Great staff and the food was amazing.

Recently came back and the service was much better! Our server Camilo was very attentive and timely with the food orders, so everything felt evenly paced throughout our dining experience. Our favorite!

Went here today for the first time with my family for our wedding anniversary. Our server, Amber, was so sweet! She was super attentive and so sweet with our kids! The food was delicious! We will definitely be back 💕

This was my first visit to a Korean BBQ location and it was awesome. There is a huge selection of fresh meats, seafoods and vegetables to cook. My server Ana was awesome and helped navigate how to cook and what works best. Highly recommended.

Not only did she help explain menu items and recommend portion sizes, she was so attentive with our drinks and food item orders, that we didn’t have to wait or ask for anything. Stellar customer service experience. The food itself was fantastic, especially the wide variety of spices, sauces, and appetizers that came with the meal. I went here last week and my server Fabienne was amazing. She was so friendly! Next time i go i will ask for her. This was my first time and she explained the menu perfectly! i would recommend the short ribs. I remember seeing the bottomless mimosas but they were not available, i can't wait for them to come back.

I love to eat. And this is a KBBQ place so like most just keep on ordering if you can finish what you make. Currently a 2hr limit for cooking and they cut you off, it makes sense so no one is just sitting there for hours eating. We went on a not so busy day so we have our orders of meat comes out fast. Everything was clean, and they had a large selection of meat and veggies. Definitely a place to go again, if you don't mind cooking your own food. You can choose between the hot pot or KBBQ. Or you can do both options for a little more.

Nice place, clean, great fresh food. My friend and I decided to check this place out and were not disappointed. The place has a great selection of food and it’s very fresh and really well marinated and seasoned. Service was good as well. Now to mention a couple of things that may or may not work for you. First…there is a 2 hour maximum, depending on the size of your party that could be challenging. If you’re choosing the bbq only this might take a little longer with a party of 4 or more because there is only one bbq area per table. If you’re choosing the K pot option you will be fine because there are multiple burners at the table. Do not order more than you can eat because they have the right to charge you for wasting food..that was brought to our attention a couple times as well as a sign at the table. Good experience, really good and tasty food…I will be trying Volcano K Pot in the future so I have a comparison.

We always love Kpot, but our server Ana was especially wonderful! Very attentive, made a good drink recommendation, and even made me make shift chopsticks for me to use. Definitely recommend!

I got the soup base spicy schezwan plus the grill (spicy chicken bulgogi) and it was amazing. I normally go all the way the winter park for Jinya ramen but this blew my usual place out of the water. This was my first time at a hot pot place and the waitress was so kind and patient with my questions and very helpful. I'll be back. Like weekly. SO GOOD.

It was ok. After being station in Korea I was expecting better then this. It was sub par and over priced

Eli was so amazing, she really made our anniversary dinner special. She consistently took care of us, always checked in with us and even fixed my order when it was wrong. Mina is always a treat, always has a warm welcome, makes us feel like family. We come back time and time again for his amazing customer service and now we will definitely be back again and hopefully to have Eli again.

This place is so delicious. We have been here numerous times and their protein is always so fresh! The hot pot is also so delicious. They have great options. K pot never disappoints!

Delicious and all the portions were the perfect amount. All tasted fresh and the marinated meats were amazing. We had the Saturday all day dinner which was a combo of the bbq and hot pot. Would definitely return and recommend!

Camilo by far has been a fantastic server and the best I’ve had in a long time. He was very kinda and took care of me and my wife and gave us a brief but detail guide to hotpot. I will happily come back if I get one of his tables again. If you see this brother. Thank you for all ur kindness

This place is amazing, the service, the people and the food is to die for I've been here twice and hopefully would like to go again. Kpot is a very cheap yet amazing place to try out for any time in the afternoon and evening

First time visiting KPot and as soon we walk in the service man greeted us very friendly and the Korean restaurant was beautiful inside. Our family went at lunchtime and person that attended our table was Amber and she help us understand how to used the table and the menu. She gives us a very friendly service, make the ambience feel like South Korea and let us know if we have any questions let her know about it. The food service was excellent and fast. The mojito and the margaritas a one of the best we had here in Florida. If you are looking for a restaurant we’re family friendly and with busy hands without technology (more talking and laughing together) this is the place. Also, KPot is our favorite Korean restaurant here at Florida and we will come back soon to try dinner. We recommend 100% for family and friend to get together!

First time ever trying hot pot & Korean bbq combined and it was incredible! There was a nice variety of food options. Amber was our server and she was beyond helpful! Being our first time, we weren’t sure what to expect but she walked us through the process and gave us awesome suggestions! We will definitely be returning!!

visited this place for the first time and customer service for great but that’s it!! The food wasn’t good at all, one of the hotpot’s didn’t work, me and my family spent $373 at this place just to have a grill that all the meat got stuck to, I only gave a 1 star for the customer service, would NEVER RECOMMEND.

The food was awful. They start your timer once you sit down and then the waiter doesn’t even come until almost 10-15 minutes after you’re sat before taking your order. The way they bring the food out is very confusing. There’s no organization they just bring it all and pile it on the table and then you have to figure out who ordered what And then it’s all mixed together, even though we told them I had a shellfish allergy they still brought everything out altogether shellfish included.

Love love love this place. A little pricey but the food is fabulous and it's a great experience. Everything is fresh and brought out super fast. The chicken wings from the hot bar are some of the best I've had. Perfect for date night or any celebration.

Fabienne was our server for the evening. She was delightful to have and the reason our experience at KPOT was so enjoyable. We never had an empty cup or a dirty grill the whole time we were dining there. Will definitely come back!!

First time coming here, and it's simply amazing food. You can choose to only have Korean BBQ or HOT POT or BOTH! Either option itself is all you can eat for $30.99, but for $5 more, you can have BOTH!! Lots of food and protein choices are great for all heat levels. I personally ordered the spicy beef bulgogi. My friends ordered spicy chicken bulgogi and short ribs, respectfully. Unlimited veggies and rice. The sauces are great, so many to choose from. I personally recommend trying the K-POT sauce. It's a cross between BBQ sauce and teriyaki. So delicious on everything. Overall, great atmosphere and a shout out to our server, Elizabeth, who's very friendly and attentive. She explained everything in detail on what to order and popular menu choices. Great place to gather with friends and family. I will definitely come back!

My husband and I visited Kpot since we wanted to experience a different dining experience. We got the hot pot and bbq and it was excellent. The selection for BBQ meats are delicious, especially anything bulgogi! Paula was our server and she was on point. She gave us a great flavor selection for our soji and kept our drinks full. My only reason for not giving this place 5 stars is because when we walked in both hostess didn't greet us, but instead just asked "How many?" and then they spoke amongst themselves while we awkwardly stood there. Paula was the star of our visit!

It was our 1st visit. Our server "Amber" was awesome, she helped us learn how the grill and the hot pots worked and was patient as we decided on what to order. The price for 3 people was steep but it was worth the experience. #memories made with my daughter and her bestie!

This is our second time to KPot and it’s even better than the first because of our server Ben! He was the reason we had a phenomenal experience. From the timing, to the service, to the recommendations he provided; OUTSTANDING! He was very helpful and kept the food coming in perfect timing. He made sure we had everything we needed and some! Oh my, I've never been to such a place. I was not ready. Usually one goes out to eat because one does not want to cook. Well, if you are like that, do not go to K-pot. They bring your food to you raw and you cook it. Not only that but you're on the clock. You get 2 hours to complete your meal. (Cook and eat). It is an interesting experience to say the least. One of the problems we experienced was not Knowing what protein was which. The server brought it out to us and said nothing. So we were not 100% sure of the meat. Fire 6 people you get 1 small grill, which sits on one end of the table. Which means someone experience will be vastly different from the others. Is you know what you're getting into, I Guess it could be a nice experience but it's not for everyone, that's for sure. The food was just ok. The variety was pretty good though. I guess I'm just not into paying someone for me to cook my own food, at a restaurant.

I have been here 2xs, first time the waitress didn't really show us about grilling(first ever Korean BBQ). 2nd time we went the waitress went above and beyond, even grilling and mixing sauces (showing us what we can do). We had best time thanks to our second time. The second waitress said honestly our grill looked sad(we didn't know we could add sauces to grill). She was our grilling hero.

Went for a birthday get together. 1st time going to a place like this. We had Lee as our wait and he was amazing did a remarkable job in dealing with our groups nonsense and joking around. The salad bar actually had cooked wings,spring rolls, mozzarella sticks and fries. It was a good option while we waited to cook the food at our table. Spicy salmon, garlic shrimp and steak was my choice. Oh and the cheesecake was great as well. But Lee was definitely a great waiter hands-down.

Fabienne is the best server ever!!! We stopped by for the first time last week and she was super nice, explained everything super well and got us everything we needed and then some! But be warned, the foods addicting !!!

This was the first Korean BBQ experience for our family. They loved it! They offer a large variety of meats and it's a lot of fun to cook it yourself. Our kids (ages 9 and 12) deemed it one of the best meals of our spring break trip!

We had an amazing experience at k-pot today. Tommy was super attentive and explained the concept in great detail. I also notice other servers around the seasoning area were very attentive as well and helping. Best of all they are military friendly. Highly recommend this experience 👌.
