I ordered twice, in one didn't receive my fries and in other one they gave me I cheeseburger with no cheese 🙃

Waited forever in drive thru. Get to window and got my drinks and waited forever for my food. Finally get my food and don't look at it till I get home. Will my quarter pounder deluxe was all over the bottom of the bag. Guess no burger for me. This place is back down again. This is crazy. Fries were hard and old.

I was just in there an was riding some food like a regular guest an had to find out her name through multiple coworkers that work there I was in line an this random lady NAMED (RACHEL) SCREAMING AN YELLING AT ME AN SOMEONE ELSE MIND YOU IM NOT FROM HERE AT just stopped by to get something to eat. Then she proceeded to say what are ya looking at me an the yells out saying guess what I'm the one making your food .... I also heard a remark saying that she would spit in my food or she'll drop it on the floor and still serve it to us I think that's very unprofessional and for someone who wants to hire an employee like that and have them work for the store is quite ridiculous to me I will not have someone disrespect me nor some doing something to my food I don't understand she would come at us like she knows us but I'm not standing for it I will be making a call t CORPORATE AS WELL THANKS 👍

Thus particular McDonald's made the best quarter pounder I've ever had. It was damn good. And fresh!! Used my app so it was free this time, probably made it taste better too 😋 🤪

Tried to use my app but we were in the change over period the restaurant serves breakfast until 11 but app only gave lunch options beginning at 10:30 so had to order at driveup. Food was prepared well but kinda wanted lunch at that time.

The food was passable and overpriced at $20 for a happy meal, mcflurry, lg fries, small drink and apple pie. It used to be a fun place but I didn't find it to be much fun.

I did curbside for my order. The wait was fine. The shackes seemed to be under full or old as the whip topping was shrunk away from the cup after it had already marked its edges. 1/2 the fries 🍟 were cold. The young lady that delivered the food was nice. I have found annoying things at this location. First is if you order a special burger without something it always looks like it was smashed and is a mess to eat The second is when I order sweet and sour sauce and honey for a large chicken nugget item they give me honey mustard and sometimes honey. We have not received the Sweet and sour sauce in the last 3 visits. I typically have my dog with me so going inside is very inconvenient. I do curbside as drive thru is typically slow and the parking lot is a mess.

Everytime the app suddenly doesnt work and rather than have any problem solving skills in place the employees all sit around like the children they are. Afraid of confrontation and no ability to think on their own. Yet this is whining supposed to be expecting to get 15 an hour? Ridiculous. No one wants to pay near $30 for a freaking meal. It's absurd, and no amount of apologies or corporate macros are going to fix this. It's a lack of forward thinking and very little flexibility in the employees. I know even this review won't go anywhere but I'm so tired of corporate America and their subpar standards.

It's McDonald's most of the time this location will get my order right. My large fries are never more than half filled and even if I order and pay ahead with the mobile order, I still have to pull over the side and wait.

It was filthy inside. The restroom was also filthy. I only ordered fries and a shake. The fries tasted like they had been sitting there for hours. The "chocolate" shake looked like a mixture of anything but chocolate. For 2 items, it was over $11....2 very awful items. NEVER AGAIN!

Most trips everything is fine or good. Kinda hit or miss in the past, but seems to be improving. Food is always fresh, 2x missed my childs apples but made up for it next trip. Definitely like Umatilla better than Eustis! We always use app + drive thru.

Just an average McDonald's at best, ordered the Big Mac meal and it was an absolute mess! Lettuce and sauce all over the packaging. They should be embarrassed to serve food this way, I would avoid this place at all costs! Two thumbs down!

I wish I could give this place no stars this is the worst McDonald's ever just go to a different one I got some regular cheese burgers and they put mayonnaise all over them....they don't even come with mayonnaise.

Worst food for the second time at McDonald's in the last year I went today it was right in the middle of breakfast and lunch changing and they said they had some breakfast sandwiches left over so I ordered those and a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce everything was cold!

Rainy, gloomy days, will often damper even the best of spirits. That’s why it was so refreshing to have our experience with Isaac today, 11/16, in the drive thru. Not only was he truly polite, and well spoken during the speaker interaction, he didn’t make us feel rushed, and made sure we got everything we wanted. Then to pull around, and to be welcomed with a very welcoming smile, was truly great. I even joked and asked if he thought it was gonna rain. Isaac went right along with my joke, and truly made our experience. I can honestly say he was the nicest drive thru employee, we have ever experienced, anywhere. To top it off, the food was correct, hot, and presentation was great. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Check your order before leaving this place, I bought 3 Cheeseburgers and when I got home there was only bread and cheese, no meat. When I went back to let them know about it they didn't have the courtesy to compensate me for the trouble of having to go back. All the Manager said Sorry! Would not recommend this place to no one.Terrible Service, and worst customer service!!!!!

The managers in this location are volatile and rude .. af .. there is always a bunch of kids inside of mcdonalds everyday after school .. but when my kids are here in the dining room enjoying there after school snack.. they want to accuse of them of something to have a reason to have them removed from the store and the reason is because there not eating... but there is over 16 kids in the dining room that's not eating! That's my problem .. my kids don't deserve to be treated differently.. if there gonna remove kids they need to remove everyone that's not eating .. I was also told that Amanda isn't the manager of this location .. when she called and spoke to me less than a month ago about how the staff treats people .. so I'm confused .. 😕 and a little aggrevated.. because my kids called me crying saying they were told to leave again when they where the only kids being respectful and quietly sitting and eating and playing on there phones.. this store needs some serious help!!.

Friendly staff. Somehow I didn't see the payment window and confused the order of the orders at the window. When asked if I had paid, I answered that I had not. They quickly knew what happened and were happy to resolve the issue I caused. Great work! Sorry for my confusion too!

Food poisoning from here pushed me into preterm labor at 23 weeks. Be careful.

If I could give them negative reviews, I would. McDonalds is a greedy company that only cares to get as much money as possible. I placed a mobile order at this location on accident. That was my fault so I began calling Mcdonald’s to get a refund as I’m 1 hour away. I called more times than I can count. Not one response. All I want is my money back.

Got a fish sandwich and fries and a water. Food was hot and delicious. Service was good and I was greeted with a smile in the drive thru.

Its sad when my 17 year old goes in to get food and comes home says she has seen teen work better together than your staff. Get it together! Smh

Had to pull up to the third window to wait on 2 cheeseburgers and one double cheeseburger.. When I got my 2 cheeseburgers, the ketchup was on the cheeseburger instead of underneath the bun. My daughter went to get a happy meal rushed to get back to work and when she gets there the happy meal had NO nuggets ONLY the tiny fries plus they were stale. I get ppl make mistakes but this place makes too many. Then the So called manager refused to give her name. Que Pendeja. I asked her name so I can know who the heck I was speaking to.. I guess mcdonalds just hires anyone with no education nor manners

Service was very, very slow. Then my food was barely warm. A group of us go there after evening worship for food and fellowship, the service has been bad for several weeks. Then there is the water seeping from under the floor tiles. A real danger of slip and fall. Along with everything else.

It's McDonalds and it was as expected.

My favorite fast food place, bar none! I always know what I want before I get there, and their tea is so good. Like everything else, the cost is going up.

Confirmed by owner 7 weeks ago they are open at 5 AM. But on Saturday 6/17/23 The drive-through screen is on but they will not take your order. Just change your hours. I usually wouldn't read a review for this but this is not the 1st time that I have been there and they would not take a order before closing.

There was a rat in the bathroom, I talked to management about it and they told me I was making it up and should go away... will NOT be going here again even if I was starving and it was the only place open 0 stars if I could.

Terrible employers, I was trying to eat and they were cursing and yelling and the environment was very uncomfortable, I did not feel safe at all.

I'm not a fan of fast food restaurants these days, but I caved in and got breakfast, and it was VERY satisfactory. Idk what umatilla is doing with their McDonald's but please keep it up. I haven't enjoyed a sandwich from a fast food place in a very long time.

The Strawberry Shortcake flurry was almost impossible to eat. At $4.59 and I feel like I got ripped off

At 845 I needed a quick bit for my family after a long day. Evidently everyone had the same idea. The store was considerably understaffed. With all of that the staff that was there did a great job and the food was on par for McDonald's.

God help you if you want to go to the drive-through. The building is terribly planned out it takes you almost 30 minutes to get to the drive-through line because there are so many cars coming from two different entrances and everybody wants to fight about who gets to get in line. After waiting about 20 to 30 minutes they still didn’t give me the order that asked for. This is literally every morning. On top of this McDonald’s food has gotten so expensive, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to McDonald’s. They have tried to make a name brand for themselves and tried to compete with places like Starbucks. Their food is complete s*** and they want to charge you sit down restaurant prices. After 26 years of going there, goodbye McDonald’s.

McDonald's is McDonald's. This one had very pleasant staff and were fairly quick with our order. Surprise, our order was correct. All in all, we were very happy. Thank you.

The location was absolutely filthy. There was nowhere to sit because the tables were dirty and under the tables was even more filthy. The kitchen was dirty and needed to be swept like the rest of the store. It was impossible to even want to eat inside the restaurant. Service was slow. I wouldn't recommend this location to dine in. The food was overcooked and dry. I wish the pictures were better, but i was trying to be discreet when taking them. Multiple wet floor signs were out. I complained to the shift supervisor, and he said someone would come out to clear a table for us. It never happened so we took our food outside to eat in the car.

This place has gotten so completely ridiculous! last week I went through the drive thru and I barely got the words out of my mouth before I was asked "is that it" "what else" in a rude tone as if I was bothering her to be making an order . Then last night there was a car ahead of ours in the drive thru we sat there 20 minutes no telling how long they were so we called the store and asked is there something wrong with the drive thru and explained the situation the guy from the store informed us that they were short staffed and they would get to us when they got around to it and hung up on us mind you the dining room was closed so the only thing open was the drive thru. Corporate NEEDS to come fix this store they are horrible. I had to give a star to leave the review .

That was the most disgusting Quarter Pounder I ever had. I actually never knew you could get that much grease out of one hamburger. I used every paper towel I had in my truck and still ended up throwing it away. If I wasn't traveling I would have took it back and got my money back. What a waste of money.

Terrible food. Overcooked fries so I asked employees (nicely) for new ones to as my 1 and 2 yo's couldn't eat the hard crunchy fries. Thry gave me the same hard crunchy batch. So I nicely asked if they could drop a new batch of fried, the "manager" rolled his eyes andsaid "I already gave you new fries". Great people working there come right out to your car bring your food will be back again.

Ok so what started off stressful turned out wonderful because of a manager who was very empathetic and fixed my issue quickly and apologized and was really just down to earth and turned my whole night around!! One of the greatest people working for McDonalds and I totally feel horrible I didn’t get his name but I will and then I will add it because he should be getting paid a million dollars a year just for being a really cool and kind hooooooman!!!! Thank you so much and I am so sorry I was upset and took it out on you!!!! I asked for my food fresh. They had me pull up and wait just a couple minutes but for two sandwiches that weren’t even warm anymore and covered in mayo. And fries that weren’t fresh. I normally don’t gaf but don’t give me hella attitude over McDonald’s dude and not even give it to me fresh. It’s McDonald’s. Not rocket science.

Quick fresh and good customer service

McDonalds Umatilla, Fl. Recv cheeseburgers without cheese. Medium cooked meat instead of done. Long waits with cold and/or incorrect orders A while back I was parked for my order since it had a small modification to the sandwich. Which causes it to have to be made new. This always takes about 7-10 minutes to that done. So I get "parked" which is not a problem for me at all. This day they had 3 people parked waiting for orders. When the orders started coming out they took my order to one of the other cars where I observed it sit until the people could get someone's attention to come back and pick it up and get theirs. The girl who picked it up had then taken it to the other car where it again stayed until they got her attention. She then brought it directly to me. Fries were depleted, food cold and having already had at least two sets of hands digging through it I didn't want it. I asked to have another made at which point she argued with me about it "being fine'' and that no one had touched it". I was firm about it though so she very indignantly took it back inside. Amazingly i was able to keep my patience with a kid who was trying to do her job. She returned just under 2 minutes later. My son was keeping track of how long it took. It came in a new bag, the cold fries had been topped off with new ones and the exact same burger had been repackaged in a clean wrap. Still cold. As much as they get breakfast right and only occasionally get lunch orders incorrect their dinner shift is horrific. Starting about 4:30 pm and progressively getting worse as the evening progresses I'd say my experience there is that about 80% of the time they do a satisfactory job but when they go wrong it's not just minor. It has been unsafe. Even dangerous. I don't know if it's a good idea to go in and complain if I were you when asking to have something remade. At very least I'd stand at the counter and observe them cooking/making the new one.

I have never had any issues with this McDonald's location. They have been very friendly, efficient, and it is very easy to use their drive through. I've been visiting this location for about 20 years and have never had a bad experience to date.

My food has never been wrong and my wait has always been on point unless in the drive-thru during peak times. Greatest folks in there too!

The dining room was dirty ( every table) my order was missing items & other items were not made correctly, the counter staff was RUDE & the manager was at the drive thru window $ had nothing to say about the rudeness

Just because their time says they are fast doesn’t mean they are you’ll sit at the menu for 20 minutes with them not saying a word. Their time starts when they take the order. The managers here should manage better!

Ordered cheese burgers extra mustard and pickels, got extra onion instead, never fails. Even $15 per hour can't fix this.....

America's favorite fast food. Weak on healthy options. This particular site has a very poor drive-thru setup. We seem to get there when the high school had recently let out because there were lots of teenagers inside and outside the restaurant hanging around. We waited quite a while in the Drive-Thru line and when we got to the window the drive-thru speaker is situated such that it's quite a distance from the driver window. It was obviously difficult for both sides of the discussion to hear clearly.

It's McDonald's so it gets three stars but that's about the best you can expect a McDonald's to be rated by me simply because it's not five star food nobody expects five star service and the atmosphere is well McDonald's minus the playgrounds that every McDonald's had when I grew up so that would have probably gotten it another star but McDonald's isn't the same McDonald's these days.

This place is okay, the only thing I really like here is the french fries. Didn't know you got points for ordering on the app.
