First of all the food sucked. It was the worst food I have ever tasted, literally spit out from my mouth of how horrible it taste did not eat it. I actually try to skim a little bit of the meat out or the plantains out of the wrap that I ordered and all I got was fatty pork, I left the meal and when my husband asked for it to be taken out which he didn't even like his plate either , but he was willing to pay for his plate. They declined a good restaurant would not declined. All I kept getting was some little waitresses giving me dirty Looks like some kids in high school. I did not appreciate that either. The meal was over $60 and it was not even worth 10 bucks. The taste of the food was awful the area not a good one. I would never recommend anybody to go there and I'm on vacation so it was a big disappointment because I have to put something but reality it would be zero star. The ham croquettes were heated up and did not tell his taste fresh. The tamale I spit up the water was warm. Should I go on? Don't waste your time or your money there at all🤦🏻‍♀️🤬

Unfortunately I have had a cuban sandwich at Caribe cafe and now I see that's the only place I'll go for a cuban sandwich. This place had friendly wait staff and nice, atmosphere, just didn't care for the sandwich. The chunks of roast beef made it hard to eat, since it was over cooked and dry. Didn't look like picture. Nor did it have a great taste. Bread was dry.

They pay bots to post fake reviews. Food was bland. Place was completely empty on a Friday night. They add a $1.59 credit card charge and automatically add a tip on the bill so you can’t choose a tip even for a simple sandwich. Best to avoid

Maria is an amazing host - very cheerful, helpful, fast, and friendly. We asked what was good, and Maria recommended the Oxtail stew. WOW, it was absolutely delicious! Maria checked on our table several times to ensure everything was just perfect. She is a top tier waitress!! THANK YOU, MARIA! We'll be back!!

Every time I stay in Coral Gables I make it a point to come here. Food is 10/10 (Churrasco Steak). Rosa was fantastic and attentive. Will continue to stop in every time I’m in town.

Found this place on my way to pick up a friend at airport. I was intrigued that they spelled it Kuba. The staff were super friendly and immediately asked if this was my first time there. Really made me feel welcome. The lentil soup was some of the best I've ever had. Ordered the Lechon Asado. Flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Tostones and Moro sides were not overcooked; which happens too often. Bought my friend a couple of empanadas for when he got off the plane. He approved! Glad I stopped. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

We are regular customers and love the Kuba restaurant it was a special day for us and wanted our friend that came from California to try it , we were so disappointed I guess they had another cook there the fish smelled it was hard and the appetizer was burned and old we enjoyed the coffee it was so disappointing we went there after 2 pm the Kuba restaurant is already hystory fir me Sorry

Lots of Cuban restaurants I have visited have similar tasting foods. This is the first place I have visited that reminds me of Cuban food I had in the 80’s . The old timer chefs from Cuba were few and hard to find. Kuba kitchen is the best Cuban food I’ve in the past 30 years since leaving Miami. It’s good to find a place to come to when I am in town.

A small but very cozy place, excellent service and delicious food

What a find. Hubby and I returned from Italy and decided to get a bite to eat. The service from Melissa was amazing. The food was so tasty and well presented. The food, the guava desert and cortadito made my 2 hour drive home worth the stop. We will be back.

Wendy and Rosa, our servers, were excellent and sweet. They gave us great recommendations and without them we would have missed out on the best guava juice I’ve ever tried. It is made fresh on site and so refreshing. Pan con bistec was simple and tasty. They added well seasoned chicken to my alabaoo wrap which was full of fresh and colorful veggies. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options. The queso frito was great in portion and had a nice guava sauce to compliment the cheese. The decor is bright and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean. There is also space for free parking. The servers spoke both English and Spanish! I’ll definitely be coming back and I recommend if you’re looking for amazing Cuban food with veggie options.

I liked this place, our waitress was Maria, her attention was excellent. He gave us very good recommendations for dishes. We would have liked the proteins to be more seasoned and with less sauces, but they explained to us that this is the style of cooking in a vat. It was all very delicious anyway. The Cortadito coffee is very delicious. The music is excellent and it's not that loud. Very good atmosphere. The bathrooms were very clean. The place is very organized and clean too. Recommended.

First time visiting this restaurant and I was very well recieved by Rosa. She was very friendly and recommended some of her favorite dishes. I had an amazing stuffed chicken breast with chorizo ham and cheese sauce with Moro and fries. Very tasty. Also the appetizers were very good. Home made ham croquettes and fried tostones with churrasco steak. Wow...looking forward to my return to try some other things.... Great cozy cuban restaurant!!! Must try 👍 May God bless us all 🙏

We came in for the 1st time and Maria took care of us. Everything was incredible from the service to every dish we tasted. We had the Kuba's sampler, the Vaca Frita, & the Arroz Cremoso con Churrasco. I wish we had room for dessert but we will be back to taste them.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, thanks to our attentive and friendly servers, Maria and Rosa. The drinks were amazing, and the appetizers were delicious. The fried cheese with guava dipping sauce was the best. The sampler was decent, but I would recommend ordering your favorite items individually. The main courses were also fantastic. We enjoyed the Cubano, the flank steak, the fried rice, and the shrimp. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. We had so much food that we took home three boxes of leftovers. The only downside was the 3% credit card surcharge and the 18% automatic gratuity. I was not happy with the extra fees, especially since I like to tip based on the quality of service. Fortunately, the service was excellent, so I did not mind too much. Overall, this was a great Cuban dining experience. I would give it an A++. We will definitely come back soon.

Rosa’s incredible service, she was waiting for my table and explained the whole menu to me to be able to make my decision. The food is so delicious that I would love to eat every day in this place. I really recommend this restaurant if you want to eat something incredible and with a unique flavor.

My gf and I looked this place up because we wanted some good Cuban food and there weren't any good options at the airport (for any kind of food) so we took a ride in between flights. It was absolutely worth it! The food was fantastic and the drinks were on point. Our server was amazing and understood the assignment when we mentioned we didn't have a lot of time. She narrowed the menu for us with a great recommendation and gave us amazing drinks. Next time I'm in Miami, I'll be stopping here again and I highly recommend anyone next the airport do the same.

Today, February 14 at 8 pm we arrived and the restaurant was empty, only two tables were occupied and they told us that it is by reservation that they did not have room for 6 and we were 4 people and two girls who do not eat because they are 3 years and 7 months old, we will definitely not return because a restaurant that closes at 10 and at 8 they tell you that it is by reservation and this one with only two tables occupied 😐
