Love this place for a quick snack

First time here and the inside looked very nice and clean. The prices are great and affordable no matter what your income is I got the 3 bacon Krystals and the spicy chik along with there fries. Now the staff were friendly but the food took a little bit of time. But once I got it,the food tasted fresh and was worth it. Now the atmosphere isn't the best due to the area that's its located in had random person come up to me and ask if I was gonna eat the rest of my food when I just finished eating one burger...so idk if I'll be dining in,but for drive thru ofcoarse. 😅. Again the food was good so no issues on the price or quality a great quick bite grab to go!

I had to wait for being short staffed. We got the 24 pack with cheese! But, that being said, they were fresh and still hot by time I made home!

I stop here today for lunch on 7/31/24….. I took 1 bite into the slider and immediately threw it up. First and last time burgers are not even cooked properly…. Fries are cold…. All around terrible experience I don’t recommend eating here.

Fast and friendly service! Everyone was so nice and seemed like they truly enjoyed their job! The food came out faster than expected and was still so hot and fresh by the time I got home!

The krystal burgers were not very good and the prices were too expensive. You can get the microwave white castle burgers at the grocery store for about half the price and they taste like krystal did

I went to Krystals for the first time today and I have to say I was very impressed with Mrs. Chandra & April. I ask for their names because I have never seen great customer service like they provided. Food was amazing as well and can not wait to go back. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Yesterday was the first time having Krystal’s. Went here the past two days after work, burgers were 🔥 and the customer service by the people at the window was great. Day two- went and used the bathroom, it was exceptionally clean. Was genuine surprised considering this part of town.

Ordered a ton of burgers,fries,chicken at breakfast and it wasn't an issue. Everything was hot,fresh,and delicious. Please put a location in Port Charlotte

I go for the grits . The girl running the cash register was more interested in her man who was eating breakfast. We waited 15 minutes just to order. The food came out fast and fresh no complaints there. Someone should look at the cameras and see how she treats customers. Did not say sorry for the wait or thank you. Bad service. Then they ran out of bisuits at 945 a.m. offered our bisuit sandwich on toast. Who does that?

The cashier was not at all friendly and made us feel like we were bothering her by ordering. She forgot the apple pies, and when I went to the counter to get them, she actually sighed and put them in the bag all aggressively, lol. I just kinda blew it off, but I won't forget it. I doubt we'd be back for subpar food, but the pies are like McDonald's original apple pies, I'd definitely drive-thru for one every now and then.

Burgers were a bit salty in which they are generally not. Drive thru only.

05/04/2024 I ordered two Krystals with cheese and a fried apple pie which was BOGO FREE. Food was served fast and the pies were hot and delicious.

The people that work there was really slow it took them almost 20 minutes just to make 12 little bitty burgers

My wife and I stopped by this afternoon and ordered 6 cheeseburgers and 6 regulars , we get up to the window and the guy says $27.61 I said what ??? All I ordered was 12, I asked if there was a way to order them cheaper he says no. We declined the order, there is No way I'm paying close to $30 for 12 , 2 bite burgers with meat that is nearly paper thin. I am fully aware of how these burgers are, I've been eating white castle all my life and I understand prices go up but $2.40 per burger is ridiculous. It's no wonder they have so many bad reviews based on their outrageous prices. These burgers shouldn't be more than $1.25 each. I can remember when they were .50 each and way better. It's probably partly attributed to the workers are demanding $20+ an hour which is insane in itself. My first job at Burger King i made $3.10 an hour and the food was 100% better. No thanks , never going back there again and I will be posting this on my Facebook group of 15K local members to stay away unless they enjoy getting ripped off.

Let me first start that my family travels almost an hour to eat at this location. Today we came and asked for a clean grill (no onions) and to please not make the bread soggy. We waited and when we got the food it wasn’t right but the manager Jenny or Jennifer I believe was her name went above and beyond right before it was time for her to go home and personally made our food. It tasted absolutely amazing to say the least and we would like to say thank you so much for your kindness and great service because of you we will return.

Driving to Orlando from Busch Gardens Tampa, I wanted to get 1 last fix, before we head home to VA. Around 1130 or so a night with a few cars in line before us. The staff was very friendly, especially when dealing with us trying to figure out what we wanted. Ended up with 4 Krystals with Cheese and 4 Bacon Cheese. Waited about 10 mins in line but greeted with a smile at the drive-thru. Everything was super hot and tasted great! Looked like a new store or least redone.. Very happy with the service and the food!

I appreciate Krystal for their corn pups. When I am craving a deep-fried corn dog, they do not disappoint. I tried their chili cheese fries for the first time. They were good but salty. I tried a fry plain, and they were not too salty, and they were good. I added ketsup and mayo to my first Cheese Krystal, but not the second one. You should definitely eat them at the way they come -onion, pickles and mustard. There was a wait to order but staff acknowledged that I was there. The dining room was mostly clean except for the table that was just vacated. While dining, the staff came out to clean the dining room when they were able.

Meat that melts in your mouth...literally. How do they make meat melt like cotton candy when you put it in your mouth?? Gross. Staff way attentive and polite.

Got off work at 2:03 am and looking g for some food, all I got is an ebike, I see an employee, a bit overweight and short, I have earbuds in and I see she’s smoking but says something, I take out the earbud and say: I’m sorry I didn’t hear you, she then says: why Arwen you walking up to me? In an anger like tone… I say I wanted to ask if I can still walk in to use the lobby, she then says: we are closed! As she says this, a tall white man in raggy cloths and low pants walks out to his bike, I then ask why is it advised as open 24/7? She says because the drive through is open IF you have a car… I then ask if it’s ok if I go since I’m the only customer so far as I can see… she then rudely says no she don’t do walk ups or hand outs… I can not describe the amount of anger I felt even though I usually try to keep a level headed… something in me just wanted to deck with the punch my Drill Sergeant showed me, I wanted to use it on her so bad and SO HARD some of that fat would have flown off, probably fix that face of hers in the process… I’mma not go here anyways… imma calm down

The Breakfast is great and so is the staff. I usually order the 3 eggs Breakfast with 2 sausage patties eggs over easy, grits and toast. Or sometimes a biscut.

Curiosity brought me here for the first time ever. Natural comparison to "White Castle" menu is similar ( I'm sure that's by design) PROS: customer service was good! The lady who took my order admitted that the burgers were expensive so she configured my order to save some money. CON: Very expensive ( eight sliders $16.) Definitely not White Castle but worth a try.

Lady had an attitude at the register, they were “behind” but no one In drive thru and one person in front of us at the store, we dined in, everything was incorrect and we waited 25 mins for our food. Pretty much everything undercooked bread was soggy from grease first time ever eating at a Krystal’s and I won’t go back lol. Fries were ok

This is the worst Krystals I have ever been to! When I ordered my food it took me almost 45 minutes to receive it! When I got back to my house I realized they had only gave me one complete combo when I ordered three. So two of us didn't have fries which was disappointing to say the least. Then while eating my little chiks they were chewy and obviously not cooked all the way through. I will never go back to this location again and I recommend nobody else does!

I had a lower rating originally, but a recent trip to this location has changed my mind. The cashier was extremely polite and prompt. My food was ready so quick I was very surprised. They are definitely improving with their current staff. Everyone was helpful and quick. 5 stars!

The woman at the drive through had a hostile attitude. She ignored our questions and practically threw our food at us before slamming the window shut. We drove home several miles away. I looked at my chili when I got there. It was supposed to be a large and whatever it was was only half full. Damn!

Not the greatest location but the service and food were fresh and delicious as I remember years ago. There should be more Krystals in the Hillsborough County area other than Lakeland (Bartow, Brandon & Tampa could benefit from having a location)

Overpriced sliders…$18 for 8 sliders (no drinks, no fries). I know inflation is a thing but to charge over $2 per slider is insane. The food quality doesn’t even rate that high to be charging that much. Re-evaluate your prices and food quality. The empty parking lot around this Krystal’s says it all. Ended up canceling the order due to the ridiculous cost.

NOT friendly to those with disabilities or those in wheelchairs, if that describes you go somewhere else. They will walk right in front of you and try to make you get hit by a car in their busy parking lot!!! Staff is just plain rude and inconsiderate! They also made a customer mop the floor. Unprofessional and dirty location. Would not recommend, won't be back ever again. This is the first time I've ever eaten at a Krystals so this is an AWFUL first impression!

Since they remodeled this location it is much better inside and clean. Service was excellent as well and the food tasted good.

Very hit or miss. Remembering my review 5 years ago, along with my most recent visit where I paid for a sackful of cold, old, and expensive burgers; along with seeing all the other recent poor reviews has convinced me. Came after midnight and had a very fast drive thru experience and the food tasted like they just made it fresh! Good people working there.

Was overcharged for our food tried to explain it to the personnel and they seemed mildly confused. I kept showing them that the pricing on the menu board did not equal what was on my receipt and they said the menu board needed to be changed by corporate and I just stared at them like how was that my problem?

Lady who attended me was Extremely bothered that I ordered 10 Kristals at 3am. She gave me an angry face along with her UPSET additude her ENTIRE service to me. Probably since the mid 80's since the last time I've eaten Kristal's and this lady seemed very bothered by that comment when I told her. Never again will I visit the only Kristals left in the area. You all closed the wrong establishments. And yes her additude was that horrible...
