People here don’t have time to do there job I been on hold for 45 min and I’m looking right at them they only have 3 people line

I didn't like it and the health and safety control

I ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza and it was burn for some reason it wasn’t hot the cheese was burnout it was the worse pizza that I ever had, and when I called to tell the manager she said that wasn’t possible, not a good experience

The pizza was very poorly made. The toppings were scarce and not distributed evenly. The pizza was very messy and partially raw, even though I ordered it to be well done. The store is in a rough part of town and didn't feel safe. Service was underwhelming to say the least. Would not recommend.

I attempted to call around 11:12-11:15pm. I called and asked for a signature pizza but the employee only speaks Spanish. No body else speaks English. How can you run an English establishment and don't have English speaking people answering the phone. I hope everyone gets fired. Booo 👎🏼

ANYTIME I MAKE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY THEY NEVER MAKE THE DELIVERY I ALWAYS HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOME TO GO FIND THE CAR THIS WAS THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENS TODAY‼️‼️‼️‼️IM BEING RACIALLY PROFILED BY THESE DEIVERS AT THIS POINT‼️

If I'm standing in your store, why do I have to go online To find out what's the special and order a pizza!! Order five pizza and went to domino's.

I don't know who is cutting this pizza, but it is horrible. This is my 2nd time that this happened to me at this location. I will never go back. Please train the person right

They are ok because I’m a health freak I’ll pass on the regs

They do not have bathroom service available and the attention to me was not the best, I cannot assure that it is a general problem, but they treated me a little contemptuously.

My great grandson came to spend the day with me and I didn't feel like cooking so knowing how much he loves pizza, he ordered online and we went and picked it up-- we got two pizzas. We came back to my apt and pigged out. It was so nice Lol

The past 3 times I've been there, my order was only half right. The dorito ranch papadia didn't have any ranch, just regular papadia and no side sauce🙄😒

The pizza was nasty, the crust was soggy and not hot just warm

Order through the app and in 15 minutes the order is ready.

My order at $72.Was far below standards. The crust was stale. The ranch dressing when opened had mole on it( picture taken).My grand kids barely ate anything. You are located in a black urban area, your food should be fresh and better not worse SMH. Shame!! Won't order from you again.

Really, check your pizza from this place. They throw a little topping on the pizza and barely any cheese. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the manager remade the pizza properly and apologized for the bad service. The atmosphere is a 0, employees yelling at each other and the cashier was so unprofessional, it almost cause an incident with one of the patrons. I hate when people take jobs they don't want to do.

Tried Papadia for the first time and it was awesome. Loved it.

The delivery drivers are horrible. They don't follow the delivery instructions. I put specific instructions for the delivery. The drivers always call when they arrive. Yet they will not come to the door. Last night, I specifically told the driver to come to the door because I have small children and can't leave them unattended. He stated he would. Yet, he didn't and left my pizza on the neighbor's patio! What kind of service is that?! And I tipped! Never again.

Delivery drivers lack basic comprehension skills. It's not hRd to match the address given with the address on the building and not hand a pizza to a random person. My pizza was delivered twice to the wrong person and the third delivery I personally saw the driver park at the wrong building and was about to hand my pizza to some random person....I had to flag him down and yell "hello!". He gave me the excuse that he doesn't speak English. There's no reason you can't match numbers to a building when it's given to you. That's why an address exisits!

No one does pizza like Papa John's

I always have to wait at the window as no one addresses me. And then had to hear my pizza when I got home.
