Wow!!! What an incredible experience! Our server Sammie was super sweet and energetic! She was amazing all around! And our chef Shima was OUTSTANDING! BRAVO!!! I’ve never had filet cooked so perfectly on the hibachi grill! And it was so good to see the Master Chef behind us again! I’ve been coming here for 20 years and he still has so much fun and happy energy coming from him! We love coming here and we will be back!

My expierience was great- both times I came (Last year and this year) the food is one of a kind and tastes so good. Usually children wouldn't eat but here, mine ate so many sort of vegetables and proteins and were so amazed by the fires and what the guy could do. 9/10

Did not get to experience the teppanyaki because of the long wait, so we chose traditional dining on the other side because we were almost hangry. It was not as entertaining, but the food was still great. Enjoyed our server, never felt neglected. He was pleasant, friendly, and nice. Great atmosphere for family and friends—highly recommended!

Our server ruby was amazing and super attentive.

Service was terrible. Do not bother with this place. We (party of 3) were seated right next to a family of seven, so it was a little cramped, and the youngest of which (who sat next to me) kept staring at me during the entire meal. HE TOOK A PICTURE WITH HIS IPAD OF ME EATING, I called him out for it before having to go outside because I felt disgusted. AND MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING. WORSE, HIS PARENTS DID NOTHING. The assistant manager blamed US for it while I sat outside the entire time crying. I'm still out here crying because this situation feels absolutely insane. I hope that family knows how completely disgusting they are. I guess they gave up teaching manners to the fifth kid seeing as they did NOT discipline him for that absolutely abysmal behavior. The manager came out and comp'd us 35$, apologized, and gave us water. Thank you, Brandon, for ultimately trying to help, but it's hard to repair a situation like this.

Manager Tony is a legend and our server Tao Le is an absolute G (short for Genius). Can never sleep on Yuko who gave us an amazing dinner. As J Cole said: they are the big 3! #comingback

The food and ambiance were great! The staff were very friendly and inviting. You get a ton of value for the price, would recommend this steakhouse to anyone in the orlando area.

Overpriced for what you get. Had to wait for our order for over an hour. No communication from the server about there only being one chef and that it will take a while. We came in hungry and were getting hangry by the minute. Even to get information from the server we had to go look for her. The manager was nice and did offer a discount. Appreciate that.

Great hibatchi spot for us hungry out of towners! Kazuki was a great chef with a fun attitude, and May made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Loved it!

My family has been coming to Kobe Steakhouse every year for my parents’ anniversary for probably over 5 years now. We have never had a bad experience, the worst being the wait times before reservations but that’s to be expected. As a personal note the tables can be somewhat cramped if all seats are full, but it’s usually not a big problem. The servers are always very attentive to our needs and wants! We recognize May every time we come, so I thought we’d give some appreciation she seems very knowledgeable and on top of things. Kobe has a very welcoming environment and timely service, so I think it’s worth the price on special occasions!

Very nice outing for birthday and family gatherings. Great atmosphere. Chef Taro and waiter michael were great. A huge thanks to manager Tony for helping us out toward the end. 5/5 would recommend.

Sammy greeted us so warmly tonight and provided a happy atmosphere from the very beginning. She was lovely and engaging about the anniversaries at our table. So nice to have someone be genuinely nice! Our chef Hiran (my spelling is off!) cooked a great meal, was funny, and was very skilled in making our meals. He smiled a lot and seemed to enjoy his job. We had an excellent experience here tonight and highly recommend Kobe in lake Buena Vista. Even the manager, Tony, stopped by to ensure that our evening went well. This was our best experience by far at any Kobe before! We will be back!

Food was delicious. Even came with noodles, something none of the other hibachi restaurants I’ve encountered do. Prices were very good as well for the amount of food. Would recommend.

Always a great meal at Kobe! Large portions, good food. Steak is cooked just right, scallops are huge and perfect! These beauties are at least U15 and you get 5 of them along with your steak. Not only are the adults full, but my kids eat their whole plate too. The chef, Taro, was awesome and even cut the veggies up into kid-sized pieces for my toddler. Just can’t go wrong with Kobe. Special thanks to Tony, the manager who came over to make sure everything was good and Mychel who kept us topped up
