The donuts are always good ( just a bit to sweet).

The best don't understand y sometimes there hot and most times they're not but they great either way

I recently visited this Krispy Kreme, and I was blown away by the incredible service. I come by every so often and usually the service is pretty mid, but today it was so good I had to write a review! As someone who is in the customer service industry, i try to look out for people that provide such amazing service, and Nyla (I believe her name was) did an amazing job, she was very friendly and quick, and provided amazing service! She needs a raise!!

The donuts are smaller then they used to be and do not have the same taste.

Clean and bright store, excellent donuts, and always helpful employees. It's a really nice treat every time I go.

Drive thru Saturday night. Marcellus is phenomenal, superior customer service, handled high volume of DriveThru Traffic with professionalism, excellent response time, warm smile. Offered other products. Great experience, my perception is Krispy Kreme hires only the best. Coworker team interaction is warn and friendly. Team functions flawlessly.

Where is the manager here? Is this a bunch of highschool kids working unsupervised? Absolutely nobody to greet you, no eye contact from cashier, picking up a DoorDash order and had to wait for 3 customer that came after me to even think of them making the order. Hire me I’ll run this store but don’t let people work that work badly

Fast and friendly service, doughnuts & iced coffee were awesome. Beautiful store. I love that you can see them making the doughnuts when they are making them behind the glass wall. I always receive superb service the multiple times I have visited.

Drove 22 miles for donuts that I love, and they were dunkin donut quality. , very disappointed

I usually enjoy this location but for the last month their stock has been horrible at all hours of the day. It’s literally 8:30 am and they only have like 5 types of donuts available. Every-time we go lately it’s the same thing all day long. I guess we’ll have to find another donut establishment.

The donuts are always good. The drive through person was stressed out. They didn't know what I ordered when I drove up to the window. She had too many receipts pilled up to find mine.

Rude man told me nothing he could do about our doughnuts not being warm when I asked if we could please get the ice cold box of 12 warm? We literally just went 2 hours out of our way to get these as our friend who was driving remembers getting before and as they even advertise. Told that was between the hours of 5 and 7. It was like 720/730 !!!! And they were completely dead so not like they were too busy to get us warm doughnuts. So not happy!

Absolutely love this Krispy Kreme! Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Very inexpensive doughnuts, but so tasty! Their hot and ready doughnuts melt right in your mouth. Highly recommend this establishment.

Great doughnuts not enough stores need one in Highlands.

There were some tables that should have been cleaned off so people could sit. Overall I thought the staff was very sweet there was one young man who let's us try a mini donut for free and then we decided on what we wanted. The case was full only thing they were missing was plain glaze donuts which he said they had a big order because of some special.

Really enjoyed the place, fast , friendly service.

05/04/2024 The hot now sign was on. Mmm... I ordered two chocolate iced glazed and received a free original glazed doughnut that was soft and warm. The chocolate iced were absolutely delicious. The warm original doughnut was good but I could taste the oil the doughnut was cooked in. The service was awesome and the associate was so nice. Clean store and restrooms. There is even a drive thru.

The girls that work there are absolute sweethearts

I get these yummy and delicious doughnuts all the time! My little boy is addicted to them!! We go several times a week just to get the hot, glazed and fresh ones!! There’s a young lady who works the drive thru who is so sweet and recognizes us! She’s very pleasant and provides excellent customer service!!

Krispy Kreme absolutely deserves a five-star shoutout! Those glazed originals, especially when the "Hot Light" is on, are pure doughnut heaven. There's nothing quite like that warm, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. You can tell they're made fresh right there in the store – the quality is unbeatable!

You can only get hot donuts in the morning. The slushes were pure syrup.

Krispy Kreme donuts is the absolute best

They make the donuts in this shop, and it smells unbelievably great it's great, and the donuts are awesome. You must go awesome place. I went back with my grandson, and we got some donuts. And I asked if we could have some fresh donuts that we watched them make, and they said, "Well, you get one each for free."

Love the doughnuts, But dang.. It was on avg.. 6 minutes per guest to ring them up.. 20 minute wait with 3 people in front of us.. and a line of 10 behind us..

We usually love this Krispy Kreme and came here often after it opened. We then moved an hr away where there isn’t one. We were in town and stopped by to pick up some donuts a little over an hr before they closed. There was a long line and their shelves were empty. We were so disappointed. We weren’t expecting them to be fully stocked, but this was ridiculous.

Absolute trash. Bidenonomics has reallllllly affected the overhead at the KK. $2.59 and The donuts were the size of half dollars for God's sake. No thanks.

I was not at KrispyCream.i was at Arby's. It was awful. Cold and tough sandwich. Fries was to crispy,over done.

Variety was very disappointing. Basically just original donuts.

Was a real treat for us to see first hand how tge make thier products and watch the process first hand. The warm finished product was the "icing on the cake". Really good donuts.

What is better than a fresh, warm, Krispy Kreme glazed donut? Nothing! This location was well stocked with a nice variety of tasty bakery goods. Friendly employees at both the front counter and drive through window. Enjoyable to watch the products being made. Definately the place to pick up some special treats.

My family and I had walked in just for a half dozen, and left with 2 1/2 dozens. This was because of the kind service of Apple. She was working back and forth, bending backwards to help every customer with a smile, even going as far as make sure specialty doughnuts that were initially out got made quickly so we could get them. She works too hard to have a smile and still continues. She deserves a raise and/or promotion. Thank you Apple.

fresh warm donut right out of the oven or grease or however they do it. DELICIOUS

Drive Thru was super slow! Chocolate glazed were a joke as you will see in picture. Also 24 donuts for 29.95. I would not buy from this one again until I talked to manager about quality control. Do I hold the classic glazed by the hair baked into it? Or, was that for flossing after?

First time having the mini glazed, they were awesome.

First visit Donuts tasted days old. Ordered black coffee and received coffee with cream. Two of my creme filled had chocolate on them. Not what was ordered. I would have returned but I was already at home. This order was around 8:20 AM so you would think the freshness would be better.

It's such a cool place. I've never been to KK, and this was my first. The doughnuts we got were right off the line. They were delicious. We had a little snafu with an order, but the management team took care of it after I brought it to their attention. I will probably be back, especially when the hot sign is on!!

9.9/10 came here for the free dozen, just wish they unlocked the door with the obvious line first, and didn't let the two people in the sise door that were trying to cut.

Best Krispy Kreme stop ever. We were crossing the road when my sister said, "HOT FRESH NOW!" so naturally, we had to whip around to get the best donuts in the world! The manager jumped over and handed us each a fresh donut from the line, freshly covered in glaze. Definitely coming back.

The donuts are always awesome especially when the hot sign is on. Hey Krispy Kreme if you are paying attention I don't understand why you sell just small size shirts. You know us fat people got to have something bigger than a small. Even the kids aren't small. And you need to figure out another design for a coffee cup. My collection needs to get bigger.
