Probably the best traditional tacos you can have in Austin! Al Pastor and Carnitas on corn are the best

Wow!! I'm a delivery driver and look for some good food spots during my route that don't take a lot of time, and this place was amazing! Not only were the tacos delicious, but their sauces were flavorful and spicy all at a low price. Having a side of grilled onions and peppers included also hit the spot, highly recommend and needing to return here 👏

The tacos and tortas here are excellent, better than most. There are lots of places to get tacos in SE Austin but this is our favorite. The location isn't great as it's in a parking lot for a body or parts shop type of business. But it's worth parking at the food truck park next door and walking over.

This place was amazing.. I had two tacos - tasty and authentic. The lady at the window was friendly and helpful well. Definitely a highlight of my trip to Austin for authentic Mexican food.

Love the el pastor tacos I got here last time!! 😍 The environment here was really good too with all the decoration so we had a good time dining here. The owner was really friendly as well she gave us some sample guava pineapple juice!

The pastor tacos are my favorite, I get them 5 times a week Paired with a strawberry Agua Fresca. My favorite taco spot around. Affordable tacos that are actually filling.

This is the go to spot in Easton Park area/ SE Austin. It's hard to find a quality breakfast taco in Austin anymore but this place is it. Reminds me of the tacos I grew up eating. Homemade tortilla, fresh, and the BEST salsa. I cannot get enough of the salsas. Also has a delicious torta that reminds me of the kind I got in Mexico. Cannot get enough of this place and would love to see them get more attention. Such a gem!

Tacos are tasty. I also went on a chilly day and lady at the register gave me some hot sopa to warm me up. Much appreciated.

Great spot for cheap tacos. Most affordable place I have found in south / south east Austin. Their aguas frescas are 10/10 as well. Get the bistec!

A delicious oasis in a food desert! Great, friendly service and super tasty tacos (carnitas & fajitas this time) really made my afternoon. The homemade hot sauces really topped things off!

I love La China!!! They are my go-to lunch place — typically I get chorizo, potato and cheese tacos on corn. Speaking of corn, La China has the BEST corn tortillas. Seriously. They are so good!!!!!! The food inside the corn tortillas is also really good. I highly recommend you stop by!

This was my second visit due to a nearby construction project. I ordered 3 tacos the first time but was only able to complete 2. The second time I ordered a burrito for about the same price as 3 tacos and was only able to finish 2/3rds of it. Every ingredient was fresh, tasty, and properly seasoned. I often find many taco places do not salt their eggs when cooking, that was not the case here. If I am ever working in this area again, I will absolutely return.

Soooooooo happy we found this place when we were visiting from out of town! All the food was A1 👌🏼 Customer service was amazing as well. Definitely will be back! Kinda a hole in the wall, but so worth trying! 🤗✨🌮

Just found out I'm only 2 minutes away from this food truck. :) Really kind and understanding folks, I had sent an order in via GrubHub but it never made it to La China. When I showed them the order receipt they apologized and started making my food (which came out really quickly). I was even given a free agua fresca for the misunderstanding. Handmade corn tortillas, excellent flavor with the tripas, generous extras (grilled onions and jalapeno, lime wedges, salsas), and really enjoyable pastor. The agua frescas (kiwi, pepino) had just the right amount of sweetness to them. This place is a gem in Easton Park. If you happen to be by the Union check them out, they're across the street on the right. They open for breakfast at 9AM - 3PM Mon - Sat and then on Mon/Fri/Sat they re-open at 5:30PM - 9PM. I'll be back!

Fantastic food. We got 4 tacos and they gave the complimentary grilled peppers and onions. Those really made an impact. The pastor was the best that I've had in Austin. The hot salsa is real nice!

Imagine the last time you ate Mexican food... Now, was the food from here? If you said no, you've had an inferior Mexican food experience and should visit this place immediately.

House made tortillas are one of the best I've ever had. Pastor with pineapple is a great match. Bistek and pastor are popular so it may run out by 1pm after the lunch rush. The lady at the window is super friendly. 10/10 will come again.

Three tiny tacos (4 bites per taco) and an aguas frescas for $14. Bacon was soggy and not very much of it. Migas taco was eh 6/10. Friendly staff through.

I really like ordering tacos from this place. Admittedly it is a little far south east for my taste (and I live in Dove Springs, so I usually order it through Uber) but their tacos are very good, and they are reasonably priced, especially compared to any of the well known brick and mortar places in this city. I love their home made corn tortillas, and I regularly order their migas tacos. I also like their chicken fajita tacos. This place is definitely worthwhile

Wonderful torta! One of the only places I've been where I can get a filling, healthy, homemade, and great meal for less than $10.

We were trying to go somewhere else to eat near McKinney Falls State Park but everywhere was closed... by chance we ended up here and I am so glad that we did! The food was fantastic! Everything is homemade and prepared fresh to order! I'd make a special trip (from downtown Austin) just to eat here again!

Delicious agua de kiwi a little to much fat on the carnitas torta though. Good seasoning on the pastor meat!
