This location in Belleview ( Abshier Blvd) used to be my go-to for everything; I would pass 5-7 stores just to come here. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. This store has become a wreck. The fountain machines are often broken, the frosters never work, and the cups and lids are frequently out of stock. Everything feels sticky, from the floors to the counters. There’s hardly ever any hot food available on the roller grills, and the prices are not clearly marked. Prices have increased significantly, making it less affordable than it used to be. Staffing seems minimal, and fuel prices are through the roof. The easy pay option is just inconvenient, especially when the Racetrack across the street offers fuel that is $0.20 to $0.30 cheaper daily. Additionally, there are often homeless individuals sitting out front by the Redbox, regularly asking passersby for money and cigarettes. Because of this, I no longer feel safe here at night. The small-town atmosphere we once had is gone. This has really changed my perception of this location.

My Daughter just went into the store to get me cigarettes an the man was very rude she got her driver's license out an showed him ! An he said her ID didn't look like her !!! This type behavior is unacceptable she will not be coming back

Whoever owns or runs the circle k stores in the Ocala area clearly doesn't GAF about much. All the local stores are nasty. Understaffed and don't have much. I certainly wouldn't expected the soda fountain machine to work. Spend the extra few $$ at Wawa or 7-11. The proprietor/management should be embarrassed.

I don’t know why they even stay open 24 hours. Clearly the people that work at night don’t do any work. I’ve started going to racetrack because I got tired of going in there at 7 o’clock and the giant creamers were empty. Every single morning. I spoke with the manager about it and the employees just say oh well. I would highly recommend going into racetrack.

Not a fan. It's unfortunate they're so big. Stores are dirty. Pop Machines usually broken down. Self pay down all the time or doesn't take cash. I try to avoid if I can.

I'm usually always in this store with my mom doing lottery and I always see the same lady I'm 19 years old and I just wanted to go in real quick grab the money I won and leave but I guess since I was by myself she didn't think I was of age she scanned my ticket and saw that I won money I then said I would just like the cash please she looked at me for a whole minute without saying anything then said are you even old enough for this I said I have my ID in the car if u need it she said well when is your birthday I told her what it was without hesitation and she said yeah go get it I walked outside for probably 5 seconds at most when I came back in she was helping everyone else she made eye contact with me me multiple times saw my I'd in my hand and just proceeded to ignore me and put the whole line ahead of me which was like 20 people after waiting 5 minutes I left she is rude and I will not be returning to this location do not go here ever

I visit my local store daily upwards to 3 or 4 times or more! Either gas, polar pops, cigs, and or snacks, etc..... I've spent a small fortune with circle k without a doubt! Sometimes even the last dollars in change I have at the time! ($10k+) I love the homemade cookies and pizza! I can't live without a fresh polar pop! I wish I could win more on the phone games tho...lol I don't know what I would have done without circle k in my life! Ty

Worst store ever homeless people drinking out side and the workers don't cair and would not take a hundred dollar bill so I had to leave

Raymond is very rude and needs to learn respect. I'm transgender kept saying sir... I wanted to not use the self checkout and he kept saying that I can use it. I told him I have other things I needed and when I told him does it do cash back he then went to the register and he needs to understand with our us customers he wouldn't have a job...

I went in there about 3:00 a.m. they said the cashiers could not check me out everybody had to use the automated checkout machine so I did not make my purchase and I walked out and I will not go back

Customer service sucks, cleanliness sucks been a customer for a while but no longer will I go to this location. if the cashier could get off her earpiece long enough to engage with the customers she might have heard I wanted $40 on five not 45 on 5. It's literally not rocket science.

Update - I received an apology from both the regional corporate office and the store manager following this unfortunate incident. The store manager took the time to review the video and confirmed I had done nothing wrong and gave me her assurance that this will never happen to another customer again at this location. I pulled up to a gas pump and went inside for a soda and to prepay for gas. As I was walking back to the cooler one of the clerks yelled out, asking who was at pump 4 and had they already gotten gas. I yelled over that I had just pulled up and no I hadn't. As I was walking to the register, she yelled out and asked again and I repeated my answer. She was obviously upset making everyone in the store aware she had to pay for the stolen gas. As I walked up to the register, I advised her she was more than welcome to go out to my car and see that my gas light was still on since I hadn't filled up yet. As she was cashing me out, she looked me straight in the eye and said, "I know you're lying." I immediately asked for a manager which turned out to be the other cashier who was finishing up with another customer. This woman claimed she did not hear the comment that was made nor did she have time to review the video. She gave me the manager's phone number and apologized. A call to both the regional office and the store manager has yet to be returned. This woman clearly doesn't need to be dealing with the public. As a long time patron of this establishment, I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Easy in and out, great selection, fountain drinks and large selection of bottles to choose from, coffee, everything you might need or want. Convenience store with multiple gasoline pumps, get in and go.
