the customer service here was outstanding! mostafa was wonderful he helped me the whole time and didn’t make me feel rushed. i got two crepes and they were done so quickly and tasted amazing! 10/10 experience. definitely coming back!!

This is the best gelato I have ever had in the states. Unfortunately, I’m from Cincinnati and we have nothing like this there. Whenever I come back to Michigan, I will definitely come back here.

This place is SO amazing! You are able to get gelato (“biscoff” 🥰). Italian Ice (so many flavors). Soft serve (the choices seem endless). Next time I’m going to try the pastries! Hassan you are awesome and thank you for the chance to taste the flavors of desserts!

I ordered the tiramisu gelato and it did not disappoint! Hassan was wonderful and gave excellent customer service. Delicious gelato and a huge selection of ice cream, plus toppings.

I had gone in for the dubai sundae and they sadly did not have it but the super kind worker added pistachio crème and actual pistachios all throughout a different sundae for a small up charge but boy was i blown away. the effort was there and i was so impressed with the taste and time that was put into it!! telling everyone about this place

We have been here twice now. The frozen yogurt and sorbet are amazing. Thick and creamy and sooo flavorful. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped my sugar-free wife find a smoothy she could have, and she loved that as well. The kids and I also have tried a waffle with chocolate and Nutella and were not disappointed. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a sweet treat.

I called at 10:15 they wouldn’t let me order so I went in person got there at 10:30…they wouldn’t let me order even thou they close at 11. Very unprofessional….

I am a door dasher and made 7 deliveries today. This was the only business that actually confirmed I was a dasher and asked to see the order. Thank you to Hani Taleb for going above and beyond to make sure your customers receive great service but also the dashers too.

Honestly, you guys just need to update your hours and don’t even put a store phone. If no one‘s gonna answer both locations Canton and Dearborn Heights never answer their phones and if they do person would answer and put you on hold immediately before you have a chance to even ask a question. Hours on Google They say they close at midnight the one in Canton but it closes at 10 o’clock with the program please And please don’t blame the lack of staff. I feel like everybody blames it on the staff these days.

Clean place, the worker forgot to make one of the items that was ordered. We had to go back to the counter and ask for it. Also, we asked what gelato was and he said it's just regular hard ice cream made with milk. The bathroom was out of paper towels and we informed the worker, who did nothing about it during our visit while we sat there and ate our food.

My daughter wants to go here once a week to try all the different flavors of Gelato. It makes her happy

The family who runs this place is amazing. Their mini donuts with pistachio and belgium choc is amazing and so is their coconut roasted ashta shake. Highly recommended to visit with friends and family

Was craving a smoothie not too sweet and grabbed the Ashta Smoothie. Absolutely delicious 😋. Owner super friendly. They have so many flavors of icecream , Italian ice and crepes I highly recommend anyone to try this spot.

My daughter and I came in to check this place out and I was surprised to see a frozen yogurt bar similar to Menchies. I went straight to that and I feel like they hadn’t been used in a while, some of them had drips and ice crystals on them. It was yummy, but I wish there were more topping options. My daughter got a cup of strawberry gelato. She enjoyed it too. I was a bit sad to see we were the only ones there, so it was pretty quiet.

Called to make my order and was immediately told to order online because they sent taking any orders over the phone. ok, cool. Made order for a sweet tooth Sunday because the dearborn locations always make it yummy. Made order, go 20 minutes later to pick up and.....not ready??? Waited another 15 min for my order, letting the staff working know that I made an order online... they forgot to make my order 4 times...4 people came and made orders and got them made, and I'm just standing there... waiting for my online order for the past 20 min now. Then they look at me and go oops!! Ok got my order, take it to the car and wowza they just gave me straight up ice cream with nothing on it! No brownie, no ferroroche, no chocolate syrup..nothing..I was very disappointed in the canton location services. Other locations are amazing but this location just lacks customer service and quality. I oated 10$ for a cup of ice cream,thanks.

I really like that this place is open late. The crepe with nut cream I ordered was pretty good but I did scrape off most of the chocolate because they added so much! I do think you get what you pay for though! Especially since the crepe came with extra soft serve on the side! The mini pancakes are great for sharing and taste delicious!

Great place to build your own sundae or just a scoop of Gelato or Italian ice. There is softserve and barrel scoops. PLENTY of topping to choose from. Pay by weight. My daughter made a "garbage pail" of different flavors and toppings. Due to being lactose intolerant, I had a scoop of mango and coconut ice. Both were very good. Each had nice pieces of fruit. Wish there was a dairy free option. I will go back for the ice.

We came in for an after dinner treat, and the staff were very friendly. Everyone was very happy with their desserts. I got the LaGelati Cocktail - big delicious pieces of fruit, but I think I'll ask for extra honey next time. It really sends the dessert over the top. The husband got the Ferrero sundae - in true Italian form, and my mom got a scoop of Ashta. Oh! And she decided to choose that one because she was even offered a sample, that was really kind💚

Had two chocolate cone and it was not even close to what we had in Dearborn branch! It was warm, not tasty, not dense at all! Never come back here….. not all La Gelati seems to be similar…

Came in today and got the roasted coconut special sundae with strawberries. I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu at first but Houda was so amazing and waked me through the menu. She helped me pick something out that I wanted and was so friendly and easy to talk to. I felt right at home!

Everytime I come here I get more happier from the factory of happiness thanks a lot to Hussein the owner he makes my life amazing.

This place has the best Ice Cream I have ever had in my entire life. It's called Lotus but it's made with Cookie Butter and it's really wonderful. Every single time I've been in the area for business I stop there. When I leave to go back home I wonder how long I'll have to wait before I'm sent back. Because it's so good and it's the only place I can get it. Already counting the days. Lol

I got the mint lemonade smoothie and my partner got the Lebanese Cocktail. They SLAPPPPPED. Soooo fresh and delicious. And the employee who helped us pick was so nice and helpful with my dietary restrictions. It’s also so cute inside. A fun experience.

The first time I tried this shop, I liked it, I went back and had a bad experience however the next day, the owner insisted she apologized to me and made up for my bad experience! She offered me free crepes for me and the party I was with! Amazing customer service, definitely would go back.

On my first visit here. I tried a couple of things and it was fantastic! We ordered Nutella crepe and waffles and both were amazing. They were generous with the chocolate which I absolutely loved as a Nutella enthusiast. However, I did notice that the prices were a little high compared to the portion of what we got. Despite that, I'm definitely looking forward to exploring more of their menu if I have the opportunity to come back. Edit my review: On my second visit, while I was eating at the table. I saw a group of families come in with their kids. They went to the toppings area and used their bare hands to grab some M&M and other stuff, eating it right there. It seemed a bit unsanitary and I hope the staff in charge is aware of this happening. I love your gelato but I wouldn't recommend anyone getting yogurt ice cream with toppings after witnessing something like that.

We stopped by the shop to get something to drink that would cool us down in this heat. We have decided on getting an Avocado smoothie and we were happy with our choice. Huda helped us and made sure that the drinks were made based on our specifications and likes… thanks Huda!!

7/19/23. Walked in at the last minute before closing and two young ladies were cleaning up and preparing to put everything away for the night. Asked if they would serve up a couple scoops of ice cream before they locked the door. They were more than happy to accommodate. Although it was past their closing time, without frustrations and with very pleasant demeanors allowed us to try multiple flavors. Had the strawberry cheesecake and the lemon gelato. Both very delicious choices, and hand made. I highly recommend this place as the ice cream is fantastic and the customer service was above and beyond. Great job!
