Always love Krispy Kreme donuts! They especially taste good when wearing the hat!

My car veers off to Krispy Kreme most times traveling past that area. Love the fresh doughnuts as well. Love to have the kids watch when they're making the doughnuts too 😁

Very busy but worth the wait. The staff was most attentive to customer service. 🙄

Be great if they displayed the correct times of operation. Black sharpie over the sign on the door that no one looks at….helps no one!

Shelves were stocked up and very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly, helpful and offered options for purchase. Quick and fresh, this location is well run! Only sorry we missed the donuts being made, love to watch the assembly line

The place is clean with enough seating arrangements. The staff is friendly. You can even see fresh donuts being made.

We stopped to get a dozen donuts 8/18/24 and were very disappointed. Not fresh at all, to the point of being stale.

We first came here in 2010 on our way to Niagara Falls. Fourteen years later, we stopped here for our trip to Watkins Glen. Leo provided great customer service, and the donuts were to die for.

These donuts are the best! Icing is thick. Dough has that creamy taste I like. Donuts are full size. Atmosphere and service and the personnel can't be beat at Clark's Summit, PA!

It's not very often I get to visit a Krispy Kreme, this stop did not disappoint. The donuts were fresh and tasty. The Dolly Parton donuts are featured right now. I tried a Dolly dazzler. It's super cute. Very sweet lol.

You can't beat fresh Krispy Kreme donuts! We love that at this location you can watch the process of the donuts being made and that they're always fresh. If you're lucky, you can get one of the donuts hot off the line.

It’s really cool to see the doughnuts travel around and be made. The best doughnuts are the glazed ones when they’re hot and fresh. All the other flavors are really good as well. Some of the more specialty flavors could be a little older depending on the day but still very good.

Not a fan when a business will force religious stuff on you. This location has a religious trailer in their parking lot facing the main road. I refuse to shop at a place that purposely shoves religion at you.

I had my first taste of Krispy Kreme original, and it was incredibly delicious. The store staff were responsible and welcoming, making the overall experience of enjoying the food and interacting with the service staff fantastic. Thank you! It was love at first bite ;)

They refused to take their coupon because someone came in with 10 coupons the other day. We had just one coupon and they did not offer us the senior citizens discount as a consolation. We are definitely senior citizens by sight. I just wanted to leave and they could put them all back. My husband wanted donuts.

While I love these donuts, they lack customer service skills.

Excellent. The donuts are fresh and not frozen and shipped in like Dunkin.

Friendly staff. The only problem we had was we had to call inside to let them know we were in the drive thru. The person on the phone said the call buzzer doesn't read trucks sometimes.

I never had a Krispy Kreme donut before moving to Raleigh NC over 25 years ago. Bedford then I was a die hard Dunkin fan. Now I know how much better Krispy Kreme donuts are. IMHO, there is NOTHING better than getting an original glazed donut that just came off the conveyor belt and is still warm. Talk about melt in your mouth! Delicious! Now, one the day I visited this place, the parking lot was completely and totally filled, and the drive thru looked to have 8 to 10 cars waiting in line. I ended up parking nearby and walking over.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and pleasant. They were all working hard and you could tell that things were clean. The young lady who helped me suggested the hot chocolate and I am sure glad she did. It was one of the best I’ve had in a while.

They are always so efficient and friendly. For a high traffic location they are certainly on top of their stuff. Great job, keep it up!

The sign was glowing bright red signaling a primal instinct to whip my car into the middle turning lane and judiciously maneuver into the parking lot. That's right I parked and went in to get a feel of 🍩 heaven, which I did, had to refocus and complete the mission of securing a dozen of the Classic Glazed Donut. Also got a large coffee ☕️ and wasn't impressed with it but no matter off i I went to get home as fast as I could to reheat 2 Glazed Donuts in the microwave, my only issue is that there's too much glaze on them, I bet they could use half of the glaze and not only would they be healthier but better in my opinion. Forgot to take pics. Had a $10 gift certificate from helping something, maybe a field trip, grade school kids were selling them last April. Actually was a good deal because, I was shocked, they're $12 for a dozen. Wow!!

My sister and I just had to take a moment to acknowledge an amazing employee named Leo at this Clark Summit location. He is the most kind, friendly and personable person we have ever encountered here. We travel often from Philadelphia to upstate New York and stop here. He literally recognizes my sisters voice when she speaks into the monitor and it could be months since we passed through and he also remembers her by name when we pull up to the window to pay. This is phenomenal if you ask me and if he doesn’t hear this often well we need to share! Please reward this man, praise him, show him he is appreciated because he is the reason we keep coming back and will continue too. Fabulous job Leo!
