This was the nastiest restaurant I’ve ever ate at. I don’t usually leave reviews however it’s so disappointing and disgusting I wouldn’t want someone else to experience this place. Tons of fly’s buzzing all over while we were trying to eat, windows look like they’ve never been washed along with the light fixtures.

I am coming to the belief that a vehicle moving slower than 30mph past a reviewable establishment will prompt a little Google troll to become very excited and explode, producing a paper form review not unlike the precogs minority report.

Strange thing for me today I ordered food through the drive thru on Big Rig and the experience was very good😁

Just picked up a bucket of chicken got home to find out the chicken is so dried out it is inedible to eat.

Closes for remodel last 90 days ish. Limited menu. Not sure they will reopen. Don't see much construction work going on. Time will tell.

Looked on the York, Nebraska menu. It showed a $5.00 leg and thigh meal that included choice of side, biscuit, cookie and medium drink. Ordered and when she told us the price is was over $17.00. per employee due to ordering a drink. Canceled drinks and was 4.99 per meal with no drink or cookie.

Ordered a 2 pc combo with breast and wing and coleslaw and biscuit and drink for 9.79 I got a thigh and leg which is on sale for 5.00. I called and the lady was very rude and said sarcastically well what can I do about it now and said to bring it back but I was already 10 miles down the road. Do better KFC this is not acceptable

I used to work there...I quit after they failed the fourth health inspection in a row. Watching how the general manager treat customers was sad too. People spend hard earned money to be treated rude and ignored.

I went to the KFC and York location this afternoon on Father's Day to get my husband some chicken so that he could stay and relax in bed. After placing my order, the lady at the window opened the window and just looked at me didn't say word. I smiled and handed her my money and then asked for a drink carrier in which I got the response of an eye roll. Then when she came back with my food about 10 minutes later I asked if I could have some barbecue sauce and honey mustard, and again did not respond with words like a human being but grunted and rolled her eyes at me. I said thank you and she just shut the window in my face. They need to teach their employees how to speak to people who are spending hard earned money on overpriced chicken. And treat people with kindness. I shouldn't have to feel bad for asking for the sauces I want for the $30 chicken. I get people can have a bad day. And I too work in the food industry. But I would never treat people like less than human when they're spending money that they were cared for.

I stop at a lot of KFC/Taco bells together and separate. At the York one food is just average. you will find though you are charged for things at this one im not normally charged for. Like red sauce a squirt .49 cents.

Good food. It was a little chaotic but everything was right with the order.

Drive thru. Ordered white meat. Didn’t get it. Asked for two biscuits. Only got one. No utensils. No napkins. Lucky already both in the car. Spent $34. Very disappointed. Inedible. How do I get a refund?

Love the chicken sandwiches-always fresh and great for the price

Ordered a 8 piece dinner with 2 extra wings - no extra wings! We live several hrs away so the offer to come back next time and get the extra wings... ya not so much

Terrible would ever come back 1st mistake was waiting over 5 min for someone to come to the counter then I got the smallest unit crispy chicken strips ever and tough as boot leather and it cost more than if we would have went to a regular dine in restaurant very disappointed

Went through the drive thru, and they got our order wrong. Did not want to drive back into town.

THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS BUT WON'T POST WITHOUT A STAR. THEY WAITED UNTIL FOOD WAS PAID FOR TO TELL YOU THE SODA MACHINE IS BROKE AND ONLY OPTION IS UNSWEETENED TEA OR WATER. I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR DRINKS I PAID FOR THEY SAID SORRY AND REFUSED. THE FOOD WAS OLD AND COLD. AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH THE STOP.THEY WERE ALL RUDE ALSO

They clearly take no pride in their work

Order 8 chicken strips that come out the size of chicken nuggets. When we went back and told them about it said there was nothing they could do. Charged us for something we could have got Tripple the amount somewhere else. Worst KFC I have ever been to. And half the so called strips were over cooked. OVER PRICED and not worth the stop

I stopped at this location while traveling through. Went inside and waited at the front register for a long while. At least 3 employees saw me and not a single person came to take my order or acknowledge that I was there. I left without ordering. The entire place looked filthy probably for the best that I didn't eat there.

2/27/24. 2:45pm. Went in the drive thru. Rude woman on speaker. Ordered 3 piece chicken yenders and a glass of water. Paid $9.91. I'm sure they gave me the 3 smallest tenders they had. Stay away! Got screwed big time!

Says it opens at 10am, no one answered and doors locked. I guy shows up in a van and says sorry we are open let me unlock the door. He comes out the door and says sorry our manager messed up the books last night so we actually won’t be opening up now. So heads up! Don’t stop bc they arnt open.

Did online pickup order for the drive through in York. Waited over a half hour in the drive through line before we finally went in. They said someone else walked off with our food?!? 😒. We didn't want to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for them to do a fast food order 🤣🤣 so we settled for a refund and got the hell out of there! NEVER AGAIN!

Cashier had to be called up front serial times. When you food was ready they would yell what you order really loud. No silverware is accessible had to ask. Food was hot and fresh

Coleslaw was dry potatoes lumpy chicken was burnt I asked for original and maybe it was, but it was crispy possibly because it was burnt. For sure not like it used to be but my dogs liked it🤦‍♀️

10/13 The younger girl tonight deserves a raise! There were only 3 ppl working and they were swamped. She was so nice and apologetic even though it clearly wasn’t her fault. We are just passing through but I really hope that place gets the help it needs.

Man this town sucks I parked outside at 10 AM The sign says 1030 open I’m standing outside it’s 1031 and they can’t even open the door I have to call and the guy that answer the phone instead of opening the door he tells me oh it’s because we’re short staff So I told the guy can you open the door it’s cold outside he tells me we’re short staff, but yeah I see like 10 people in there And then, the lady with the security sweater smoking a cigarette in her car is quick to tell me you can go through drive-through Lady I don’t want to go to the drive-through I want to sit down and eat inside And then she tells me oh I don’t know we’re short staff I only get paid $13 an hour This town, and this KFC sucks never stopping here again Add to the guy that answer the guy that answer the phone stop changing the conversation the people want to sit down and eat

Food was dry and overdone. Bathroom made me gag.

Can't really rate the food, since we never actually got it. Waited an hour, finally told them to cancel our order. Took another 30 minutes for them to figure out how to refund our money.

I ordered two drinks, and the lady cashing me out went by Julie, as I was ordering I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. She gave me a sort of rude “uhhh ok.” And told me my total, I thanked her and pulled up to the window. When I got there she didn’t say one word at all, and had the most mug look on her face. Working in the fast food industry you should try keeping a smile on your face and being respectful to your customers.

Food was good service. ya, u all need to work on that . Need to learn to leave home with home problems and work with work problems

We were going to go get dinner in town and we decided on Taco Bell/KFC. We got in line and said our order, then pulled up to the window. From there we waited over 10 minutes for 12 tacos. Just 12 tacos. Nothing special, 6 hard shell ones and 6 soft shell ones. Not to mention when we got them, they were cold. This restaurant has, for a long time, been painfully slow, dirty, and just a pain. There are better places to go in York.

Chicken was fine. Service at lunch was slow. Pop dispenser, all the diet, half the other stuff was weak or tasteless. Multiple folks got drinks, tasted them, dumped them, and tried something else. I have been here before. They are usually better than this.

Was not open at 10:30. Spoke with an employee said she had no help and wouldn’t open until 11 or later. Very poor!

My husband and I stopped shortly before noon on a Monday. Both restrooms were incredibly dirty, the women's restroom did not have any toilet paper but the paper towels were stocked, and the men's restroom had no paper towels but the toilet paper was stocked. The women's restroom had a 'caution wet floor' cone stored in the corner, but the base of the cone was incredibly dirty. I found this odd, considering the only thing that would hypothetically touch this cone would be a clean, wet mop. The staff woman at the counter who took our order was courteous and our order was filled quickly. The counter immediately behind the cash register/order counter was so full of boxes and other items that you couldn't see into the kitchen, so no idea how many people were working nor how clean it was. The dining room area was clean and the fountain soda area was clean and stocked. After the disgusting restrooms, we still ordered food to go. We selected the chicken tender box meals. The chicken and biscuit were good, but the fries were limp and not that great. The saving grace is that KFC is one of the last few fast food restaurants that offers Pepsi products. We will not likely return anytime soon.

Went through drive thru, had no crispy chicken then didn't want to take my order. The person who took my order was very rude. This is the second time I've gone through the drive through the chicken tasted old and the bun could have been a hockey puck it was all old. The only thing that was ok was the smashed potatoes and they were cold. I don't think I want to try a third time it was terrible. Not worth the money...

This is attached to the Taco Bell and honestly the entire place needs the health inspector to shut it down Or Jesus to come slap some people into acting right.

Food was great. The lady taking the order was a trainee but tried really hard.

35min in drivethru for 6 cars. 1 was leaving as I pulled up 1 left the line without food. It’s been atrocious for a long time now. The only reason we occasionally put ourselves through the nightmare that is KFC/ Taco Bell is because my wife occasionally craves it. I would too if it wasn’t a crapshoot on service, quality or even if the lobby will be open at any given time. It’s sad there’s no other good fried chicken options and we can’t get them to step their game up. But sadly we still hand them money for slop.

Worst fast food experience ever. Waited over 20 minutes for our order before deciding to ask why it was taking so long. The individual behind the counter (didn't know it was the manager) said "I'll get to it when I get to it". After a disrespectful statement like that I told him to just get it done. He then threatened to throw me out . I obviously won't be back and wish I could give zero stars.

Worst experience ever!!! Walked in and every table was covered in crumbs and trash on the floor. You could hardly see through the windows with finger prints. Waited 10 mins for anyone to come up and some lady said " what do you need" horrible. Go somewhere else

Worst KFC experience ever. I ordered a 3 piece chicken. After waiting 20 minutes with no service I went up to the register. There were no employees in sight. After another 5 minutes I started to yell for help. They completely ignored me. Then a lady came out and made me the bad guy. She said "do you want to put on a uniform and serve yourself?" I said " yes it will be faster than you". I can see the chicken in the glass oven. I said just put 3 pieces on a plate. Then another employee came out and said you don't talk to us like that and never come back. I said give me my money back and walked out. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers.

I ordered for quick pick up. It wasn’t ready when I got there, which I’m ok with, they had about 10 people in the restaurant. The chicken was tasteless and bland, the customer service and cleanliness is what I’m reviewing. I watched an employee slam down product to make a sandwich and was visibly upset. Another employee was throwing tortillas onto an area (I couldn’t see what but I saw her tossing them) she was also visibly upset. Her area was a mess. No smiles or greeting people. The place was a mess. Counters visibly disorganized. Boxes open on counter tops, supplies box in the quick pick up area. I understand it is a holiday, but if your employees are miserable - CHANGE IT! Leave your bad attitude at home, and put your work attitude in place. I travel all over the country and review a lot of places. The holding areas for the chicken need to be cleaned. The dining area needs to be cleaned. Counters need to be cleaned. The owners need to have a come to Jesus meeting with their employees. Get the place organized before you get busy.

I don't usually have this many issues with this location, but I am heated tonight. First, they did not send all my chicken strips with my door dash. I called and the only way to get them was to go get them. My husband went, paid for 10 strips (which made me angry since I had already paid for 8 I did not get) and they only gave him 5! What is going on there tonight? I am usually so nice, but this has been very upsetting. I just wanted some freaking chicken strips.

I really hope they get their act together chicken is for most part always over cooked

Loved the last time we came there and we ordered with the "cool runnings dude (Sanka)". He was amazing and our kids were hoping he was there again tonight. However, tonight was not very pleasant. The lady that took our order clearly didn't want to be there and was slightly rude to the customers. Part of our food came out in about five minutes and the other half was out after twenty-five minutes. We had to clean our own table so we could sit somewhere. The food is the only reason I gave it two stars, even though one of our orders was wrong.

Awful customer service. Inside was dirty food was cold. Popcorn chicken tasted weird and old. There prices are ridiculous for fast food. they lost this family.

Bathroom was absolutely gross and disgusting and unusable. Food wasn't that good also. I used Snapchat location so then I can't be told it wasn't their bathroom. I would like the Gm or corporate to contact me.

Received the wrong order twice. The second time we decided to just eat what they gave us. None of it was made to spec. Very unfortunate.

Slow service. Food not very good. Outside of building was not well kept. Sorry I stopped there. Will not make the mistake again.

Got the KFC bowl for my daughter. The chicken didn't taste right and the bowl had no corn in it. My son and I both tasted the popcorn chicken in it had a weird taste. So I threw out the whole entire bowl. Also got 2 cheesey steak burritos and a medium baja blast. Burritos were cold when we got home 6 minutes away and the Baja blast tasted watered down.

$8.91 for three...yes 3 chicken tenders and bbq sauce and nothing else...just strips. And they weren't that good. They only get the second star because they were open. This WON'T happen again.

A truck driver had walked up behind my vehicle, I told him to go ahead and order as we were not ready yet. He very politely said Thank you! He ordered his food, but also told them he was on foot as his truck was loaded and he couldn't make the drive thru, the person taking his order, very rudely told him he couldn't walk through the drive thru and got his manager. The manager then came over the speaker and told the truck driver, our drive thru is big enough for you to get through, so if you want food you have to drive the truck through. The truck driver told them to keep the food, and the manager, again very rudely, told him, thats ok, we will keep the food, you're the hungry one, im not! Not only did the they lose his business, we drove away also! Obviously, they do not know who delivers their food!

Indoor dining was closed, not enough employees. Towing a trailer, don't pull into parking lot. Too narrow to turn around, drive through is one lane only. Go to Arby's lots of space, can eat indoors

If I could do a 0 i would. Parked my extra long semi several blocks away since i cant fit in thier lot. Went to walk in and an employee stopped me and said our lobby is closed. She asked if i was in a semi and i replied yes. She said just walk up to the drive thru window and they will take your order. So thats what i did. Waited behind a car for about 5 minutes give or take and then walked to the window. The lady inside told me that i had to drive a vehicle thru drive thru in order to place an order. Told her i was in a semi and she said they dont have an awning and that semis could fit. I told her mine was longer than most and i couldnt make the turn. She said well i cant take your order unless your in a vehicle. I asked what that had to do with anything and i told her that the other employee said i could walk up. Her reply was she dont know nothing. So i said i guess ill go to Runza and the employee said you go to Runza then. How disrespectful to not only me but everyone out there driving semis that cant just whip it into a tiny parking lot. Told the Runza staff what happened and they said they would NEVER turn anyone away for walking up to the drive thru window.

They need a good manager. Had to walk up and ask what was taking so long. They were too busy talking and not paying attention to the orders. Tables weren't cleaned off and restroom was dirty

Ordered two famous bowls...live 30 miles away...when I got home...NEITHER ONE had corn. Very disappointed. Your website says it comes with corn so why do t your employees know this??

Limited taco bell menu. It took a long time as they thought they were out of black beans. I do appreciate that they took the time to find the black beans but I did say the refried were fine. Also i ordered a biscuit but didn't get it.

Cinnamon crisps were old and stale but quick stop off the interstate so did not go back. I was in a hurry

I don't eat fast food often but this was really good while traveling. Hot with great taste and seasoning.

Went to eat at this place and the loddy wasn't even open for lunch so people just drive on by unless you want to play games and deal with grease chicken from the drive up MYSELF AIM BOYCOTTING ALL KFC CHICKEN JOINTS AND WILL TAKE MY BUINESS ELSEWHERE.

Spent 30 for my husband and me tonight. Did not get what we ordered. Chalupas where so hard my dog would not even eat it. Taco supreme has only cheese and meat. Cold fries and no chicken leg I ordered.lady taking the order was laughing and not able to hear me had to say my order multiple times.

Food was great, restaurant was relatively clean, service on the other hand was not great. Person taking our order was playing with a lighter and didn't really know what he was doing. Taco bell food was ok it's taco bell but it took awhile to get food but employees where very nice

Chicken was very dry, mac an cheese was cold and crusty and biscuits were hard,dry an cold the only good thing was the coleslaw pretty upsetting when you pay that much and you can't eat it.

Only came for the cole slaw. They were serving a college baseball team, and still managed to get everyone else taken care of

The lady working the drive thru was rude to my husband (truck driver) and told him if you can't drive in the drive thru then no order. So what did my husband do? Drove his semi and trailer thru the drive thru

Poor quality. Chicken was over cooked and did not taste good. Chicken did not look like it was good quality, it looked old. Will never eat there again.

So I went there and got my usual $20 fill up and something is not right. First thing I noticed by original recipe didn't taste quite as good as it usually does if I was just me but then I tried to coleslaw had to spit it out cuz that definitely is something wrong with it like you left out an ingredient or something something wasn't right with it so I'm not happy with them if they're cutting corners or whatever is going on one of the reasons I go to KFC cuz no matter where I go Kentucky Fried Chicken tastes exactly the same every time this time something's wrong I'm not happy it'll be a while before I go back

Extremely busy when we went. It took over 20 minutes to get our sandwich and meal deal. The food was good, but the new french fries weren't that good.

The staff at the drive thru were polite, courteous and friendly. My food was hot and fresh. It didn't take long to get my order and be back on my merry way.

Not the worst kfc I have ever been too.

Great place to pick up a bucket of chicken for supper for the whole family. Cheaper than other places when feeding a large group of people fast. They do have a wide variety of options that fit every picky eaters needs. The newly remodeled store is clean and nice.

This was a KFC express. So no Buffet. Also is a shared shop with Taco Bell. Help was friendly. Food was average but buthrooms were clean.
