Koji was the star of the show made the whole experience way better! Peggy and Toshi were the best!!! Coming back tomorrow

Food was delicious, I love going to Kobe steakhouse with my mother and sister! Best part was the volcano onions

To start the great, the atmosphere it’s warm and welcoming. Now the bad. To began the server(Tim/Tom) came and ask what for drinks my lady asked for water and before I could speak he said water fine I’m in rush I bring you water. Next the food gets arrives, great portion. Steak was very over cooked I got mine medium rare and the lady got medium. Mine was tough hers wasn’t edible steak carried 0 flavor Next the noodles 0 flavor . Shrimp rubber oh and guess what 0 flavor . Skip to the end of the meal the same server asks how the meal was before I could speak he answers his own question and said good come back soon. Beyond over priced for food quality!

The staff was so kind and at least 5 different people from host stand to managers went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I had a special evening - no special reason from us required. Just making a dinner experience better because they could, and I appreciate it so very much. Toshi was our chef and was funny for all the adults and made sure my little one didn’t feel left out either. As always, the food was delicious as well. Thank you all!

Weirdest service in the entire world…we were asking plates for sharing food and the waiter was asking for how many plates do you need lol. There is the funniest question I ever heard. I am sorry.

Toshi and Cam were amazing. Toshi was hilarious and very skilled performing all his cooking tricks. With Cam as our server we never went without and never had to ask for anything. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!

We local and went to the one on I-Drive. We had an early dinner (4pm) since we like quiet. Peggy was our server, friendly and amazing. Toshi, our chef was funny and entertaining. Food was fresh and delicious. It was a pleasant experience for doing something fun to do. Definitely recommend!

We were visiting from Toronto and choose to have lunch here, Jimmy was our server, he provided excellent service and made us feel home! Food is also very good - Toshi was our chef for Teppanyaki and the fillet mignon was just delicious!

Had a 9pm reservation. Staff could not seat us or tell us how much time it would be. Manager did not show up. Left after 20 minutes waiting.

Peggy did a great job attending us! She was super funny & made sure everything was good with us and the order. She definitely needs a rise!! She did an amazing job!!!

Your bowls taste amazing! August 29/24- either we were hungry or the food tastes great, even your ginger! The group was all hungry after a while so we got sushi, the wait time to get seated was moderately long and the wait time to get our food was comparably longer. The server called my aunt and uncle king and queen so that was nice of him!

My Experience at Kobe steak house was absolutely amazing! My wife and I was extremely impressed with our server Dennis and highly recommend people to request for his services! Dennis was very knowledgeable of the food and silverware placement on table as long with keep a Japanese style of dining! We will most definitely be returning to Kobe steakhouse and Thank you Dennis for your professionalism!

It’s always a pleasure to visit this place. It’s nice, clean, friendly, and the food is wonderful! The chef was very fun and the staff were efficient with cleanliness and making sure we had proper refills. The manager came out once service was rendered to thank us for visiting.
