Awesome place and friendly staff! Shakes are delicious and it’s nice to have a place like this in Kingwood!

The women attending seen me enter and I was next in line. Decided to take a whiter women before taking my order in line. Not sure if it was a race thing, even the costumer spoke up. Both parties were wrong, so I walked out without making a purchase. Really wanted to try it, but not even a knowledge meant I received.

Kingwood Nutrition is great! Owner and Staff are aamazing, and their drinks, Teas and waffles are delicious! Definitely check them out and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

We recently had to abruptly change our diet for health reasons, and we came across Kingwood Nutrition online. The girls that work here are so incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful while looking at items that fit our specific needs. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend. We will definitely be revisiting!

I feel bad for employee's, the owners are terrible humans. Take your business to Smoothie King or another local vendor. They don't deserve your business. PERIOD.

The customer service in this place is horrible. I was just totally skipped in line by someone behind me I guess a regular customer and I had to wait. I guess she was more important than I am. My wife and I spend at least $100 in here a week. I will make sure I drive to the overall nutrition on 1488 from now on. They are so much nicer and they treat everybody equally there. The old big lady is always on her phone in the back and never helps the girls up front. I feel sorry for those girls.

If your $10 drink is flawed (as in too salty) they will not refund or re do your order. And the younger girls working at this place need customer service training. My family members were treated poorly today. Money down the drain and a bad experience ruined what had been an upbeat happy day. :(

Customer service: 10/10 ( really over that rate they know how to set the bar high on service) Flavors: 100🥤(the flavors they have I can’t wait to try them all run don’t walk get to this location fast) If you’re looking to change your way of eating and trying find something different for your meals and cravings for something sweet but you want something health this is your place. I Went yesterday after seeing there Facebook post randomly showing up on my page about 2 years ago and I kept saying imma try it well they made me soo comfortable and welcoming the owners both are super sweet they take time to talk to you and ask you what are you look for into your cravings and explain each thing to you from the shakes the teas and there snacks. I will most definitely will be returning customer during my new beginning of weight loss journey🙌🏽🐐👑

Friendly staff, quick service, large drinks, clean facility. I just don't care for the tart citric acid taste. That's all I taste in them.

The customer service was great as well as the place was smelling good and clean. The disappointment comes when I got a strawberry cheesecake smoothie. It didn’t taste anything like a strawberry nor cheesecake. I’ve heard great things about this place and have had other smoothies from here that tasted as they were described. Yes, I thought about returning it however we had already pulled off and was halfway home.

Kingwood Nutrition is amazing! The loaded teas are my daily morning drink. Steve and Shelly and their staff are very friendly, accommodating and they all make you feel like you are a special customer! They’ve learned what I drink and begin making it when they see me pull up! I feel like I’m at home!

I absolutely love Kingwood Nutrition. I love the owners, of course the drinks, and the employees. Every time I walk into Kingwood Nutrition they are very welcoming and always make my morning! I go into Kingwood Nutrition almost every day to get my morning tea! Even though I am really picky about flavors that I like, they are happy to help me decide which drink that I think I will enjoy! I have enjoyed everything on this menu.. these teas are everything I need to start my morning, delicious 🤤 cold sweet or sour your choice? I prefer sweet . But yet no sugar , and the Nutritional factors. This is a drink where you can get everything you need from it and it absolutely does not taste like it ,,, it taste amazing 😻 . The crew there has been absolutely kind and very informative . All in must go !!!

This is one of the very few negative reviews I have ever posted online. This place is nice, clean, the employees are friendly, all was well EXCEPT the shakes/smoothies or whatever it is they're selling. They're gross. My family went here a couple months back because we were in the area and craving smoothies and we STILL talk/joke about how nasty our drinks were to this day. For example, I picked one with banana, and with "Nutrition" in the name I expected there to be actual banana in my drink and for it to taste like bananas but it tasted like artificial banana flavor, I don't think they put any actual banana in my drink, I am pretty sure it was all just artificial powder flavor or something. Maybe it's my bad for not realizing that's what I would be getting, but I am posting this to warn other people, if artificial flavoring isn't your jam and you're wanting a tasty fruit smoothie made out of actual fruit, maybe don't go here. Oh and if I am wrong about the lack of fruit, then it was a cursed banana and I don't know what they did to make it taste so awful.

Friendly and customer oriented owners, more shake combinations than Smoothie King, and multiple ways to serve the same item. I just found my new smoothie shop!

Great shakes and great service. Recently started coming here although it is a further drive for me. There is a similar shake place near my house but the hours are not the best. I love that this place is open during the weekends and stay open till 5pm. Works for me.

I had been meaning to stop in for quite a while after I had learned about them. Finally, today I stopped in while on a bike ride. Man, oh man, I realized that I've short-changed myself by not visiting sooner. You will not be disappointed. First thing you will notice is that someone put real effort into make this a seriously cute, warm, and friendly cafe-style environment. I toward the end of my bike ride so I just stood while I consumed my delicious shake, but there are several cafe tables/chairs to sit at while you enjoy your beverage of choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining all of their options and ingredients. I did not know what to expect when I got there, much less what to order, and they talked me through many options until I decided on one (I ended up getting the Pralines and Cream Shake). My "dumbed down" explanation of what to expect there is basically 1) Healthy, Tasty, Meal Replacement Shakes and 2) Healthy Energy Drink Replacement Teas. There is actually more, like coffee drinks, but the menu is dominated by the shakes and teas. I didn't try a tea this time, BUT I WILL NEXT TIME. Just go. Run, walk, bike, scoot, or drive yourself to this great little place and thank yourself later for treating yourself out.

A little pricey, but I know the ingredients are expensive. It is so yummy and does not feel as healthy as it really is. It is so delicious and highly recommend this for a sweet fulfilling meal replacement and especially for a keto diet.

What can I say??? This team of people doing such an AMAZING JOB at making these shakes. They helped me with a cookie dough shake that was left with maybe 6 grams of sugar max. Love it! Y’all need to come try this place out.

I'm addicted to Beetlejuice (specialty) and the Peanut Butter Cheesecake (smoothie) -- although I've tried other flavors and they are delicious, I definitely have my favorites!! Highly recommend this place, and we need to continue to support our local businesses!

After seeing many post I wanted to see what the hype was about. They did not disappoint me. I will be a repeat customer. Their customer service is wonderful. If you're in a rush and just want some one to toss you your drink, they just may do that for you because they are there to serve you. They all are pleasant, respectful and friendly. They dont rattle off things, they will explain anything to you regardless of how long the line gets. They have a variety of shakes and teas, something for everyone.
