It was a nice experience the worker who got my order was very understanding and kind I really liked the service I hope they continue to work with such kindness and sometimes the delivery drivers have such a nice smile when they come deliver it makes my day. Thank you to all of them ❤️.

Wish I could give a zero! Terrible service! Had to go to the counter to ask for silverware. Had to go to the counter to ask for refills. Got the Buffet..,, was TERRIBLE!! Dried out pizza. Hard breadsticks. They ran out of pizza. Took 20 minutes for them to refill the pizza with 2 pizzas They don’t fill the salad portion anymore but you can “buy” salad!! Not buying it when the buffet was already over $8. Certainly not worth the money. Will never go back! Needless to say … no tip either. Server did NOTHING for us! Awful experience and waste of money. No wonder pizza huts are closing!

Food and service was horrible! The doors should be locked and never open again! The breadsticks were hard! You couldn’t even bite into them! The pizza was either over cooked or under cooked. The sweet tea was sour! We asked waitress to take off our order and bring water. She went to the other girl and talked about us out loud with her co worker! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The buffet was scarce, and what was on it did not look fresh. They only had two different salad dressings. The service was almost non-existent. The silverware was filthy dirty. The prices on the menu were not current, so when the bill came, we were expected to pay higher prices. Needless to say, we will not be returning. In all honesty, they should shut their doors permanently!! 🤮🤢

Rudest server ever! How dare us stop in for some pizza! Will never go back, won’t ever order from them again either. Just close it already.

Overworked server. Three in the kitchen. When a cook came out to finally put out a hot 🍕 customers asked her nicely to please get more plates. She stated, "It's not my job." Really?It would take her less than a minute to help out that server. Teamwork.

Ordered food for delivery one pizza was burnt one was under cooked ..then they passed my delivery off to door dash kinda weird was almost a hour for delivery and I'm 15 min away ..also the boxes where not sealed shut no safety on food so how do I Kno it wasent opened or messed with ..will not order delivery again from there

10/10 do not recommend! We ordered a buffalo pizza half with mushrooms- the crust was so hard to even divide, didn’t have hardly any sauce at all, the side with mushrooms didn’t have banana peppers. The cheese pizza with half pepperoni’s was basically pepperoni pizza- maybe two slices didn’t have pepperoni on it. This crust was also hard. AVOID this location UNTIL someone can guide them in the right direction.

Workers look dirty lobby just as bad if service got any slower they would have to have folks spending the night to get a pizza corporate needs to step in

Ordered 3 pies, 2-2L, and one 20oz. through Pizza Hut website. They outsourced the driver to DoorDash. Food arrives around 7pm, no soda. Call the store and they tell me that they will take care of this and send it out right away. The right away ended up being 9:30pm with the 2-2L and still missing the 20oz. The two pan baked pies were great-one was a box deal that had breadsticks that was more like 2 lumps of bread and cinnamon sticks that were 2 lumps of bread but with cinnamon. The New York style pepperoni had quite obviously been sitting around awhile before it arrived (my teenager's laundry is fresher than that pie). We will not be ordering again. Very disappointed.....Pizza Hut, I know you can do better as we've had better from you.

Only giving a one star because I can't put Negative 1000. Ordered two pizzas tonight one with with sauce the other pan crust. Picked up the pizza no pan but hand toss and red and white sauce - super nasty.. Thank God my kids who are extremely allergic didn't eat the red sauce .. Call in speak to sup Cody who offered to fix sauce pizza and advise they don't have pan pizza. Came home with replacement pizza only to find hair in my pizza... Nasty as ever ....Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY ....

Delicious pan pizza was made exactly as ordered. The staff was helpful and friendly for my to-go order.

Update: I removed stars for service. The person who took our takeout order asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. ASKED me. For TAKEOUT. I can't believe any restaurant manager thinks either of these things is okay. Tips are ONLY for SERVICE, and you NEVER ask for a tip. Original review: This place looks dead from outside. That is management's fault. They need to make the sign and grounds look nice so the restaurant doesn't look like it's waiting for someone to buy it and turn it into a Mexican joint. The inside was surprisingly clean, and it appears somebody is trying to do things right, because there was fresh paint, and the upholstery and tables were in good shape. Wouldn't hurt to turn the lights up a little. The menus were squeaky clean. Someone obviously cleans them during business hours. Take note, other restaurants. The food was very good. I'm not a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but they make very nice pan pizza and wings. We asked for a well-done pan pizza because Pizza Hut sometimes fails to brown the bottom of the crust, and our pie was great. My wife had BBQ wings and breadsticks. Not my favorites, but they did a good job with them. The cook messed up our pizza toppings, so the waitress left the pizza with us and comped a new one. The waitress was very nice and extremely helpful, but she was pretty much on her own. She bounced around like a pinball because this restaurant is understaffed. I think she would shine in a place where she got more support. She clearly wanted to do a great job for us instead of just waddling around waiting to go home. I gave 5 stars for service based on what the waitress TRIED to do in a difficult situation. The carpeting could have been cleaner, and the same was true of the men's room, which was out of towels, but this is what happens when you don't have enough employees. The food was crazy expensive, but that's normal in the Biden era. At least we don't get mean tweets while we descend into poverty and chaos. If they hire more people and liven up the outside, this place should do well. I will definitely go back. The problems are minor, and cleanliness and good food always bring return business.

Dirty restuarant, sticky carpets, tried to short me on fries becuase they were in a rush. Should just offer a refund if they can't keep up instead of trying to steal rip people off.

There was nothing on the buffet and was told we could not order off the menu. There was still an hour to go for the buffet. We left and went somewhere else.

I ordered my food online and got it an hour and 10 mins after I ordered when it said that I would get it in 25-35 mins. When it got to me my order was cold ! I ordered bacon cheese bread 8 piece boneless wings and stuffed crust with sausage. My cheese bread was half out of the box when I got my order and my pizza was all crunched up into the side of the box. I called to talk to a manager and was on hold until 10:50pm. I hung up because obviously nobody was going to answer me. I paid 40 dollars and had to waste my pizza because it was destroyed.

Walked in and only 6 pieces of pizza on buffet table. Lunch time buffet. Nothing else. There was eight customers. This place is so sad. Price was $10.00 for buffet which is suppose to include salad bar. Not serving salad bar at this time but the price stays the same. If the cook in the back had his pants pulled up where they belong he mite be a better cook instead of pulling at them all the time. Sad to see a chain ran like this. You stop in thinking your gonna have a great lunch and this happens. Won't be stopping here again.

Debbie was a fantastic server. She was very attentive.

Food wasn't ready on time. Pasta was in aluminum pan with no covers. Two were placed in a pizza box that wouldn't close. Called to complain and was disrespected.

Asked for extra sauce on pizza, didn't get it. So now you have to buy the marinara sauce for the bread sticks. No longer get even one with order. That's what I was told after paying 0.75 cents for one.

They have a pizza buffet from 11am till 2pm. Pizza is super fresh and hot. Great pizza.

This place was terrible no salad bar the Pizza Hut been laying out for a long time and there was no variety definitely not going back somebody needs to do something about this for I hate to see a business that's been in business for a long time fail due to negligence on the behalf of the owner

Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but their stuffed crust pizza just not the same, was bone dry no sauce ,even the dough taste different, the hut deft falling off , over priced and understaffed

OK, so when we walked in, it was pretty much empty the reason why is no saladbar. There was very little pizza for the buffet. The price being charged without the salad bar isn't worth it.There are other pizza places out there in Florida like CC's in Kissimmee that have their salad bar going.So there's really no excuse why pizza hut cannot do it too. My recommendation is shut down the buffet and forget it.Because it aint worth it.You don't have the customers in there to support it and I probably won't be coming back.

I order a box on 4/8/2024 (Pepperoni Pizza w/Cheese Bread and Cinnamon Sticks, 2 Liter Orange Soda and a shacker with Red Pepper). The box came missing the icing for the Cinnamon Sticks and Sauce for the bread sticks. Plus I ended up getting regular Bread instead of the cheese bread. And Grated Cheese instead of Red Pepper flakes. I called and they apologized and said they would send the stuff I was missing with the next driver. NEVER SHOWED UP! Tried calling twice today to speak with a manager was transfer and hung up on twice! The worst customer service, I ever had! I took pictures and when I have time! I will stop in and speak to the manager face to face! I didn’t even want to put 1 star but, wouldn’t let me post with out!

Haven't been to this location in while I stopped in today for lunch with my son. It looks like it had a total makeover. What a difference looks much cleaner. We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza, and it was very good. There's definitely Has Been A change. At This location Will be returning, Pizza Hut Please keep the hot honey pizza on the menu.

We ate at the buffet we were very pleased the buffet is offered daily. There was not a lot of variety of pizzas, but what they had was good. They kept buffet full but no salad bar.

We happened to stop Herr for lunch and the front worker while very sweet was not the image most people would expect as their hostess/ waitress. First we were informed we could not order a pizza as it was buffet only for lunch. Then after ordering drinks I was informed there was no sweetner available for the unsweetened tea being diabetic this was a most unfavorable option. Then we saw the pathetic selection on the buffet and should have left then and there but we thought it might get better.....it didn't Then I asked for a salt shaker as the food was bland and found out there were no salt and pepper shakers no Parmesan cheese and no pepper flakes. All I can say if this is Pizza Huts standard for lunch buffet I expect them to be filing chapter 13 any day now. Avoid this chain at all costs it's clearly going down the tubes Also tried to contact the corporate office to let them know how disappointing the experience was but they clearly don't care as the make it damn near impossible to file a complaint.

Awful experience all the food was dry and stale they didn’t even have what I wanted to drink (root beer) then once I got my 2 small slices of stale pizza and my old stale breadstick I go to sit down and one of the only high tables in the restaurant, mind you it’s completely empty in here, as soon as I sit down the manager lady runs up to me and says “ your can’t sit there that’s for large parties “ are you kidding me? There’s nobody here and who is bringing there “large parties “ to a Pizza Hut at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. I’ll never eat at a Pizza Hut again after this let them go out of business.

I’m so annoyed!! I thought contactless meant contactless smh I even put a note to leave on bench, please do not ring bell or knock. This dude gets here and bangs on the door super loud, I don’t answer right away and he bangs loud again waking my mom and my son up. I opened the door and he yelled “have a nice day” from the street. Like are you serious? and yes i did give a tip before you imply that! So rude tho…must of been a stoner or something lol i guess now i gotta wait in the cold.

Had the buffet Pizza slices was cut to kids size. They were hard and cold and they said they were not bringing out anymore. Pepperoni are meat pizzas.

This location set up an interview with my 16 year old son for a Saturday. We showed up promptly on Saturday just to be told that there was no manager available and to come back on Sunday. We showed up promptly again on Sunday, and the manager took one look at my son and told him they are not hiring (even though they have several openings listed online and they set up an interview). I feel like my son was racially profiled against, and we will no longer support this location.

I ordered $33.79 there the other day for a friend an elderly person that was supposed to go pick it up a pizza and wings and stuff and they I know it was paid for and they got there to pick it up and it says it was that it was not paid for and it was because it's been taking out of my bank so the next day the manager calls me and says it will take 3 days because of ticket got

We always have the same waitress. She is really sweet. Keeps our drinks full. Definitely a keeper.

The buffet was pretty bare, we had to wait for more food to come out and the selection was minimal. We could only sit on a certain side of the seating area and had little to no privacy.

Service was iffy. Took forever to get a menu. After we got seated, it was not until the next customers arrival (bout 7-10 mins later) that we received a menu and took our drink order. The food was good though.

Highly disappointed! Saw buffet sign out front and remembered what wonderful salads they had on the salad bar. Once I was already inside and seated, no salad bar available! Choice of only 3 pizzas, bread sticks, Alfredo, and cinnamon bread sticks. Won't be back

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas with sausage and pepperoni, one large and small, and only received 2 pizzas with pepperoni, and no sausage Called in to try and get either a refund or redelivery. Was denied a refund and would only be able to get a medium pizza. I asked the server what about my large pizza. They said that they can only give me a medium pizza.That's very criminal and scammy. I lost $40 to these people. So please eat at your own risk. Once they mess up your order you're screwed.

We came for a buffet and we grab 2 slices each and when we go to grab more food there is none, we go to ask for more than they say there’s no more food even though the buffet ends in 40 min

I think I deleted my last 5 star review by accident. I've never heard of pizza hut having a buffet section until entered one. I believe I entered in some before and they never had. Too good. That's too good. Everything was great and clean! Food is beautiful. Servers are nice and relaxed. 5 stars again.

Zero stars. We went for the buffet. A few slices were there and some old breadsticks. They brought out some good pizzas ten minutes before the buffet shut down. They took them all to the back at 2PM and the staff and some other folks that they knew went along with them. I guess the fresh pizzas that they brought out ten minutes before the buffet shut down were for them. They even turned the warmer on the buffet when the put out the good stuff. I suppose they wanted to make sure their stuff stayed warm. It wasn’t on for us paying folks. Why is this place even in business?

Today I went to their buffet. I called first to ask what they had. They told me several different pizzas both thin crust and deep dish, pastas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. When I got there, I didn't see any pasta. The waitress told me they had to go get some pasta. So, the only thing available was thin crust pizza, a few breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. All absolutely flavorless. About 10 minutes later the waitress comes to my table and said the pasta was frozen rock solid and they would not be adding pasta to the buffet today. In summary, it was just pizza, and breadsticks. It was flavorless and some pizzas were cold and hard. There was no seasoning on the food or on the tables. Oh, and the soft drink does not come with the buffet. Even though they did not have all the dishes for the buffet, I still got charged for the full buffet.

One of the only sit down locations like this left. I enjoyed the old school feel. However, there was a slight smell that was a little offing. They need to clean the sit down area better. That said, a place like this, I don't expect that to be priority either and it wasn't get-up and leave bad. Other than that, I enjoyed the bottomless buffet of freshly coming out pizzas regardless.

I went to the pizza buffet because I hadn't seen one in years ... it was awful ... I would never go back ! Don't waste your time.. people walked in and walked right out after they saw it .. 3 pizzas all cut in like 1 inch slices ... they were hard .. just awful

I wish i could give them-3 stars. As a truck driver, I've eaten a lot of pizza and wings at many pizza huts. By far, the Belleview Florida restaurant is the worst I've ever dealt with. It really sucks because it's just down the street from where I live. Every time I've ordered there it's been messed up and I have to go back or I get attitude from the staff. I understand why now because the manager has the worst attitude of all. Never again will I go back. I've given them the benefit of the doubt to many times.

Customized Crispy and thin pizza is the best! Love it!! Suggestion: The employee should wait for the time to be quiet ( no customer), and then sweeping the carpet floor! Because of dust from that activity, I had to move out soon while I was eating in and not yet finished my slice!!

Went for buffet around 12:10. Very small selection (3 or 4 single topping pizzas that were 1/2 - 2/3 gone) and the little bit that was there had been under warmer too long. Pasta was cold. Waited several minutes for fresh pizzas to be brought out. Finally gave up and paid. As I was leaving, they brought out 1 more single topping pizza. Kind of a dark atmosphere and restaurant was dirty. The Pizza Hut was not very busy. This location has really gone downhill. We will not go back. They also don’t have the salad bar anymore.

Visited this location for pizza buffet. Pizza Hut is slowly bring back the buffet. Currently this location has pizza , pasta , garlick sticks and pizza sauce to dip. Dont expect desert pizza or salads. Unfortunately were told they no longer have these favorites. Maybe its just this location. Lets talk pizza! Available during vist thin slice and thick even deep dish. The variety of pizza was actually good. Served more sausage toped than any other type. We did enjoy mushroom topping pepperoni toped occasionally. Pizza bread stick , not good tasted old. The pasta has a layer of cheese on top. Underneath just plain pasta no sauce of any kind. Actually wouldn't recommend even trying pasta way to plain. Server is very attentive and pleasant. She multi tasked handling register , drinks seating very well. Next we travel in hopping the buffet bar has changed. keeping fingers crossed they add that desert pizza.

Was slow opened 15 minutes late then had to wait on pizza for bar. No salad bar my reason for going cost me 35.00 for a horrible lunch only 1 waitress so it’s not her fault that things were slow

My first time at the lunch buffet today! I got there a little after 11, I was the first one there. They were just bringing out food. The cheesy Alfredo was all they had for a little while then they put out the pizza. They no longer do the salad bar for anyone interested. I had a breadstick, cinnamon stick, 2 pepperoni pizzas, & 2 plates of the cheesy Alfredo. It was nice for a lunch break, though I only get 30 minutes & wouldn’t recommend doing that for that short of time. The buffet is $8.99 and a drink is $2.99, so over $12. I wouldn’t recommend for that price it’s a bit much in my opinion. Not for the small selection of items. UPDATE: I went in today to pick up an order. I get it was during lunch time. But with only one person working the buffet and having cooks only, there was no one working the front register. I waited 10 minutes before someone even said a word to me. I will never recommend this place for lunch, especially if you have a short one!

I found a coupon for a 10.99 pizza with 3 toppings I got told that they would not noner the coupon.said the cashier the Manager was to lazy to come out of the office to see what I had I have been going to pizzahut when it was a dinner place back in the 70's.but I moved to this town and found it's not worth going to. and there buffett is not worth doing to or driving to.Manage might need to be changed out....sad for pizza hut....

Pizza is okay. Fresh, hot, and the order is always right. Location is convenient, and there is typically good parking. Better than Hungry Howie's and Domino's 🌟

I placed an order online , & they proceeded to call me and tell me they canceled my order instead of asking if I’d like to pick it up because they aren’t offering deliveries right now. I would have loved to pick my order up , but I’ll be taking my business to papa johns instead. Thanks for the professionalism.

Updated 6/28/23 Only one person to seat, get drinks, bus tables, check out. We were there at 11am and there were some pizzas out but during the whole time we were there nothing new came out, 8 tables of people and 3 pizzas. NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH, people complained and left. Almost an hour a no food came out to buffet. This needs to be addressed! What food there was, was good so that is why i didn't do 1 star.

Thought I'd give the lunch buffet a try. Walked in. There was just 2 pizzas with twelve people standing around with their mouth drooling.

We wanted to order a specific pizza and put it in the comments section so upon receiving the request the restaurant gave us a call to verify our request which was very helpful and cool.

Opened at 11 got there at 1 and they said pasta was done for the day...

To be fair, The pizza tasted ok. We hadn't been to a Pizza Hut for at least 5 years so we decided to try the one in Belleview, FL. We got there a little before 2 pm so they recommended the buffet. After about 10 minutes, the lady said the bar is closing in 5 minutes. The mozzarella jar on the table was empty so my wife asked for some more. The lady said what was on the table was all there is. Also, the tables and floor was extremely dirty. We are not overly picky about restaurants but this one stood out as unacceptable.

Ordered at 8:25, order NEVER got delivered. when called multiple times to ask about an update about my order i’d get put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. happened 4 times. paid on the phone , really hope i get my $58 back. This place is a JOKE!

Nice they brought back the buffet but it has a lot to be desired. They charge almost $9 for the buffet and a side garden, that you don't get. Not the old Pizza Hut buffet we knew and loved.

Ordered an hr and a half before closing, and they never showed up . Never called. They picked up and hung up when we tried to call, then just ignored the phones till closing. where they then canceled our order. What a joke !!!! 🙄

Worst we ever had. Stopped for the buffet and only one other customer in there. Should have been a tip off. The pizza was less than paper thin and little to nothing on it. Cut in slices as narrow as a person's thumb. Was obviously left over or just plain burnt. The macaroni was stone cold. Told the waitress about the conditions of everything. Her reply was I'm sorry and off she went. The place had been open for a little more than an hour when we walked in. Disgusting! No salad either on the bar or anywhere else. Yes, we asked. We got the standard reply; Sorry. Won't be back and will be sure to repeat this to others.

45mins to order a pizza online because pizzahut wedsite is garbage. Was once a good place to order a pizza for a reasonable price is now just a bullsht place to order pizza. Never again will I ever order from any pizzahut locations. Until they fix there sht online ordering

The pizza buffet was minimal. Pizzas were ok, but not the way I remembered them when I used to work at a PH. I have to tell you, what they consider a buffet is ridiculous. They have a buffet set up with about 4 medium pizzas, half sized breadsticks, half sized cinnamon sticks, and one type of pasta. They also have a salad bar, but they aren't using the salad bar. They don't even have any dressing in the restaurant, so I would highly suggest getting rid of the salad bar. That would allow them to add another hot buffet and showcase different foods.

Delivery driver was very rude he demanded tip and he ripped the receipt threw it on the floor. When my husband and I called the store we were waiting on hold for manager and they never got to the phone. Called the store another 4 times and they purposely let the phone ring. Never ordering here again.

Not completely my fault. Thought I ordered a Meat Lovers pizza with extra cheese & extra olives. Online order missed the type of pizza. Good customer service would have called & questioned my order. All I received for $20 was a pizza crust & extra cheese & extra olives. Had company over for a pizza dinner & I was so embarrassed. Photo shows what I received. Total bill including delivery was $39. I called them but could not get the manager to understand what I had received. Photo attached.

went for the buffet, this was the menu 6 pizzas of different varities cut into 1" slices.... cold pasta like out of the refridgerator cold and cinamon breadsticks, absolutely terrible in both quality, selection and service. i will not be returning here again and believe most there today will claim the same

Went in at opening floor hadn't been swept. Buffet no longer has salad which ok but 9$ and 3$ more for drink?. Bathroom disgusting. Waste of money.

I remember when I was a little kid, I would get the small personal pizzas from here with a pizza coupon from school ... those were the best back them ... today, I have to say that Pizza Hut is still one of my favorites and they never let me down , Thank you for once again delivering the best pizza around !

My friend and I went there just before the 11-2 buffet ends and said they would charge us full price and they not put anymore food out. There was just a very few slices of pieces out. The call center for pizza hut is also rude. They hung up abruptly when I called to ask if the buffet was still going on now at Belleview. They said yes and clunked to the phone down in my ear. I will not go back to that restaurant.

The stuff crust pizza was the best pizza hut we had ever had. The service was excellent can't wait to go back.

We went for the lunch buffet. Sadly there was no salad bar during our visit. 1 gal working the dining room, she was working her tail off. When we arrived all tables were full or had to he cleaned. 1 gal up front. 1 man helping put pizzas on the bar and cleaned tables until he had to go deliver a pizza and 1 other person in the back. We tipped our gal GREAT. She was amazing.
