What can I say, fried chicken is the best. Finally Umatilla has something other than McDonald's

Place was dead on a Friday night. Worst customer service

Chicken sandwich’s were ok, not very crunchy, Which is what we wanted ask for extra crunchy did not get it!

Just tried to order 2 each two piece (breast & wing) original recipe from the KFC in Umatilla. Well they are out again of white meat again. This is the eighth time over the past 6 months that this same thing has happened to me Such a lousy excuse for a business. I finally have learned my lesson & will not go there again.

Two people literally sitting behind counter area texting on their phones on a Friday eve at 7:30. One snorting Hockers (snot)in back Gross!. I waited about 5 minutes just to place my order. Not enough chicken for a family sized order (16pieces) on a Friday night. Will be another 15-20 wait. How about get out of the chair texting, turn the disgusting rap off and clean the back area that looks trashed? Get up and help the ones who are actually working. 2 people Probably won't return.

I came in 30 or 40 minutes from closing time, ordered 2 nugget meal combos, got 1 nugget meal, and I paid for both! Food was also cold, fries were soggy and tough, will only come back for my refund

I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal. When I got home I was missing half the order. They did give me a free cake for the inconvenience.

Seems a little better. Have new general manager but still have some improvements to do.

Ordered delivery. Received food hot. The new smashed potato bowl with nuggets is delicious! I'm impressed!

Food was typical KFC and acceptable, Service does not exist here! They do not get the orders right and then show zero professionalism in correcting their mistakes, I have never seen this level of poor service.

They have really delicious food at good prices and the only time I had a problem was when I ordered an all white chicken big box and I got all dark and they didn't give me a fork for my slaw. Check your order before you leave!@@! Secondly time given dark meat when I ordered breasts

Super Speedy takeout.... just pulled in and they are totally out of chicken original extra crispy and it will be 35 minutes before I can get chicken at KFC on a Wednesday.... Poor or clueless management

Was do so disappointed with our meals. The chicken pieces were so small. We were both still hungry afterwards. We had supper at 5:00pm and the pieces were so dry. Their is no excuse for this type of dried small pieces at that time of day.

Love eating here they don’t call the cops on you like McDonald’s dose when they refused to give you BBQ that you paid for. Maybe McDonald’s should get some pointers from KFC. I am sure they aren’t wasting first responders time with something so petty.

Item ordered was the $20 fill up box with additional large sides. Chicken lacked all flavor and tasted as if the seasoning used was simply bland. Additionally the chicken tasted as if it was sitting for a few hours. The portion size of the fried chicken received was subpar to other KFC‘s that I have visited. All around food quality was not where it should have been. Multiple calls made to report issues with our order were made to the establishment with no answer. Chances of returning: zero

I ordered a 6 piece tender basket from the drive thru. They charged me 16.78. When I got home I only had 3 tenders. Once I made it back into the store with the receipt the manager happily replaced the full order and gave me three large drinks for myself and my two sons. This place is very clean, staff is very nice, and the food is great 😁

This is a new place that is a combination KFC & Pizza Hut. The drive thru is only for KFC, so if you want a pizza, you have to go inside. There is plenty of seating at KFC, but not at the Pizza Hut. I ordered take out food from KFC and it was fresh and hot. I did have to request the sauces again before I left, but the staff was courteous and efficient. Since it is new the restaurant and rest rooms are very clean.

This is the second time we didn’t get our sides.

I’ve been here 3 times already and everything has been perfect. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I guess being able to post negative comments as soon as a place opens gives them a little bit of power.
