Kilwins has been a extremely awesome place to get fudge But yesterday was a bad day with the fudge it wasn't as fresh as usual not as soft very crumbley Bought 2 one free they were all like that way

Terrible customer service.. two girls working there have no manners, rude by talking amongst each other/rolling eyes at customers and seem that they don’t want to work… One of my least favorite kilwins locations

Was on my honeymoon first weekend/week of March in Madeira Beach and was SO EXCITED to see that there was a Kilwins within walking distance of our condo we were staying at. I have been enjoying Superman ice cream since I was a kid and I'm 36. It tastes like nostalgia to me! I told the wonderful human (sorry I didn't get their name - they said their parents were the owner) at the counter how much enjoying this simple treat on my honeymoon meant to me and they said that my new husband and my cones would be their treat today! I would gladly give money for Kilwins ice cream as it is always tasty, but this "small" gesture went a long way with these newlyweds! We will be back next time we are in Madeira Beach!

Whew that ice cream was good! My waffle cone was warm and the ice cream was cold. What a great combo! Also got some fudge, also tastes great! Don’t miss this place!

Amazing ice cream. I had a waffle bowl with 1 scoop pistachio and 1 scoop toasted coconut. Big scoops see photo. $11. Line moved fast. Not enough seating but it IS a boat dock so expected. The trade off is a great view and people watching.

The diet ice cream option is very good!

My family has been going to John's Pass every year on our annual beach trip. I've never been to this shop but decided to check it out last week when we visited. I'm so glad I did. My daughter's got ice cream which was delicious! Everything about this shop was delightful! The owner was a wonderful person as well and so friendly and helpful. We WILL be back!!

My friend loves the butter pecan ice cream here and says no one else compares to this place. Sadly I couldn't find any vegan ice cream flavors though so I couldn't enjoy.

Walked by with friends and the men spotted a peppermint ice cream cake on their signage. Well, we brought home 2 and samples their fresh fudge. Not a single regret. Not cheap but well worth every cent.

Began to hallucinate sentient sweet treats growing legs and attacking me from how much sugar there was in the ice cream. When the hallucinations ended I found my hand stuck in a window with dead tropical fish around me. Can someone tell me what happened

While walking the boardwalk we encountered an amazing smell, which led us into Kilwins; whereas, the delicious smell of baked goods took our breath away. They have an excellent ice cream station with waffle cones and some of the most delicious candy apples. I've tried to capture as much of the goodies on display; however, pictures don't equate to being there in person. I recommend that anyone in the area stop in and visit this location. You will not be sorry. It's right on the boardwalk facing the beach where you can see many dolphins not too far off the shore (and this was during a small cold front :-)). You will also have the opportunity to see Pelicans off the docks and many of them are up-close.

Let me tell you! I've never been more impressed with a salesperson than I was with the girl who sold me 1.5 lbs of fudge. We were visiting, she took the time to help with finding the specific chocolates my friend wanted, she told us all the goodies that were baked and when I wanted one slab of fudge she told me how I could buy 2 and get 1 free. Didn't take much to convince me. It all looked delicious! Definitely worth visiting if you're on the boardwalk.

Every time I'm in Florida have to stop at Kilwins. The candies as well as the ice cream are just fantastic. The ice creams seem old-fashioned very creamy with a natural delicious taste. The chocolate candies we had we're also very good and they have a nice variety of white chocolate dark chocolate as well as milk chocolate. A nice place to stop for a quick treat when your are at John's Pass.

Both flavors we had were awesome but the high point was the properly made waffles cones that didn’t leak. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped for Ice cream which was great but watch yourself it's easy to get a bunch of other delicious items and spend a quick 50 lol

I walked by and smelled the fresh waffle cones being made, it drew me in, big mistake! Bc i spent like $20/$25 on treats lol I got a few different things to try and what I have tasted so far, it's amazing. The "turtle pretzel" I think its called, with nuts and caramel, so f'in good! Next time, I'm gonna try a caramel apple. They looked so good!

Absolutely amazing ice cream, and environment. I’m obsessed with the atmosphere, it looks just like something out of a picture book. The ice cream is the best in Madeira. I tried the apple pie ice cream and absolutely fell in love, definitely will be trying again and I cannot wait to try every flavor they have to offer.

I have celiac and mentioned this to the girl taking our order she went and got the owner and she went through the menu and pointed out exactly what I could safely eat. She made sure a clean scoop was used and even opened a fresh tub of ice cream just for me. The ice cream was absolutely amazing, I can't wait to go back next time we are in the area.

The most delicious!!! I am very picky about my chocolate and caramel but this was by far the best I have ever had!!! If i could get some chocolates delivered to my home in Minnesota I would!

Beautiful little shop a wide variety of chocolate snacks and ice cream. Truly a nice and friendly place. The caramel marshmallow was amazing.

I’ve cream was very good. Several ladies but only one lady was getting the ice cream so we waited and when she finished she just turned around and didn’t ask if we needed help. It was weird. One of the other lady’s then turned around and helped.

Lovely ice cream and candy shop. The young lady who helped us was very friendly. She helped us pick amazing flavors. We love the blueberry, chocolate coconut, sea salt caramel chocolate and cappuccino flavors.

Best sundae ever. Perfect amounts of caramel and hot fudge, both of which are homemade there. Vanilla ice cream in a waffle cup with pecans and with topping and a maraschino cherry on top. It is a little pricey but not so much if you have to ask for extra toppings which I almost always have to anywhere else I've ever been. Hands down the best Sunday I've had.
