We eat here fairly often and we’ve always had a good experience. The food is good and the margs are HUGE.

Styled after an old Mexican place. Unique. Food and service were good and prices not out of line. Nice and quiet inside. Decor was what was most notable here. Bit far from home, so not likely to visit again, but highly recommend a visit. Sure you'll be impressed.

We normally order at the LA Caretta on Hooksett Road and decided to try the one on South Willow Street. We got steak taco salad and chicken taco salad. The taco was burned. We got a quarter of food in the salad that we get at the other LA Caretta. Ridiculous!! Will never go back again.

Loved the food, decor, atmosphere, and service. The food was extremely flavorful!! Our waitress was super attentive. We also loved that the place was open late as we were traveling through the area.

It is a solid choice for mexican food in the area. Quick, well portioned plates. It's a great option compared to other restaurants with multiple locations. It fall a little short of this style restaurant that have someone making tortilla shells from scratch and another making fresh guacamole to order. They have a large menu with lots of great options. I haven't found anything I wasn't happy with.

La Carreta on S. Willow is by far the best of all the locations I have been to. The food is always good and they have the best drinks.

The fajitas tasted very good, but only came with a half slice of tomato and 3 tortillas. Lettuce should have been shredded instead of chopped so it could fit better with everything else in the tortilla. When asked for some more tomatoes and tortillas the waiter nickel and dimed me for it. Will definitely have to reconsider this place.

I'd been ordering on a regular (practically weekly) basis from La Caretta, primarily from the other (better, Hooksett Rd) Manchester location. I ordered from here and had an issue. Not really the type to make a stink, but I decided to request a refund. (Figured it was a mistake coming here, I'll just go to the better location instead.) To my surprise I ended up being harassed by both an employee and the manager. They began to argue with me in the middle of the lobby, as if trying to get my money back for a takeout-for-one order was the end of the world. I was completely taken aback by their abhorrent behavior and lack of respect. I have never experienced anything like that from any business, restaurant or otherwise. I haven't been to any location since and don't plan to again. There's many options for Mexican restaurants around, I guess I'll order from Nuevo/Puerto Vallarta from now on.

The GF queso dip is fabulous. The salsa has good flavor and is NOT chunky!!!!

Wonderful Mexican restaurant with well made authentic food. Drinks are incredible as well - especially their margaritas. Be brave and try it all. You won't be disappointed.

OLD POST**jGood food, great service and fast turnaround. Our families favorite.*** The last time we visited, I used the restroom immediately. I saw a man I recognized as a server at the urinal. He left without washing his hands. When I rejoined my family, the server I saw in the bathroom was going to wait on us. We left immediately (letting the hostess know) and have not and will not return. :(

The place is decorated very nicely BUT the food is just not as good as other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Fantastic food. Staff are always great. The atmosphere is clean and well kept.

I order from the South Willow location regularly. The food is always good. I just tried the wings with buffalo dipping sauce and they are delicious. The sit down service is fine. Some of the bussers don’t speak English, but they will quickly find your server for you. The takeout system is so-so. I order takeout when I’m at work and sometimes they are way over the reported wait time. Eat in or take out you get plenty of food, chips and salsa come automatically and the portions are generous.

Have been going here every few months for years. Finally calling them out for excellent service and always an enjoyable meal.

Cheese dip with spinach was exceptional. Our party had the combination meals and a margarita.

We went on Cinco De Mayo for dinner. Service was wonderful despite the restaurant being super busy. The text alerts for the wait list was nice. The music was grrat and the bar area seemed super fun! Our server was wonderful, she didn't seem to mind that it took us a long time to decide what to order. The menu is large, everything sounds delicious. The Coco Loco Mojito was delicious, and if I had the option to drink that every day for the rest of my life, I would. Table chips and salsa were really good! The salsa was nice and cold and the chips were still warm! One thing that surprised me was the rice that came with my dish was white, I was expecting it to be Spanish rice, but it was still really tasty. The only bad thing about our experience was the bathroom being dirty, but I understand on probably one of the busiest days of the year, it doesn't get the constant TLC it needs. 10/10 would go again!

This was a good Resturant and service was just ok..,if you sit in the bar area. The bartender/waiter didn’t have much time to do both jobs. Th drinks were great! Very creative concoctions and made very strong. Especially the margaritas! Enjoyed the cucumber jalapeño margaritas along with the watermelon margaritas with my wife. The dish I got though came out cold and was kind of bland with no salsa, rice, beans or any sides such as a Mexican salad as most dishes come with. I don’t recommend the quesadilla burrito for this very reason. My wife had the al La cart double beef tip burrito which was excellent! Especially compared to my plain tasting and looking one!

I went out to eat with my friend last night. We had a server who was deaf. When I walked in I saw they were doing $5.99 house margaritas on Thursdays. So I ordered two house margaritas, my friend ordering a soda. (Which never got refilled even though we put it on the edge of the table empty way before our meals arrived) I thought the drink tasted odd when I first tried it but everyone makes drinks differently so I didn’t think much of it. When I received the bill I was being charged $24 for the margaritas that were apparently skinny margarita’s. Which I did NOT ask for. I told the server who then said “let me see what I can do” then the server and the manager came back over. The server then tried calling me a liar in perspective saying “I confirmed with you twice that you wanted the skinny margarita” (which he did not) with such an attitude and raising his voice. Which was overall embarrassing. The bill still had the skinny margaritas on it. They left again and came back with a new bill but charged me $6 for lime juice. Working as a server and having this kind of customer service is disgusting. I never even received my receipt either. I come here often but won’t be coming here again. Response to the response. Me not going back to your establishment has nothing to do with the sever being deaf. I applaud every person of disability to work, especially when my older brother is disabled. I did not “initially” order a skinny margarita. I ordered a house margaritas. But thats what bank disputes are for.

We had an amazing time and Jen, our server, was very light hearted and funny! Food was great as well, would definitely recommend.

Firstly i want to say that the food was pretty good. our service was phenomenal, jennifer V really made sure that we were taken care of and that our food was good to our standards. the whole vibe and music matched the theme of the restaurant. our server made us feel welcomed, and would love to have her as a server again. i’m definitely coming back to make sure we see her again. great service, great food, great vibes!

My first time. 1 of 5 of us didn't get our food., and the waiiter had no idea it was missing until we said something. Then we waited another 10 min for it. Clearly a mistake with no apology or explanation. The others liked their meals. But the fish in my tacos had absolutely no seasoning, and the tortillas were soggy. The saving grace was the Chipotle mayo, which was fanatic. But never again.

Kinda disappointed in the food quality. Beans tasted canned, rice tasted plain like it came out of a box you’d pick up at the grocery store. Chicken was super dry in my tacos. Everything tasted cheap but was pricey.

Good food good price! Authentic. Didn't wait long for the food.
