It was very awesome I Love eating there

We came to the store hoping to eat and then we came in as we looked around it was dirty we asked the kfc employee and he looked bored we asked him about the menu and he only said there is no allergy menu he didn’t really care about what we said so we ordered nuggets and I looked gross I recommend not going here

The front lady clearly doesn't understand English. She messed up my order twice.

The truth is I have been many times and it is always the same always hoping that when buying chicken it is good one as a customer expects the best but it is a franchise and everything has to work correctly from the customer service to the product they sell. I don't like it They leave the chicken with a lot of oil. Last time it came out raw and that is horrible to eat chicken like that.

Terrible service today, plus they work without enthusiasm because they can't even treat the customer well, they charge me everything I asked for and they didn't give me 2 things or the receipt, I had to turn around and complain and on top of that they get very upset

This is the worst KFC restaurant I have ever been to. I didn't even eat. The staff closed the place 45 minutes before the end. They told me to order via DriveThru and I had to walk. ok, unfortunately they didn't take the order and ignored me and other customers trying to order something. After 30 minutes I gave up. I saw them cleaning. They didn't use chemicals or rags. They cleaned objects with their bare hands. everything fell to the floor unless it was stuck. They pretended they didn't see the customers at all and didn't hear the knocking. Terrible.

If you can get there as soon as they open you will enjoy a KFC experience like never before. The food is super fresh and the taste is remarkable. It seems like as the day goes by the quality slips away. Get to this KFC in the morning and thank me later.

It's of no use, total disappointment... I wouldn't go any further in my life, not even with free food. Nooooo it works Piche and old potatoes The bad chicken And the horrible salad

I don't like fast food too much but I did come here because I had a coupon. I ordered online and went through the drive-thru but they wanted me to come inside to have a part to come in. The chicken was very very greasy but it was good. The biscuit was also good. I wouldn't come here again but it wasn't bad for the price that I had to pay and put food itself. You get what you paid for.

There were 2 boys, at the time they didn't know how to work well, they started safely and the Chinese guy carried everything. The manager must improve this urgently.

Terrible place. There were only 2 guests inside, but they worked so slowly that I waited about 25 minutes. The toilets don't work. They don't sell coffee. The air conditioner is not functioning.

Came in tonight of my goal of having a nice delicious meal/ dinner for my children and wife. I came inside to place a carryout order. It was a 16pc family meal… dark meat , that came with 4 large sides. Which was fries, mash potatoes….Mac & cheese. And coleslaw. And 8 or 6 biscuits. Which came up to $53 and some change. After I placed my order I paid for my order with cash. And received my change back. I proceeded by asking for a receipt, and she then informed me that their receipt machine wasn’t working.or didn’t have any more paper. I was kinda concerned because I always want to have my receipt as proof of purchase just in case something went wrong. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I waited about 3-5 minutes in on my order I purchased. I also bought 2 chicken pot pies.which was $12.37. After about 10-15minutes pass. I received my 16pc family meal. The only thing I was waiting on was the chicken pot pie. Which the young lady told me. She was very nice and professional with her position at the register. So I finally got the pot pies and off home I went. So once I gotten home me... My wife and kids were anticipating on a great meal. So I open up the bucket of chicken to find out, and see the chicken wings were dried-out…..Hard as if they were sitting all day under the heater lamp… the chicken looked burnt. “When I ask for dark meat chicken, I didn’t mean give me over cooked chicken. Biscuits was hard.. fries were cold. The mac&cheese was warm on the verge of being cold. Mash potatoes were the same.The coleslaw suprisely was the side that was okay. And the chicken pot pie was the only really fresh items out everything I purchased. This meal tonight was so terrible for me, my wife and my children…SMH. We really didn’t even eat none of the food. All I knew was that I was back to the drawing board when it came to getting something to eat for us tonight. I’m just trying to figure out how can a person be soooo bold enough to serve someone really old food. And don’t even think twice of serving it out. If it was the other way around they wouldn’t appreciate bad food be giving out to them.especially if you paid for it with your hard earn money. I just feel like they should be fired for just giving someone those terrible pieces of food. One thing is for sure is that I’m definitely not coming back to that location on 62nd and 27th Ave at night . I would never want anyone to go through what I went through. When it comes to having your order just being basically old scraps

It's okay just needs some upgrades and little attention but great food

We bought a family meal did not get even one chicken breast in the bucket. I don't eat any other part of the chicken so was very disappointed. This has never happened to me before at any other KFC

They be over cooking the grill chicken 😩

I continue coming to this KFC only because it’s so close. But most of the time they do not get the orders correct and almost always don’t put the biscuits.

Great location on the way to work. Order just bout the same thing ever time. The attendant decided to get unprofessional today replying to my order with a attitude. Spoke with the Manger of which she really didn't care about what I was saying really. Really need to have someone that knows how to speak an respond to Customer inside & out. Just because it a low paying job don't mean that I'm going to treat them that way. Be professional to all customers apologize when you do wrong. It will take you very far.

The Guy working the Drive thru tonight didn't give me my complete change. He kept the 2 cents. I'm not sure if it was intentional but I deserve all of my change.

Didn't take long to get a seven piece with two chicken bite chicken sandwiches my only issue was it was barely someone in there who could speak proper English

Me gustaría q ofrecieran pollo al grill, es tan delicioso, tengo gastriris y no puedo comerlo crispy. Se que lo venden pero sus empleados lo ignoran por que no lo tienen ni sabia que existía al grill. Subieron el precio y no lo ponen en el cartel.

I liked the fast and nice service I got there, the attendant was so focused on her job as they were attending quite a few orders at the time. The meal was good and can't really complain at anything. Keep it like that !

This location needs to be SHUT down ! I live in the area and will continue to travel to other locations.I’ve Been to this location about 4-5 in the past 6 years . Today I didn’t feel like going the distance after getting off and being in traffic so I stopped to this location ordered a number 1.2 crisp thighs 2 sides of Mac . They gave me 2 small legs and a thigh . The Mac was cold and one of the orders had a bake bean in it (are bake beans even on the menu anymore😭 ?) . Everything was old (the pictures doesn’t do justice )I tried to eat the food despite my order being incorrect and not wanting to go back plus I was starving and I couldn’t eat it after biting into the cold Mac and noticing the bean . I returned to the store for my money back . I couldn’t even fix my mouth up to ask for my order to be done fresh after seeing how they handle food (no mask no gloves and taking drive thru orders ) . Last time .

They get two stars only because the food was decent other than that when asking 4 sauce packages I guess the manager whoever was at the window Indian looking guy very stingy then I proceeded to ask for more and I get another one or two if I'm spending my money I should be able to ask for a certain amount just saying. On the chicken littles I asked for no pickles still got pickles probably not worth a second chance
