her. Health department should do a thorough investigation- some other random person had her hands in and on our food and the workers served it to us regardless. Had she not warned us we would’ve eaten that without knowing. We had to ask the worker to remake it specifically. Disgusting. Even for McDonald’s thats repulsive. Not to mention messing our order up to begin with.

The owner / Manager needs to prevent a lawsuit before it Happens. Every morning an employee washes the front brick entrance with a cleaning mop and pail. The walk remains wet and tracked inside. Those of us that impaired when walking find a wet floor difficult to remain upright. The cane slips with its rubber tip along with most shoe soles. Putting a caution wet floors does NOT prevent falls / Lawsuits. My suggestion is to DRY MOP the excess water up. OR install hand rails on the outside and inside at the of the entrance. Trust me when I tell you as a business owner or Manager there are a large number of slip and fall lawyers waiting for something just like this. I have mentioned this to several employees inside but that’s as far as it goes. Take heed before you lose it all.

This morning at10:16am I went in line at the counter to order. I prefer to be helped by a real person instead of a kiosk! The employee named Jeffrey yelled at the customers in lined to go to a kiosk and someone will help them. When it was my turn in line to order I said good morning to Jeffrey twice before he returned the greeting and when he did his tone was very abrasive! He continued to be rude with his tone towards me slamming down the table # and telling me to go have a seat after I paid. This individual seriously needs customer service training. Ridiculous!

Drive thru this am. I was asked if I wanted to round up to donate to RMH. I said not today..yet I was charged for it. I ordered two breakfast meals with a sweet tea. Apparently now McDonalds charges 70 cents per Sweet Tea with a meal. Sweet tea is served in a cup that looks like a kiddie cup..mine was just over half full. No ketchup in the bag. When I gave my card to pay I was asked to pull forward to the curb..without being handed my card back first. I pulled up to the curb and went inside and asked for my card. I was greeted by someone who seemed bothered by my question and told me "I bring it all out together with your food." My card was laying out in the open on the counter. I advised that I wanted my card back now and didn't want it laying on the counter. It was a discussion between the drive thru person and another woman about which card was mine..possibly the one female could not see thru her fake eyelashes. I finally get my food and look at the receipt in the bag and it wasn't even mine..that means that someone has my receipt with the last 4 digits of my card number and I have someone else's. If I didn't have to get to work I would have went back in.

It's a mcdonalds pretty standard. During morning hours the staff can be a little slow sometimes but eventually they catch a grove and the line starts to speed right up also shift changes can have you stuck an extra 5-10 minutes so try not to go around 9 exactly. They haven't messed up my food since I lived here a few years ago, and it seems like completely new staff, so I have hope. Food was standard mcdonalds food nothing to brag or complain about.

This McDonald's needs to send their staff for burrito wrapping training to the Summerfield McDonald's. While the burritos taste great, the wrapping is so disappointing. The burritos are barely stuffed & fall apart. In Summerfield, it's a nice full burrito that stays in tact. I'll never come to Belleview for my burritos.

It's fast food, you get what you paid for. This particular location will have you waiting at least 20 minutes for your food when you're the only one waiting. You will watch 3-4 young workers, including management, snicker, and whisper, while one person runs around the kitchen to get your food. Normally, I wouldn't say anything if it happens once or twice, but it would seem this is a normal occurrence at this location after 9 pm.

Custom orders you can forget it, place gives paint by numbers vibe. Manager in the window handed one of my drinks and just says”to the curb!”. Understandable they need to figure out how to add one thing to a menu item sandwich. That was to hard so just went with a the regular sandwich , brought it with second drink that was all the ice they could fit in the cup with decoration of coffee. Owner should be ashamed unless they are trying to cut corners and steal from customers if that’s the case they are doing awesome.
