Locally brewed German beer here with various styles on tap and togo. Food truck rotation at the bier garden. Prost!

We held a book club event here and the owner was very communicative during the planning stage. His staff (Alexis) was super attentive to our group of 18 and it was such a welcoming environment with great beer and lots of room to spread out. Would highly recommend for an event or a regular outing with friends.

Thank you for brewing one Helles of a Lager. I have family in Munich and it reminds me of all of my trips there. You have done such a great job that when compared side-by-side with Augustine Brau Helles, you cannot tell them a part! Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Nice place for German style beer. We got the two person flight but my wife isn’t a beer fan so she took a small sip of each one then only drank the Helles lager. She will drink some fruity sours so we got the Berliner Weisse with tangerine flavor and she liked that while I drank the flights. We had a good time and spent about three hours there. We also got the jalapeño fries and mac and cheese from the Nashville Hot chicken food trailer outside. The food was good and a large enough amount for both of us. The urinals in the Men’s bathroom are made out of kegs which was a nice touch but my wife said there was nothing special in the Women’s bathroom and the mirrors were too high for short people. Other people brought cards or dominos to play while they enjoyed their beer, maybe next time I will bring a board game to play with my flight. They also have some canned beer so you can take some home.

This was a uniquely delicious experience for me. Tried their core flights and you can taste the difference in each, it was one of my best tasting experience and everyone of them left me with a verbal confirmation of Delicious. 100% returning and trying their Oktoberfest brews. Ladies and gentlemen, this place is a hidden gem in the Northwest of Houston.

It was not bad tho I'm not legally allowed to have a drink I went here with family and the staff is nice and also the place has an area with bored games for kids to play with

First time visitors, used a Groupon to try a flight. The Groupon was more expensive than just going in and buying a flight…. Beer was excellent! Wish they served food, as food trucks just aren’t our thing. But went in for good German beer, and that’s what we got!

Great little brewery with really good German style beers. They have beer specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is one of my standard go-to’s when wanting a good German beer. Kid friendly and they usually have a food truck outside. Prost y’all!

Relaxed brewery featuring German-style beers. Just based on beer alone, I would give this place a 5. They have several beer styles you don't find in other breweries and the best dunkelbock I have tasted in Houston. What brings it down for me is the beer garden outside is small and situated right on a main road, so not the most relaxing atmosphere. No food onsite but there has been a food truck present when I've visited.

One of, if not the best Dunkel I've ever had. Lots of fun events and great specials. Their seasonal brews never last so be sure you get to them early! Very friendly atmosphere. Food trucks scheduled outside.

Stopped in after work with a friend and was not disappointed in any of their awesome German heritage brews. Nice cool seating inside. Covered biergarten. Views of the brewery. we each told them what we liked and let them assemble each of us a flight of beers to discover our favorites. All of them tasted great but different. Will definitely return. Hopefully when the food trucks are open and they are Berliner Weisse.

Good selection of beer. If you like some genuine German beer styles, you will not be disappointed. Not a lot of IPAs, and the only two stouts are barrel aged which I'm not a fan of. But all the rest were excellent. Nice outdoor area (needs fans though) and interior room is well apportioned and cool as a cucumber.

Solid option for German style brews. Don’t come here if you are looking for a variety of beer styles, because that’s not what the Klaus beer menu is trying to offer. I had the Octoberfest and Pilsner, would drink again!

Good place. They have a really good Oktoberfest, especially nice to be able to get at the end of February. The IPL is really good too. Nice atmosphere.

Great little German brewery in Houston. I tried everything they had on tap and it was all solid German beer. There's no food, but decent food trucks and local places to offer from.

I like it. Nice atmosphere, good selection of traditional German style beers, and excellent service. Just a good place to hang out when the weather is good. Would recommend.

The beer is good. They have one called hella lager, I would try it. IBUs are low, but it still delivers a full and a clean flavor. It's a good beer. They also have a ripping IPA, if you want hops try it. The place has a cool atmosphere, cool music and it was funky. My only concern, is they lack polish and they do not have their own food. There is a food truck you can eat out of that does not belong to them. It has a lot of potential but I believe the arrogance I sensed is going to be the issue. You need to greet every customer and you need to be excited about your product. Some dude surfing the internet on the job is a no go, owner, manager or not. It is unprofessional and dismissive.

Do you understand the science and art of brewing? Actually, the answer doesn’t matter except for the angle I can use to get you to visit Klaus Brewing. If you appreciate good brewing technique and understand that clean, simple, tasty styles are more difficult to make than adjunct-heavy or super-hopped beers - go to Klaus and revel in them. If you don’t care about all that and just want good beers - go to Klaus and enjoy yourself.

Great German beer. If you like beer with flavor this is a nice brewery. Have a couple games you can borrow, have food trucks scheduled.

Consistently better beers than most local breweries. They emulate time tested German styles - who else would you want to emulate? Dunkel, weizen, kolsch, oktoberfest. Yes, they do have an IPL (lager) for amateur hour. I HATE IPA'S for the record. They also have good food trucks

Pretty nice little spot. Not a huge selection but the types they have are all good. We got one flight and they gave us another for free. They have benches to sit outside and there is a food truck but it was not open when we went. I’d love to go again.

Stein Club member here! Definitely one of my favorite breweries in Houston. Where else can you get a Märzen beer all year long? Tori is a great beer slinger and knows your name and beer choices as soon as you walk up to the bar. It's a drive to this place, but the beers are worth the effort in getting there.

Great atmosphere at a German style brewery in Cypress. Cans to go are cheap! $3 for their core beers. Many styles to choose from. Definitely recommend their India Pale Lager. All of the hop flavor from an IPA but smooth like a lager, no bitterness.

Great beer selection, cool atmosphere, check out the bathrooms! Say hi to Noni behind the bar, especially if you bring your dog, she's hilarious and knowledgeable.

A great place to relax and enjoy a microbrew and converse with friends, other patrons, and the staff. There is usually a food truck parked outside if hunger hits you. Plenty of free parking.

This place was great. It had a cool, laid back atmosphere and lots of outside seating that is so amazing here in Texas in March and April. They has a great Creole Cajun food truck that had some amazing etouffee. There was live music, kinda good old country and stuff. But the feel of the place was easy, and relaxed. This one is definitely a "going back here" kinda place. So see ya soon to try more of your brews Klaus! Danke!

Klaus is an absolute favorite! They have many draft beers, my favorite is the Kaiser kolsch, it's good if you like light beer! The staff are great, especially Tori, she remembers what her customers Stein numbers are and what they like to drink+

Great local brewery. Has solid selection with seasonal and specialty brews. No food served but typically food trucks or food service is available from a third party in the parking lot. I’ve sampled their beers and all offer great variety and flavor.

We had a good time at Klaus Brewery! The beer was good, the place looked clean & Covid restrictions were followed. The food from the Berlin Food Truck was excellent!

We had been wanting to go their for a while now, luckily they have a drive through set up. The staff is very friendly friendly and welcoming. They sell 1 for $5 or 4 for $16. For the quality and quantity of beer you get, you cannot go wrong! Give a try you will not be disappointed!! I have my 20 oz yeti for comparison :)

Cool little brewery to stop and have a couple!

Their beers are crisp and refreshing. There is no better German style beer in the city (maybe state). All of their hops and malts are imported from Germany and you can taste it! Their German helles is my personal favorite beer. Definitely try everything they offer though! Also, I learned a little bit too late, Thursdays they fill any mug you bring for pint price. (So bring a liter mug)

Without a doubt the best brewery in northwest Houston, absolutely love the staff here and the rich history that this amazing group of people have brought to our little neck of the woods in Cypress. I would gladly recommend this place to everyone I know, the atmosphere is something to admire.

I'm of German heritage and a frequent traveller to Bavaria. This is legit traditional Bavarian bier and atmosphere. The brewmaster is friendly and someone who respects classic brewing culture. A must for Houstonians who appreciate old world bier craftsmanship.

Great beer, right now they have drive thru service with great prices. I'm so glad I stopped by, it made my hectic day a lot better when I got home to enjoy 2 different beers that have a flavorful unique taste to each.

I was researching hh spots & accidentally ran into Klaus' Stein Nights... booyah!! Thursday's are Stein Night = Bring Your Own Stein (BYOS)!! They'll fill it up (up to a Liter!) for $5+tax/each... if you buy their Stein, 1st fill is free. They have "thimbles" of free tastes so you can try before committing to a large glass & a water cooler with plastic cups. They are super nice at the bar/register & answer any questions you might have... you can either open a tab & charge per fill or just fill & charge/pay. There's ~6 beers currently & sometimes rotational/seasonal/holiday beers. In prep, I picked up 33.7 oz Steins at Walmart for less than $2/each earlier in the day 😁🥳 We didn't want to be illegally parked... so parking was somewhat difficult to find - we literally found the last marked open parking spot in front of the last end building of the long parking lot. Keep in mind: their Thursday's are quite popular bec our 1st time here on a random wkend it was nowhere near this packed! Inside -- they have games on the tables (cards, Uno, "brain tester" etc) & more in the game storage cube by the front door under the sign. They have long tables & benches or you can sit at the bar on metal stools. Outside -- they have a fair size patio... both dog & kid friendly! Brewery -- next door thru the window you can see the stainless steel equipment.. it's fair sized... I've seen both smaller & larger in comparison. I believe they have tours on specific days/hours, you may have to reserve a spot & pay a little money for it. We've done numerous tours so more interested in the beer & hh's 😊

A traditional German feel is how I would describe this place! The staff is very warm and welcoming. The staff dresses in traditional German wear which makes you feel in a German pub! The bar is lined with steins. Each Tuesday they have a stein where you are allotted 1 liter for every stein you bring in. The cost is only $5. The was a good truck vendor who used to be a former yelp eliter, he now ownes Pintoxo Loco. He comes to this location about once a month. He specializes in alcohol infused tacos with fresh micro greens sprinkled about. They aren’t spicy. In fact he offers a side of his own creation of sauce called Jim’s Kicking Peppers. He served 3 varieties of tacos this evening. I would highly recommend the Gulf Shrimp Beer Tacos. Fresh Gulf Shrimp made in the brewery’s classic Dunkel Beer, shredded cheese and cilantro. We received a brewery tour where the owner gave us an overview of how he started, his brewing process and his aspirations for future creations!

Quaint little brewery with some fabulous German-style beers to buy. Took a flight with some of the house brews. The Wanderlust and Dunkel were my favorites. Bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was served by Pampo's Food Truck. Trucks rotate out at Klaus to serve grub while you sample.

One of the most authentic German beer-law abiding breweries I've seen, especially around the Houston area. Plenty of old school and easy-drinking options, St fair prices for large pints.

The next big brewery to come to Houston, Tx! I’ve never been to Germany to experience fresh, and flavorful beer. Now I don’t have to. German style beer is here! Klaus Brewing is family and even pet friendly! Prost!

Loved it! The beer was fantastic, bartenders were great. They have live music and it’s pretty cool. It’s a great place to chill and have a beer with friends and family. Only downside is the indoor area is very small for the amount of people they host.

Excellent spot for some very nice beers. Staff were super friendly,the food truck was good, plenty of parking, and cheap prices. Worth the short drive to check them out.
