They were super busy and handled it very well.

Terrible service everytime, and orders take 45 mins.

Customer service was alright, they didn’t have the ingredients for my order (I was ordering on the KFC menu) so they gave me something else. I’m yet to see one of these Taco Bell-KFC’s be successful

Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes to get our order with only two vehicles in front of us, both of which had already placed their order when we rolled up. Our order was taken incorrectly, our soft taco tortillas were all wet with some kind of liquid (husband didn't even eat the last one) and my bean burritos were lukewarm (shredded cheese wasn't melted at all). Very disappointing. 6/27/2024 at 9pm.

We keep giving them chances. The last 3 times have been worse. The portions seem to have been cut down into almost nothing. The chicken carnitas tacos had a pinch of meat in them and mostly cabbage which was still minimal. The time before that I ordered over the app and we came in and told them who we were and let’s just say the food sat back there for a good while and they forgot half the order and drinks.

Outstanding food, outstanding customer service, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Two older gentleman (one with a grim reaper tattoo and one with long hair and beard) gave us the best customer service I’ve had since driving from VA. I came between 1430-1500 and it seriously made my entire trip so much better. Also that cheez-it crunch wrap extremely good. I’m glad they recommended it. Great job! 👏

Man the drive thru was long and moving slow, but I stuck it out I really wanted that Mexican pizza. Wow when I got to the window I was informed they were short staffed on Memorial Weekend ouch with just a few of them working they pulled off the most epic Taco Bell......Fantastic , great job guys , Bravo

The last 2 times we have been here they say they open at 10:30 and at drive thru they said people couldn't get to work on time and they wouldn't be open until 11

If you want to eat fast food. You would get it faster at a sit down place (or the burger king of wich that is closed). You can also hear some fun new cuss words in the make up. Sat night on Feb 24. Crew sounds fun with the screams of terror being sung in the background @ 20:00, might want to check the mic. It's not a COD lobby. The food tasted like a wet sock. And my thoughts on the chicky sandwich. I didn't know chicken came from the sea. It was horrible.. school food anyone? Note: Put us in the Guinness World record for "fast food" taking the longest at 54 minutes.

Our experience with Taco Bell today was very poor. The two tacos weren't wrapped properly and basically just sitting on the wrapper and could fall out at any moment. One of the Taco shells was completely cracked. They forgot our crunchwrap Supreme so we had to drive around and tell them. They did not provide the spork for my power bowl and did not put the requested sauces in the bag. We also did not recieve napkins in our bag. On the other hand, the guy that was working the register was polite with us.

Food was ok, not great. Service was awlful and the staff was talking loudly about sex and parties, etc so the whole place could hear.

Man / manager at the counter was nice. Showed willingness to give us cups for water and had a small pleasant chat

It's time consuming to sit at the drive thru and go through your order but if you don't you have to wait in the drive thru AGAIN, nobody is perfect mistake are made but they seem angry about correcting them

Was told to leave because I complained that I had waited 30 minutes for a burrito. While waiting the manager shorted a drive thru order. Also flies on the toilet Stay away.

Absolutely terrible! Do not come here. We were in the drive thru for over 45 minutes waiting for our order which we never received because we left! If they cannot find staffing then just close it down and save us all the trouble from wasting our time.

Service terrible, food terrible, too many flies in dining room. I waited 20+ mins for cinnamon delights. My dorito tacos was wet and mushy on the bottom. This place sucks

They took over 30 minutes to get us through the drive thru. But to make it even better it took another 10 minutes for me to get the rest of my order that they forgot. Also the amount of meat in the tacos was to a minimum. Between the meat, cheese, and lettuce the tacos were less than half full. Then the chalupa was cold as it had double the sour cream compared to meat. This is very sad! For those of us who don’t live in York but come in to York just for Taco Bell may as well go to Lincoln for quality Taco Bell. Since we sit in the york drive thru for 20-45 minutes is just a waste. They need to bring in management that actually understands what fast food mean! I looked at the clock while wait for them to fix my order and the orders had been waiting for 30+ minutes. Completely unacceptable

Took over 20 minutes for a Chicken Sandwich & Burrito Bowl at 5:40. They were out of French fries. We threw away the $17 purchase. My sandwich was hard as a rock and the bowl was horrible. Do not waste your time or money.

Excellent customer service from Larry working the front counter 1:45 PM This gentleman had a smile on his face for every customer walking in the door very impressed for a taco bell. Larry made all fell welcome immediately Thank you...

Each combo was almost $10 or more. They are very short staffed but still keep the dining room open. They basically ignore the counter though. There was a long wait and our order was entered wrong. I got taco supremes with my combo and they were inedible. The shell had an awful taste that overwhelmed everything. I think it was mold, it was very musty tasting. I told a manager that they tasted off and she didn't seem to care or believe me. I ditched the shell and ate the filling which tasted normal.

Got the order right and the food was good, but I waited 25 minutes in the drive through to get my order, there were 3 cars ahead of me that didn't have big orders.

The restroom was filled with lots of flies

Arrived about 11:30am, Men's bathroom was disgusting even for a guy. No paper towels. Only one other customer in dinning room. Fries tasted old, napkins were out in dinning room.

At first I thought kool a drive up for a big truck. The tacos weren't bad, the KFC chicken was horrible.

Dear Lord this was horrible! An hour for a 35 dollar order, the dine in area was filthy I cleaned the table myself, the order took an hour, the chalupa meat was burnt/old, the tacos came broken, and the cream of the crop was the mens restroom. I've never lost a more horrible meal in a more horrible restroom. If 0 was an option I'd still hope I could go negative.

At 10:45 am no Taco Bell because they don't have the staff available, but they were "forced" to open the lobby.

Very long wait idk if they are struggling with staff or what but it took like 25 min to get thru the drive thru other then that my food was amazing one of the best crunch wraps I've ever had it was made with love

Stopped here for our last meal of a 2500 mile road trip....service was very slow. I had a KFC bowl and it was skimpy. Husband ordered nachos without sour cream and it came with mostly crumbs loaded WITH sour cream. His tacos were good, and our son had a Chipotle ranch chicken burrito and he said it was good. We initially got part of our order and part of someone else's, so after a long wait we had to change it up with another table, and keep the nachos with sour cream or we would have been waiting again. Had to go to counter to get a fork and had to wait a while just to get that. UGH - won't be back to this one.

Went through drive threw and immediately was over charged, $45.00 for a $30.00 meal, had to argue with the lady to get the correct price. Then when the lady at the window hadnt given me my drink she got upset at me. Never gave me the two juices i ordered for my kids. Was a really long wait. Very very upset. Meals were mediocre and chicken was terrible. Employees are very very rude and were nasty, gross and customer service wise.

Food was fresh, may have been a little wait but quality and service was good.

Pretty nice Taco Bell KFC combo, which is always appreciated cause you can get both menus of food. Order was taken easily and food came out just as ordered, hot and fresh in only a few minutes despite it being the lunch rush.

Excessive wait times the last 2 times I've gone there. Received chip crumbs to dip in my nacho cheese and one burrito was cold.

They refuse to open dining room.. This is a travel plaza and travelers want to sit down and relax not eat in their cars!! This is the decision of the franchisee who is putting a bad name the Taco Bell franchise. Burrito supreme was all bean and not great. Won’t ever stop again and we love Taco Bell at other locations.

drive thru - With only 2 cars ahead of me at about 11:15 a.m., it took nearly 30 minutes to get my KFC order, and then received only half my order. The mike-person/order taker/window person was very nice, but I think some improvements need to be made. At least four vehicles pulled out of the line behind me and drove around the north side while I was waiting. I wasn't watching to see how many turned around on the south side.

More expensive than a regular tacobell. It was much slower than other fast food restaurants. The food was good though.

They get our order wrong every single time and they're very rude about fix it. >:(

Service of Taco Bell is not satisfying. Staffs are slow to provide foods. The atmosphere is not professional I felt.

Edit: Seems to be getting better. Last couple of times were much quicker and the food was right both times. We'll see if it lasts. Had 6 out of the 10+ people behind me leave a few days ago in the drive thru. Can't say I blame them, 15+ minutes at the window after waiting a decent amount of time with only 3 people ahead of me when I got there. Total time spent there 35+ minutes. And definitely far from the first time it's happened. I'm betting there's a reason such as underpaid employees or bad ownership/management or probably both. Because none of the other fast food places around here are this bad consistently. Or rarely ever on this level. And fast food is known for bad work conditions/pay and bad customer experiences. Fix your s*** ownership.

6 minutes to get one burrito through the drive through is unacceptable.

We have given this location multiple chances on the Taco Bell side and the KFC side, and they fail every time at every turn for the quality of food for the service and the attitude from the people that work there to the upkeep of that place landscaping is terrible. Do not eat here if you want a good meal.

Pretty dirty, and they hesitate to take your order inside, so save your eyes and time and stay in your car. Drive thru was much quicker, and the only plus aside from that was that the food was actually hot and fresh. There's gotta be better spots, but if you want your Tacos and fried chicken, so be it.

If there was an option for less than 1 star, I would take it. This location sucks. On multiple occasions I've waited over an hour to get my food and it always comes cold and dry. Customer service is horrible.

Took 45 min to get ice cold tacos. While the cook was outside smoking. Had people inside waiting on food. An had 9 cars in the drive through.

Came through on a Saturday and they didn’t open until 11 when their sign said 10:30. Dirtiest place I’ve ever seen, bathroom was so nasty. Mop bucket was sitting on the counter, had no food ready and their system wasn’t working. After about 30 minutes of waiting we just left and went somewhere else. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves!

Worst fast food experience ever. 5 or 6 guys standing in back. Ask if anyone is working counter and apparently only people who can run register are all on smoke break. Multiple customers left

Absolutely the worst tasting tacos I’ve ever had

This store is literally never open and if it is, it's constantly out of everything. The workers don't have a clue what they are doing. Their hours are impossible to meet.

Came through the drive through at 10:38 with no response. Store hours report 10AM. I called the store and they stated they are running late because nobody charged their head sets. They reported they were unable to take my order over the phone. They also stated the KFC team was ready, however the Taco Johns team was unready. They reported it would take ten minute to get the headsets working. This shows bad teamwork throwing eachother under the bus and lack of efficiency not having any available headsets at opening. Left without food.

Took approximately 30 minutes to get through drive through with 2 cars ahead of me. Order was wrong. Fixed it and gave me new order. Again order was incorrect and had to go in to get it fixed. I understand being short staffed but that is not an excuse for sub par service and quality

Slowest drive thru ever. When I pulled up, there was no one in line & one person waiting at the window. When I finished ordering, the original vehicle at the window was still there. After 5 minutes, I thought, "Wow, they must have ordered a lot!". Finally, the tiniest bag that could not have held more than a singular taco was handed to him, I pulled up to the window. The cashier takes my money immediately & closes the window. I waited so long I thought he had forgotten about me. Cars accumulated behind me & several people pulled around & drove off. I would have driven off had I not already paid. I was about to honk my horn after the 15-minute mark. I decided not to, thinking the dining room must be packed probably. Finally he opens the window & hands me my food with a blazay, "sorry for the wait." & promptly closed the window. I was debating saying something but that seemed to be decided for me. As I pull away I see 4 people in the dining room. No excuse for what amounted to nearly 25 minutes to receive food in a practically empty Taco Bell. I don't know what their deal was but it absolutely wrecked the "good time" I was making on my work trip. I decided this warranted a negative review when I wanted to wipe sour cream off my hand & there were no napkins in the bag. Have you ever tried eating a Supreme Chalupa on the highway with no napkin? It was rough.

At 5pm lady in drive thru window, lobby is closed nd she’s denied me for order because i have no car, I’m on my semi truck nd she not take my order in window 👎👎

Slowwwww. Took 15 minutes for my one burrito.

To start with I was the only one in line sitting for 15 min behind that mirrored drive thru window waiting for a Burrito taco bell meal, 2 quesadillas with added sour cream and sides of guacamole also a crunchwrap. That's it! Not warm at all didn't get the sour cream I paid for and didn't even get my guacamole. To top thing off the was no meat in my burrito just lots and lots of beans. The quesadillas were only cheese and the crunch wrap was just bean to. Wow way to go! To top all of the wait time they said they were understaffed was the reason for the 15 min wait. I could here then talking about my dog behind the glass that you can't see through. Never will I stop at that location in my travels again! 😒

Waste of time!!! If you have the staff for drive thru then you have staff for dine in. Not everyone eats in their vehicle. But THANKS Taco Johns was great!!!

Horrible. Ordered 5 potato tacos, a black bean crunch wrap and Mac and cheese. We pulled up to the window and they only had us rung up for the tacos. We corrected it, and when they gave me what i thought was my black bean crunch wrap IT WAS BEEF. I haven’t eaten meat in years and i just accidentally ate some even though i made sure to say TWICE that it was a black bean crunch wrap. Shouldn’t be that hard to get an order right. And now I’m gonna be sick

Very clean and friendly staff. They are shortstaffed so do close early but they ensure that the food is fresh.

Save yourself the headache and hassle and go somewhere else to eat. Drive thru takes 20-30 mins. They always get your order wrong. They don't honor any credits they give because they go through managers like crazy and they can't honor what previous management does. If you go back through drive thru to make them fix order it'll take 15-20 mins and the rest of your food is cold. They have signs saying they are short staffed but service had been bad for years and getting worse.

I would not recommend this Taco Bell. They use the regular taco bell tortillas and then wrap them in some kind of larger store bought tortillas. Food wasn’t even warm and cheese wasn’t melted. None of their equipment worked so we weren’t even able to order quesadillas and other items we wanted.

Seemed like your average Taco Bell. Was real busy when I visited. I ordered 4 things and got 4 things, but one of them was not what I ordered. Oh well, I was passing through and didn't check before I left. Shame on me.

I loved it here! The place was empty besides us when we arrived,, and the servers were so friendly! Tyshawn and Jack both were amazing specifically , both ended up giving us little cookies that we all enjoyed and both were lovely to interact with ^^

Avoid location. I'm through this area regularly. Driving a large vehicle. Dining room not open even for carry-out. Rear gravel overflow parking is in disrepair. I jist about bottomed out the rear end of the vehicle. Low hitches will probably catch! Avoid this location..... Somw Taco Bell would have really been good. Too bad 🤷🏻‍♀️

Long wait time. Required no tomatoes, got tomatoes. No eating utensils provided, had to get some from Taco John's. Of course no butter for biscuit, or napkins. Crew member shut the drive thru window and wondered why we didn't leave, he forget our drink. Very unpleasant experience, would not recommend.

This store is absolutely the worst I've ever been to. Was traveling through on a trip, decided to get some food and waited patiently in line for quite a while, when we ordered the person taking the order from the big menu was incredibly rude and acted like we were bothering him. We ordered an item without tomato due to an allergy, and when we received the order and got down the road, we discovered not only did the item contain copious amounts of tomato but they also failed to give utinsels for items that required them. Also a drink we ordered with a combo was not given to us until we requested it. Better customer service is definitely needed for this location!

Worse taco bell I've been too. My pregnancy craving NOT satisfied!! Waited too long for my food but I'm an understandable person and waited patiently. Only to get my food ice cold! Nice! I can't have meat ice cold plus that's gross taco bell! Had it remade so the meat was warm and my fries weren't soggy....and what a surprise they messed the order up.... Couldn't find my receipt but we're happy to reprint it after they got through the line of people. So I had to pick tomatoes off my burrito and eat a bean one and was told to contact the general manager for further assistance....

Love Taco Bell. But this last experience was really bad. A couple nights ago we waited 45+ minutes in the drive thru. 30 minutes were spent at the window after paying. We were given coupons for free tacos and eventually I asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Today I channeled my inner Karen and brought my receipt and coupons to help explain what happened to the manager. I asked to use those coupons for something I would actually eat. (2 fiesta veggie burritos that were worth less than the total of what the tacos would have been) and was told no and other excuses. Until they can "afford" to pay for better help, I would pass on this taco bell

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I drive a semi truck and it's extremely hard to get a semi truck into the drive-thrus because well we're way bigger than any other car. I was told, rather rudely I might add, that you cannot walk up to our restaurant drive-thru and order food. I said your sign says you accept semi drivers and I said how am I supposed to get my truck in there when it's not really wide enough or safe for a truck not to mention my 53 ft trailer. She told me you cannot order on foot and you need to leave. And mind you it was the night manager who was treating me like this. Do not I repeat do not ever eat it that restaurant. I would love to hear from the owner of this store because that manager needs to be fired because that is not how I would ever have a business ran. I own my own trucking company so I know what good customer service looks like and she does not have a single bit of customer service in her Bones anywhere. I have more in my little pinky than she has in her entire body

Still, after ALLLLLLL this time, they wont let people inside. Its April of 22’ people. And they wont even let the truckers walk up to the window. Thanks for sparing me the disappointment honestly because according to the other reviews I wouldnt have liked the food from this one either. Get fu ck ed

Tried to come in to order and they told me the lobby was closed and I could drive up. I walked there because my truck and trailer can’t go through a drive thru, still refused to serve me. No signs on the door or anything. What kind of fast food restaurant closes their lobby at 4pm on a Saturday?? Absolutely ridiculous.

Took about 45min to get my food. Cars were leaving in front of me so could have taken longer if they had stayed. The hard shell taco was all broken when I opened it. My Mac & cheese was cold, looked burnt and tasted like it was old so I didn’t even eat it. Mind you this was at 1pm! Waited all this time for my food to come out cold, broken, and taste bad.

I sat in line for 20 minutes and had someone who knew an employee tell me they were going to close at 7pm no matter if there was still people in line or not. They did close the line down with 8 cars still in line. I used to come here frequently but after this experience at this location I won't be returning here I'll take my business else where in York. This location is disappointing in regards to customer service.

I don't think it's there fault but they don't accept the taco bell app at this location since it's merged with kfc

Waited in line for close to 30 mins. Food was cold, tacos were soggy and the cashier was rude and slow. I understand alot of restaurant are slow with serving and needing help but they should prepare the customer for the long wait and actually apologize for the wait, not just hand out cold food and slam the door shut. Probably will not be going back to this restaurant anytime soon!
