Best sushi in Northwest Ohio without question. Great service. Incredible staff. Get the Hawaii roll, it was on fire.

Maybe I didn’t order the right things or went on a bad night but food didn’t taste that great. Presentation of food was also a bit lacking. The raw tuna in the rolls didn’t taste quite right and appetizers were lacking in flavor. Service was average. It wasn’t a horrible experience but for the price, it didn’t feel worth it.

Lots of original rolls that I have never seen elsewhere. Great staff who welcomed us as well.

I had Calamari as appetizer. It has not too Overcook, flavor hard. The bowl so much oil. Need to drain from oil before put on plate. Sushi is was good . Speciallty sushi i got Dynamite , i think the size to small. Overall good. Thank You.

Unfortunately we had a party of six that waited two hours for our food !! The tables around us were seated three times before we received ours. We were charged a 20 percent automatic gratuity !! When we complained to the so called manger, we were told the wait was a result of us ordering appetizers !! Terrible Management !!

The best sushi I Toledo. I live in Cleveland now and can’t find a good sushi spot that is better than this. I come to Toledo often and will stop by whenever I have time. I’ve only done takeout but I look forward to sitting down and dining in.

When I lived in Ohio I used to come here to celebrate every occasion, both good and bad. Now I visit whenever I am in town. I can always count on a "hello how are you" and an amazing time while here. Thank you for all your hard work and the delicious food!

Best sushi restaurant in Toledo. The flavors in their rolls play off of each other is a perfect balance. The tuna is best anywhere, hands down. A go to staple, so glad it is open again!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. Always a pleasant experience. I ordered takeout this time and the guy at the register was rude, irritated, and dismissive. Very disappointing.

This is the go to place for Sushi. The lunch bento box is my favorite.

We were there last Saturday, Ordered teriyaki salmon and yakiudon, Both had tons of onions I felt like I was eating the stir fry onions instead.

Absolutely delicious, my favorite is the crazy roll...I think I need to call in a pick up order!!! I don't consider myself a tea drinker but I make sure to order every time I go. There service is wonderful, I love sitting and watching them create the sushi rolls. I highly recommend giving them a try!

My absolute favorite sushi in Toledo! I am so glad that they are open again after the fire last year. Staff and servers are always fast, friendly, and working hard to make your visit great. Food is always excellent! We get carry out a lot (a habit picked up from quarantine), and food is always packed securely and tastes as good as it does when you eat in. My favorite things to get here are agedashi tofu, kanisu salad, vegetable udon, twin shrimp rolls, and yasai rolls. You can’t go wrong with anything though, and don’t forget to round off your meal with some mochi!

If you're looking for great sushi in the Sylvania/Toledo area you won't be disappointed by visiting Kyoto Ka. We look forward to stopping in whenever we're visiting the area. Lots of options to choose from. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and professional, food was delicious, plenty of parking.

Went there for the sashimi and it did not disappoint. However the meso was cut thin and flavorless and the lemonade was water with two drops of lemon juice.

This place has the best sushi in town. Food and service is fantastic! We love Joe and his staff. Super friendly atmosphere.

Used to love coming here, unsure what happened with it. The website said “temporarily closed” Checked back today wanting sushi, it said “open” just to find out after a 30 minute drive, they are in fact closed….

Kyoto KA is our favorite date night for amazing sushi, sashimi, and vegetable udon. They always take such good care of us.

One of the best sushi and sashimi locations in Toledo (so far). The proportions are well balanced including the diameter of the sushi rolls. Easily up to 2 in diameter with a rice to non-rice ratio that showcases the quality of the ingredients. Well prepared and proportioned in a way that brought me back to being in Japan as a teenager. Will definitely come back for the omakase!

We had a great dining experience with our friends. Emily, the waitress, was wonderful and kept up our drinks coming. The sushi was absolutely delicious, but the wait for our dinner was extremely long.

Excellent quality and always fresh! Good service too, we go with larger parties and the take out is always correct! Fantastic selection and unique items too.

I just left Kyoto Ka. I am someone who enjoys sushi quite frequently. This is a restaurant that I used to frequent when I lived in the area. I was passing through today and decided to stop for some sushi. My experience today was not what I remembered. I have never had a problem with their food before. However, my food today tasted stale, for lack of a better term. Almost like when oil goes rancid. I still have a bad aftertaste in my mouth of this rancidness. And to boot, the sushi was smaller and far more expensive than the other places I go in the area. Hoping this was just a fluke, but bummed nonetheless. Given the prices, the portion size, and my experience, I probably won’t be back, so I certainly wish them the best.

Very decent experience. Sushi was okay, service was okay, prices were okay. I would want to give it 5 stars but there wasn't anything that I really liked (or disliked) about it. It's good food and enjoyable but I would probably want to try other places first before I circle back here.

Kyoto KA and Kengo sushi are hands down the best places to eat sushi in Toledo. My partner refuses to eat any other sushi than Kyoto. The staff are friendly and Chef is amazing. They do get busy so we normally call our order in ahead and give a pickup time (ex: call in at 430pm for a pickup at 630pm).

Amazing authentic sushi and Korean cuisine!! Must try this restaurant if you are a sushi fan. Sashimi blew my mind away of how fresh the fish were. We ordered bunch of appetizers, Hot lovers, beef tataki, hot peppers. Our entrees were out of the world amazing. Soba noodles with seafood. Bulgogi, Korean dish, spicy Tuna, king rolls, I can’t remember all the names. We were so happy to be there and enjoying the food. Will be back again for sure.

I always come to this sushi restaurant. When I'm in town, it's my instant go-to. The sushi is fresh and made very well. It's comparable to sushi restaurants on the west coast. In addition, the service is awesome. The wait staff are all willing to help you, regardless of whether or not your table is assigned to them or in their section. In addition, all facilities are kept very clean and the overall atmosphere of the place is superb. If you want sushi in Toledo, go here.

Great quiet mid upscale place. Very quick rolls, we ordered 13 rolls and watched the 3 chefs bust them out asap. Small rolls visually, but great product. Because it's not just a big giant ball of rice.

First time here. And I loved everything about it. A cute serene setting with careful detail in each aspect. The wait staff was welcoming and helpful and very attentive. Food came out fast and plated expertly. Love is put into the crafting of the sushi rolls and dishes they make. You can tell they take pride in serving quality product. I enjoyed coming here for lunch, I will definitely be back to enjoy the experience and great food!
