Very horrible food cold fries 🍟 Wrong order Long time for food

In and out , everything was fresh and hot.

Very disappointed in this place, they closed at 10 pm and I got there around 9: 30pm and placed my order which took about 25 minutes to fill and when I pulled up to the pickup window there was a couple of high school kids working the late shift and were throwing french fries at each other.....

Nasty cold food. It appears in their promotions as big vine ripe tomatoes but they are watery hydroponic tasteless bland paper thin miniature tomatoes and paper thin onions. Miniature paper sliced pickle. The ineptitude of staff is unacceptable. 18.00 worth of compost

The truth is their advertising is totally false. What we actually got was a room temperature cold hamburger that didn't come close to filling the big bun they sell, two small paper thin onions, one pickle, two paper thin sliced miniature tomatoes ( one was the size of a silver dollar), wilted shredded lettuce that was a sprinkle globbed with mayo. Yum yum. The french fries tasted like the plastic tasting ones of the '90's and the onion rings were a composite of some kind with onion flavoring. If you look at the photos you can see that was a small part of my hand and I am not Andre' the Giant but then again this is no whopper but a miniature BK " Slopper". Nasty. My wife's "Whopper" was the same. No more purchasing this product. We took the tomatoes off and ate them. I nuked the mini patties for 5 seconds and we ate them and threw everything else away in the garbage. We only ate what we did because it was so expensive as everything is nowadays.

My family chose McDonald's and I wanted Burger King. I was able to help them order at McDonald's, walk to Burger King, order my food, get my food, walk to McDonald's, and eat my meal before my family got my food. BURGER KING FOR THE WIN!

I work on the road and eat Burger King all the time I have to say for a while I've been disappointed in the Burger Kings around here but this one.. today.. provided the most amazing meal I've had from y'all in a long time . Thank you !

This location has consistently disappointed me with EXTREMELY slow service. I literally watched 3 car leave while I was at the microphone waiting for 10m to order with NO ONE in front of me.

The location in Belleview Florida, has become the worst Burger King I have ever been too. From the girl and guy behind the counter, just laying on the counter not trying to help any customer. To the guy that handed me a ripped bag, that almost spilled out the food, and didn't offer me a new bag. I had to honk my horn to get someone attention to get a new bag. Then once I got home, my food was cold, smashed, and the 2 melt sandwiches we got were a disappointment, the buns were upside down. The onion rings were limb and soggy. I had to ask for the correct food 3 times, and I was the only vehicle in the drive through. I had to ask for our drinks and the guy at the window asked me what I ordered. All and all it was the worst. Wendy's here we come from now on.

Hamburgers seem taste better than than they used to. My vegan friend tells me the Impossible burger is very good.

By far the worst burger King ever. Don't go thru drive thru, u will be there for 30 minutes. Don't order online bc 20 minutes after you order it still.wont be ready. Every single time there is an issue. I think it's time to revamp the management and team. I Don't recommend this location to anyone.

Literally the most beautiful experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant and I didn’t even go in. I got two sauces with my meal AND they cut the chicken sandwich in half which put a smile on my face when I seen it.

This place looks clean and new from the outside, but its dirty on the inside, food was good, I think lol

Service could be faster, and the staff should be more knowledgeable about new food or drinks added to the menu. But it's still a decent place.

Food was good but the service was extremely slow and rude. They acted like they didn’t know there was an online order placed and then didn’t start making it until 15 minutes after I arrived. I also order a large double whopper meal but gave me a kids meal then acted confused when I showed them my receipt

Asked for fresh hot fries. Got hot old fries and a cold burger. McDonalds was slammed next door. I see why.

My family and I went to this Burger King which when we went to the drive thru, the women answered and asked for our order, we took some time to figure it out and then we try to order but no one responds to us. When she finally does she says that she can’t take any orders although the business was open. When we ask if we can go inside, she said that it “wouldn’t make a difference.” Worst experience with a Burger King ever.

Food was warm not hot. I would love to find the old ways being done and the food was better then. I will be going back to your competition for biscuits and gravy as you no longer offer it. Shame on you!

New breakfast sandwich on sourdough is great and you certainly can't beat two for one on sandwich

The food was time but the wait I'm the driver through was terrible. Every fast food place I've been to will not allow one care to hold up the pickup window, they have them pull forward or have a designated spot for them while a large order is being completed. We must have sat behind that one car for nearly 10 minutes while he was in front of the pickup window. Someone's behind us even got out of their car to see what the hold up was. Not good today!

We waited 40 minutes for a whopper, Jr. Whopper and fries., and when we got it it was cold. Hate wasting my money on garbage !!!

The girl at the window was absolutely the greatest, I believe her name was Ania, was having a hard and bad day, when I pulled up to the window to get my food she absolutely changed all that, what a great attitude and very professional and a great prospective on life in general, the short time I was at the window I left in a great mood thanks to her, burger King needs more people like her in their establishments, what a great person, she needs to be told this from her bosses and management, she really did make me a better person when I left,

This burger King was once my favorite. After my last visit I won't be going back. I didn't even eat my meal. I paid on the app. So you get what you get. As I'm waiting I watched a young woman whipping her long long hair and running her hair through it. Then I told the manager about a serious matter and I got the look and eye roll. I pray her Christmas gets better.

The food is good, but the wait is UNACCEPTABLE. I promised myself I wouldn't return here after a 35-minute wait last time and the manager was rude to me when I asked what the hold up was. Today, my food was prepared as requested, but I waited in line almost twenty minutes this time for a double cheeseburger and fish sandwich.

Night shift sucks i heard the melts where back a few days ago so hubby stopped to get me 1 he pulled up to the speaker and voice said it will be 15 to 20 mins b4 i can even take your order so went to McDonald's instead insent him back to bk tonight for a melt he waited over 30 mins for are food and niether night the was not busy at all they need to get it together

Much improved from last visit. Ordered a Whopper with cheese meal, heavy all, large, eat in. The Whopper with cheese heavy all was done correctly! The service was fast which was expected as there was no line. Only thing that needed improvement was the fries. They were hot enough but a bit on the greasy side and not very crisp on the outside.

IV spent well over 100+ dollars. Any time I go I get specific stuff because I'm a picky eater. Past 5 to 6 times something has been messed up. I hate writing this but when the ticket says jus ketchup or jus something and you load it all to hell that's gross

It is 8:01 pm on 11/10/23…. 7 of us are here after the youth soccer game. We stood at the counter for at least 5 mins before anyone even looked at us. The lady that took our order barely spoke.. definitely didn’t greet us nor thanked us.. hopefully the food is better and nicer than the service…. To be continued

Quick, and easy drive thru no wait no hassle

I came to try the Ghost pepper whopper! Was it spicy? Eh. To me not really but maybe if you're not used to spicy it would be. It was good but it would've been better with tomato and lettuce on it. It seemed plain. I would've added avocado personally! That would make this burger a definite 10! As it sits, I'm giving it 5 out of 10 tho. I don't know why the bun is orange, it don't really taste like a certain flavor. I would order it again but I would add tomatoes and lettuce and maybe onion too. It don't have a sauce so it's kinda dry although there is a cheese sauce but it's not enough to add to the sandwich. This sandwich could've been really good with some minor changes.

Can't get the order right but that's nothing new for bk order number 76 was not even mine. And they didn't even fill that right with that order I was supposed to get a drink with it and it was not even given to me. So the car behind me must of got my order. I'll complain to corporate office.

Last time I was there I ordered a bundle deal on my app, they made me wait 20 mins for my food AND, still forgot one of my sandwiches... Went the other day ordered from the app and used my Royal perk points, everything went smoothly. New faces, very friendly, food hot and delicious.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced! The Belleview location is dirty, the drive-through, even if there’s only one car in front of you takes 15 to 20 minutes and they never get ur order right. The last time I went inside to complain I had to wait 10 minutes to speak to the manager….. an employee told me because there was “multiple people calling and complaining” 😳 wonder why

The people aren't that friendly the store is somewhat clean and the food never taste good and that's even if they get it right love Burger King's onion rings but haven't had none I could eat in over a year last couple times I've got it couldn't eat it but I'm not the one to complain inside the store to get free food cuz I'm afraid of what they'll do to my food that's how unfriendly the employees are

After ordering in advance and going through the drive thru... I was asked to pull around to the front door and waited an additional 12 minutes 😢 only to get home and have the wrong sauces in the bag after paying extra for them and confirming them with the girl at the window.

Never have gotten an order right but the people are cool about it.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and once i finally got to the window i was instructed to pull around to the front and they would bring my food out when they were finished. So i pulled around and walked inside to see that everyone was arguing with eachother. Finally got my food then once i got home i realized that they only put 1 beef patty on my big king burgers... poor customer service.

Drive thru order taker made us feel rushed or would have been a 5 star review. Food was hot and delicious made as request no issues.

No eye contact while accepting payment Nor handing out food. This was done by the Manager. I heard A lot of Foul language coming from the kitchen area ( I was in drive thru). Food was cold & this was at 12:30 in the afternoon!! Changes my mind about going back.

While waiting for my order, saw several people come back to counter with wrong orders! I got mine to go, when I got back to work, it had everything, including cheese! I specifically told cashier NO CHEESE, ONLY MAYO, LETTUCE AND ONION! I guess whom ever preps the food can’t read or just doesn’t care! This is the last time this location gets my business, last 3 visits my order was totally wrong!

My goodness, all the burgers were overloaded with salt, cannot eat any of it. What a waste of my money. My junior whopper burger taste burnt.

This location is constantly short staffed. I am always missing food from my order. Yesterday went to pick up mobile order via drive thru. Was told to come inside? Was already trapped with cars in front & in back of drive thru. Had to wait to move forward. After a long drive thru wait figured they would have had my 2 small whopper meals ready. Got to drive thru window & guy says "I asked you to come inside. We have had your order on our screen & see it but it would be easier if you came inside since we're short staffed." Comes inside & waits even longer as people who came after us are served. Customer service is horrible as so is the service in general. Y'all need to shut this location down if you cannot keep adequate staff or even staff of quality.

the ladies working close tonight went above and beyond… what true customer service looks like. (smile and all.) like I said, about 30min prior to close, I got fresh hot perfect fries. the dog even got his own chiknugz courtesy of the one with the headset, which was super sweet. and the bag was loaded with condiments!

Ordered an Impossible Burger. It wasn't cooked throughout 😒 . When I asked for a replacement, I got a burnt one as a replacement. Will never stop at this location again. I've been to many BK restaurants but never treated this way.

This Burger King is the slowest in history, every time i go there I sit in the drive through for at least 30 min, longest has been 50 min. Today it was 33 and the manager was too busy texting on her phone and showing other employees the things on her phone.

Quick drive thru and got my iced coffee prepared correctly.
