Paradise on earth! The absolute best!

So many words to describe Post Ranch Inn but the experience is very personal. Whether you think you need a relaxing getaway or not, this place is amaze. 100 acres in the forest on the California coast will remind you of natures beauty. Staff is, of course, excellent. Property is really impeccable. Super expensive for a super awesome experience.

Post Ranch was an amazing experience. The staff is very professional and friendly. The property and the room were breathtaking. We stayed in the Lower Pacific Suite which is very large and has its soak-in hot tub on the patio overlooking the ocean. The tub is very spacious and easily accommodates 2 full-size adults. The bathroom has a jetted tub for 2 adults. Very private... (The mattress is very comfortable). My wife and I eloped here. Derek handled all of our needs and made our day so special! The suite had ample space for the team to get my wife ready. I was able to utilize the library to ensure we had separation before our beautiful ceremony during the golden hour. The meditation pools (heated to 103° F) are extremely relaxing with unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean. We watched Wales feed and migrate up the coast while relaxing in the pool. They're open 24 hrs. A full moon illuminated the ocean, while we quietly took in the breeze and sound of the ocean. We were told the milkyway can be seen on other nights where the moon isn't so bright. The bartenders are craftsmen and make excellent cocktails. We enjoyed Tomas and JC's company while enjoying the cocktails they made. Sergio and Glen are incredibly professional drivers, who provided transportation around the property and to nearby properties, so we could partake in libations at other resorts. Deer roam freely and have adapted to the people walking by. The trails are stunning. This property is truly one of a kind and unmatched anywhere else. It's worth the money! We are deeply connected to the property and people. We cannot wait to go back.

This is an amazing hotel. It's incredible views are mind blowing!! Beautiful setting and views.

Beautiful resort and a fantastic view. The scenery makes for fantastic nature hiking but there will be plenty of pampering activities to keep you busy if that isn't your style. A massage at sunset is what sealed the deal for me but I was already enamored with endless champagne and charcuterie snacks. The only downside to staying here is the menu, we didn't eat any formal meals here after our first night. Dinner was pretty underwhelming but you can find good food nearby so just be aware.

Everything was absolutely amazing except two items. The room was fantastic. The view incredible. The service was top notch. The food seemed to be deliberately pretentious and unfortunately not appealing whatsoever. Also we ordered a few beverages to the pool and it took much too long for a resort such as this to deliver. That said, you need to stay here for a one of a kind experience.

This is a beautiful resort, one of a kind!!

No words can describe how special Post Ranch Inn is - so the first thing I will say is "Take the Time" and Experience this for yourself. From the minute you drive up the hill and are greeted by genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff- (Special thank you to Megan Jens, Glenn, Juan, Cash and most of all Mr. Tim Lee for your never-to-be-forgotten generosity). You will experience the creation of multiple sensory memories ~ the smell of the amazing redwoods and surrounding gardens/vegetation, the taste of mouth watering cuisine, the VIEWs which are breathtaking during the day, the black sky lit up with thousands of stars at night and the soothing "sound of silence" surrounding you to provide a beautiful inner peace. One other experience I would highly recommend is an amazing education on how predator birds play a vital role in a healthy ecosystem. This event is lead by an amazing person ~ Falconer Antonio Balestreri who introduces you to his personal passion of some of the most powerful and beautiful birds you will ever see in your lifetime. You have the opportunity to learn about them, touch them and feel what it is like to have one of them land on your hand. We will never forget what we learned and now have an even stronger appreciation of what falconers are and how important the balance of nature is for all of us. We got married at The Post Ranch Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience. Staying in the Post House, we were given the choice of where to hold the ceremony. Once we laid eyes on the view from the house, we instantly knew it was the perfect spot. The breathtaking view added a magical touch to our special day. The restaurant was incredible my husband is a very picky vegan and he loved the food there, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was the perfect way for us to start our lives together. We're certain we'll be returning, as it now holds a cherished place in our hearts.

There are really no words to describe the unbelievable beauty of this place. My wife and I have stayed at over 60+ hotels with a rating of over 4.5 stars throughout California, and nothing else comes even close to Post Ranch. I mean, not even close. We've stayed here for two anniversaries now, and it's the only place where we don't want to leave. The view and serenity from our room is angelic and literally mind-blowing. Amazing. Location is breathtaking

Absolutely amazing, it really does take your breath away. The location is just mind blowing, with service to match. If you are looking for a spoil or celebration this is certainly it. From check in, to check out the service and staff are just incredible. We really didn’t want to leave, so much so we ended up staying an extra night!!! It really is a slice of heaven in big sur. we will 100% be back on our next visit to the CA. I also left my AirPods and they kindly overnighted them to San Diego for me!

Had the amazing opportunity to stay at the Post Ranch Inn. The property and landscaping is gorgeous while staying true to the natural landscape and foliage of Big Sur. I stayed in an Upper Mountain House and I cannot have asked for a better room. The room is absolutely gorgeous and the views of the mountains were stunning - so much so that both my girlfriend and I took lots of photos and videos of the room to share with our family and friends. The gorgeousness of the room also balances perfectly with being "warm" and "inviting." It made you want to spend as much time in it as possible. The bathtub reminisces of an Asian onsen and the complimentary mini bar is a great touch. The service is also superb and genuine. The check-in experience was unique, relaxing, and personable. DJ (the Manager), Chin (the Front Desk Agent), Tim Lee (the GM), and the bellmans (sorry forgot their names!) that helped me at check in and check out all went out of their way to make sure I feel welcome. The whole staff, in general, were friendly and were always smiling. The restaurant was amazing too. The food was top notch (comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant), our server was friendly and engaging with a great sense of humor, and the timing between courses was perfect - we had plenty of time to enjoy each course, did not feel rushed, and the next course comes almost immediately as soon as we finished our current course. The overall service was thoughtful and personal. The staff used my name consistently and they anticipated my needs - for example, at breakfast, the hostess asked me if I had dinner plans already and if I would like assistance with dinner reservations. The pools - especially the Meditation Pool - were divine. All in all, 11 out of 10. Would recommend.

I’ve contemplated holding off writing this review as I didn’t want to expose the world’s best kept secret…Post Ranch Inn. My (now) fiancé and I are from New York and knew that I wanted to propose to her in a location that spoke for itself. I also wanted to choose a place that felt special and where we could visit for future anniversaries in the years to come. Her family and I had traveled to California in January 2022 to scout out a good “nature” location for me to pop the question in June. There was no doubt in my mind when we first stepped on property at Post Ranch Inn. It was the most beautiful place we had ever seen, from the redwoods to the ocean views. From January to June we had worked closely with Derek and Hana to plan the surprise visit. I can’t say enough about the extra mile that Derek and Hana went to plan this special day for us and our families. Regular check ins leading up to June made us feel like a part of the Post Ranch Inn family. They helped coordinate everything from communication with vendors (photographer/videographer, flowers, musician) to the set-up of the cliffside proposal location to the after dinner meal. They also helped get our families into place for the surprise reveal that they had flown across the country. Post Ranch Inn has to be the most romantic resort we could have ever dreamed of. Everything from the elegant rooms overlooking the Pacific, to the five star food accommodations (also overlooking the ocean) is perfectly executed. The service is unparalleled and staff go the extra mile to make sure that nothing can be done to make your stay more memorable. It’s worth every penny. If you are planning a wedding, proposal, or any relaxing vacation, I highly recommend a visit to Post Ranch Inn. We are counting down the days until our next visit to Big Sur.

High dollar lunch with a birds eye view of the ocean! A unique experience in Big Sur. You have to do it at least once for lunch! Warning! LUNCH WAS $75 EACH and you have to make a reservation with a $50 refundable deposit. Dinner is $150 each and doesn't include wine. The view is forever unless the fog rolls in.

Found green 💚💚 gade stones on black rocks under a huge bridge 🌉 by ocean shore almost by it , I could see .

This was our third visit and the first since the pandemic. The service has not recovered to its former sparkling level, the breakfasts were mundane -- store-bought bread. Service first night at dinner was great. But the second night we waited 45 minutes for our first course, 30 minutes for the second course. Same somm and waiter, some miscommunication? At $1400/night, this may have been our last visit.

The summum, beyond any expectation of a palace least in nature

Location, accommodation, and service was outstanding! My boyfriend surprised me with a trip for my birthday and it was such an amazing place. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely breathtaking in all regards, amazing service and food, rooms, views everything

My GF and I finally had our staycation at the post ranch inn. What started out as a cool room and property turned ugly fast. The snacks in the room were moldy and old. The complimentary wine was a mini bottle, spa was closed, concierge never answered the phone, restaurant couldn't locate house keeping for more in room comp champagne, no communication amoung the staff, room service coffee came in paper cups, milk was coagulated and expired. No help to be found anywhere, QR codes for menu didnt work, pool service cevice tasted like rotten fish and took 30+ minutes. When asked what could have been better during checkout, I mentioned the service and concierge. Michael then told me "we are the concierge" okay, well thanks for nothing. We checked out at approx 11am, made it back to the bay area by 230pm, unpacked and noticed my GF 2 gold necklaces were missing. She called and spoke to Michael who assured her nobody had been in our room and he searched it thoroughly. I then called Michael and asked if he would please check again as these are very expensive necklaces and was told that he already searched the room and nothing was left behind. I asked if anybody had been in the room since we checked out, Michael says " I'm almost positive nobody has been in here" being as we surely didn't clean the room when we were leaving one would think it would be quite obvious if someone had been in our room considering the bed wouldn't have been made and shower and hot tub towels on the ground, not to mention dog snacks and bowls since we had our service animal with us. After 45 minutes Michael calls me back and says house keeping was in fact in our room and had cleaned but nobody saw any necklaces left behind. I went back and looked at our dinner pictures from the restaurant on the property, my GF was wearing her necklaces when we left dinner and went straight to our room, did not leave until morning checkout. The lack of assistance, effort, respect from Michael coupled with the lack of service provided is why we will never return to the post ranch inn. I have never left any business a bad review ever because I understand mistakes are made and things can happen but for a $10k 2 day trip for my GF bday and this is how it went. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves. Why consider this property when Alila Ventana is just across the street and better on all counts.

One of the most beautiful California resorts I've seen in that particular setting. The knowledge of restaurant staff is superb. They go far above the call of duty to inform and please in service to the customer. The setting is breathtaking overlooking both hillside, and the nature therein, as well as a view of Monterey Bay. There is an art museum spa, and gift shop that has many beautiful items. A truly wonderful place and experience. Worth exploring!

Overall it was a good experience however it started on a somewhat sour note. We arrived early and understandably the room was not ready. • We were told that we would be called once the room was ready yet we never received a call nor was their a phone record of a missed call (later in the evening we found an email). • We also booked an upgrade if one was available, however despite the hotel being very far from full, no upgrade was provided. Granted these are not terrible things, yet given the reputation of Post Ranch, our expectations were high. We have had much better introductory experiences at other locations (Travaasa for example). The rest of the stay went well and the meal at Sierra Mar was excellent..

After a long & super tiring hike, dining at Post Ranch Inn’s restaurant was the best decision we ever made. It was surely one of the best dinner I ever had. This fancy restaurant has left so much best impressions. From hospitable front desk & restaurant staff to mouthwatering dishes, I highly recommend this to everyone! Chase, from the bar was so amazing & made us fire 🔥 drinks!! The pepperoni pizza & burger are the bomb!! Kudos to Chef Jason for giving us free nachos & guacamole & salmon as an appetizer. Also, Chinny from the front desk is very knowledgeable and entertaining. Overall, the service we received was wonderful. Every staff went above and beyond and we will definitely be back again. 🤍🤍🤍

Our recent stay at the Post Ranch Inn was absolutely incredible! This is quiet, understated luxury at it’s finest. The staff- from the gate keeper who shared our excitement at arriving, reception (check in AND check out!)housekeeping, drivers (especially the knowledgeable Glenn!), and restaurant servers are top notch. We stayed in the perfectly appointed F Post among the trees but with a stunning view of the Pacific. We saw whales each day and heard seals in the distance. We loved the 2 hour falconry class with Antonio and only wished it lasted longer. We hiked the property trails and wandered into the garden to look around and visit the chickens. Realizing we were alone, we helped ourselves to a crunchy green apple right off the tree-ha! Then we met Chris, the gardener, who didn’t mind our intrusion and instead took pride in showing us around. We tested strawberries, figs, and the most amazing finger limes! From the hot basking pool we saw the brightest stars, Jupiter, and the Milky Way each night. The restaurant, while admittedly quite expensive, was excellent. It is a pleasure to write a review for a place that gets everything SO RIGHT. May God Bless your team and the very special PRI.

Had lunch with a friend on August 29th . Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable . However , our food was HORRIBLE and way overpriced for its quality ! . A little over $200.00 with 2 glasses of wine . Wouldn't definitely not reccomend to eat there . Also , dogs should be allowed if eating outside .

Service, accommodations, and amenities at Post Ranch Inn and food at Sierra Mar were all perfect. We also participated in the falconry experience with Antonio, and it was phenomenal. We stayed in a treehouse and enjoyed the experience (and the view!) Hathaway has an ocean view on one side and mountain views on the other. Reception staff, drivers, wait staff, housekeeping - all were friendlly and attentive. I changed dinner reservations twice at Sierra Mar, and we were accomodated. Thank you, PRI for a perfrct stay in Big Sur!

Please be advised this review is pertaining to the staff, restaurant and admin Not the actual hotel, which i am sure is amazing I like most people was referred by a friend who said amazing things We eagerly made a booking at the restaurant and drove 4 hours in from LA. We placed a deposit down which i am sure was standard practice. While driving we noticed traffic was particularly bad and a few accidents on the way delayed us considerably (we even adjusted for traffic with our waze app to arrive at a timely fashion) We noticed we were going to be 45-60 mins late for our reservation and phoned 3 times This is where the part of the review gets bad… Each time we phoned we wither circled back to the original person who transferred us or the restaurant didnt pick up… they said they would phone or get back to us (they didnt…) In my head if your restaurant is to busy to pick up a phone (maybe hire extra staff or quickly try to relay a message) After 3-4 attempts of trying to get in touch and leaving messages with the hotel staff… we ended up hoping for the best and praying our long drive would not be in vain Upon arrival to the front, they completely rejected us and said no messages were received, accidents despite their remote location are not their problem and the deposit loss is a “you problem” Thanks post ranch for telling us to essentially f@&$k off and the multiple attempts to contact us along with the lengthy drive were pointless. Lessons for the visitors coming, leave with multiple spare hours to accommodate traffic on the PCH their management and staff are not available or equipped to handle “day of issues “ In regards to the stay and food i would recommend reading the other reviews. This is just a major vent about their admin and management

If it's a romantic getaway you desire, you'll be hard pressed to find a better setting.

Post Ranch was an unforgettable experience nestled in the woods overlooking the ocean with stunning views. I recommend L&B Post room for the comfort, privacy, outdoor soaking tub and amazing views. The basking pools are nice to sit in to watch the sunset. The staff gave exceptional service and very prompt to bring us requested items or shuttle us on the property. The mini refrigerator was fully stocked, salami and cheese tray and champagne was a nice touch. They pay very close to detail to ensure a wonderful experience. I had a relaxing spa experience with a massage in my balcony. GM Tim Lee was so friendly by greeting us while having lunch before our departure, gifting a nice book about the history of the ranch. This place is truly magical and would love to stay again one day. So if you are looking to disconnect and relax then you came to the right place. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve never had a more relaxing stay than at the Post Ranch Inn. Staff was friendly and the property so peaceful. Our room was luxurious and comfortable and well stocked with various goodies. My favorite part of the inn are the 360 views around the property of the ocean and the mountains. The only downside is that we unfortunately found the restaurant was a bit subpar and didn’t find the food worth the prices.

Visiting for lunch. Had been here about 7 years ago….was such a memorable experience. The view is just amazing….the feel and the decor are just beautifully. The menu….very small and just felt like it was trying too hard. Was very underwhelmed by the food. For those prices ….should be outstanding. Was one of those times that we should have just kept our first experience as a great memory and not gone for a repeat.

Waaaaay overpriced. Beautiful location, but at that price, it should at least be an all-inclusive resort with more activities on offer. I would not recommend it. Food was mediocre, too expensive, and something made me sick for 24 hours.

Too expensive for French fries and a hamburger...too pricey for my taste but great view

An amazing experience every visit, what else can I ask for? One of my favorite hotels in the world! Big Sur is so breathtaking. A must visit!

Visually the Post Ranch Inn is heaven. I could not have been more excited about my birthday trip. I flew from Virginia to Los Angeles. Rented a car and drove up the Pacific highway. My daughter booked our trip. We were so excited about the daily yoga, meditation, guided walks/ trails. And could not wait to get to the Spa? We checked in.. We loved our room, it was fabulous! As we roamed around the property we were already planning our next trip! Love the hot tub and the swimming pool. The trails are gorgeous. It was with great disappointment that we woke up on our first morning there. And all of the activities had been canceled. There was a slight drizzle. However I certainly could not understand why it would cancel all of the daily activities at the property. The spa was completely booked for the next 2 days. So we thought we would take a ride and one of the Lexus vehicles that are offered with your stay. I called to make an appointment and was told that all the cars were reserved. I checked back several times throughout the day. Because I could not help but notice none of the cars had moved from the time I got up that morning. The last time I checked was four in the afternoon and I was still told all the cars were booked. If you're a person who travels and needs internet. We had no internet at all on our second day at the property. We were told that this is common for the location. Big Sur is a wonderful place to vacation. With many fabulous places to stay. For the price the Post Ranch and did not deliver. When booking my stay. I let them know I was coming for my birthday. Must admit I was a bit disappointed that there was no recognition at all for my birthday

One of the most glorious hotels in the world. Full stop. Worth every penny. The views are sensational. The grounds are majestic. The architecture is stunning. Everyone that works here is lovely. It's beautiful. Highly recommend booking the activities they have set. The hotel has a lot to offer their guests.

My boyfriend and I stayed there one night on 11th of Aug. Every thing was perfect until issues happened, we wrote a feedback to Post Ranch Inn on the email they sent to us, but no one responded. Very disappointing to their customer service. 1) When we arrived, we asked one of the staff to store our two boxes of expensive red wines indoor after they parked our car. Later when we checked out, they did not store our wines, and it was exposed under the sun in the car over 24 hours. 2) During check in, the front desk told us we could reserve a convertible car for a ride before we check out the next day. We had a reservation at 12:30pm (our check out time was 4pm) but no convertible cars were available, the front desk told us there will be one available at 1:30pm and we waited till 2pm, but no cars were available. 3) When we entered our room, we found out the sliding doors were damaged, we called the front desk to fix and they said they will. After dinner, we went back to the room, no one came to fix it. 4) We had our dinner reservation at 8:30pm, when we checked in, we asked the front desk to modify our reservation to 8pm and they did. However, when we arrived at Sierra Mar, one of the female staff told us there's no seat at the moment and asked us to wait, we saw an empty seat for two people when we entered but she did not let us to be seated until after 15 mins. While we're waiting, no one came to greet us and nothing was offered. We walked around to take some pictures, the female staff came to us and asked us not to disturb other guests. Overall, I would still give a 4 star after all these incidents. Post Ranch Inn definitely needs to improve their customer service skills.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What an amazing experience. They think of everything. Champagne, cheese, wine, crackers, a variety of other drinks, even chocolate chip cookies! 2 different basking pools, I had one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. The views are amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough! I don't want to leave!

The Post Ranch Inn is not just a hotel stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. The website does not do justice to what a magnificent hotel the Post Ranch Inn is. If prices seem high, trust me that the property, service, and amenities make it worth it. The sites are essentially little modern houses, lots of privacy, direct ocean views and wooded hills that make you feel immersed in nature. Inside you will find a real wood fireplace with logs already set up for your first fire and relaxing music playing in the background. Relax in your comfortable kind size bed or on the day bed by the window or comfy leather chairs as you enjoy free wine and a cheese platter. The amenities are exceptional; you'll find a well stocked refrigerator that is restocked as many times as you like with cheese, chocolate chip cookies, seed and nuts bars, chips, beer, seltzer, iced coffee drinks, almost all from local small businesses. They've also thought of other amenities you might need, like sunscreen (and yes we had a beautifully warm, sunny day by the pool, so that was much needed!), binoculars, walking sticks, umbrellas. There were even two beautiful steel water bottles that are free to take home as a souvenir. We were extremely impressed. The service is exceptional and matches the fantastic amenities and property. They have Lexus cars that will drive you around, and since I had a back injury, I was incredibly thankful for their kind and prompt service helping us get between the suite and the pool for example. All of the staff is exceptionally attentive, they know who you are, they have your car ready whenever you need it, they have water bottles available to go, the lady at the gift shop noticed right away that I had a disability and offered me a chair. Absolutely everybody was kind, friendly, and ready to help at any time. Room service was very friendly and super fast as well, and we had our breakfast each morning in the room from a lovely picnic basket. Fantastic breakfast selection! The property has so many extras as well, you can book a session with the falconer and get to know their birds, they have exercise like yoga and walks across the trails, we would love to come back and do more of that in the future. Oh and there's also a lap pool for exercise, and a spa. This is truly the hotel experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend it, they make it worth the price, I promise. Unforgettable!

Wanted to come on here to give my utmost compliments to the spa team I’ve encountered during my stay at PRI. Brandon my therapist was AMAZING, he’s easy to talk to, makes you feel relaxed and will adjust to whatever your body’s needs are. Stacey the receptionist has been super sweet and nice—usually receptionists to me are people that I just meet in passing but I can’t forget her because she is actually passionate about her work and tries to get to know the clients during the short time they get to sit in the waiting area (asks where you’re from, how you like your stay, likes/dislikes etc). I know right now the spa is exclusive for the inn’s guests but if it weren’t then I would come back for these two in a drop of a hat. Thank your for a FIVE STAR SPA EXPERIENCE!! I’d give more stars if I could. 👏👏👏

The good: This hotel is one of the most majestic resorts I've ever stayed in. You can find yourself constantly exploring the beautiful forests of redwoods, nature hikes, warm cliff tubs, pool, chef's garden, and of course, the stunning architecture of earth houses and zen wood treehouses. It's just amazing. DEFINITELY enjoyed the room and the view. It can't be beat!! Check out was flawless. Everyone we met working there was VERY nice. Oh, and the warm tubs are open 24 hours!!! The bad: There are a LOT of hills. Walking from the chef's garden or pool back to the room on the cliff was tiresome. They'll pick you up in a courtesy car, so there's an alternative, but just know that the walk can be brutal. The service is sub-par for this caliber of hotel. We ordered drinks at the pool (which they deliver from Sierra Mar), and 45 minutes later, they arrived. That's not exactly a quick turn around (by the time the drinks got there, we had to leave). I can't wait to come back!! I love it here

Expensive I've had much nicer rooms in San Francisco and Vegas your paying for the wilderness bigsur coast experience save your money stay in monterey drive 40 min to bigsur spend the day go back to monterey it's beautiful in monterey or Carmel too

Wow! Words don't do this place justice, pictures don't do this place justice.... Just go!!! This place is a little slice of heaven nestled in the hills of Big Sur. Every detail is thought of ... Everything is absolutely perfect. Inspired design is the only way one can adequately describe this place. Just truly inspired.

Beautiful property with lots of cool activities to do. I went for a walk early one morning and found myself in a foggy redwood cloud forest. Later that day I had clear views from our room's patio of the mountains across the valley. On the other side of the ridge, we could watch the ocean crashing against the rocks. Also, the falconry activity was amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience staff all very helpful. Ocean views plenty.... All the views for that matter. Covid procedures in place and all dining can be delivered to room for those who prefer that. Will be returning at least once a year.

We stayed at Post Ranch Inn from December 30 thru the new year to celebrate our anniversary! This is by far the best property in California and is worth every penny!!! The property is absolutely beautiful! The service is second to none. This is one of the few hotels that provided alternative and safe activities during Covid. They did not use Covid as an excuse to cut corners. We received custom fortune cookies with our names and a personal message. This is also one of the few hotels that has immediately acknowledged our platinum AMEX status and made efforts to secure our benefits. The Allison’s will definitely return!!! We loved our experience!

The scenic views are awesome from the restaurant window when dining.

I love to photograph elopements at Post Ranch!! This location has so much to offer, from their garden, spirit nest and their beautiful forest and rooms.

The tree house had amazing views of both the ocean and the mountains. The food was incredible. Best of all was the falconry demonstration. We learned so much about birds of prey and got to interact with amazing birds.

The Post Ranch Inn is a truly wonderful and unique hotel. The service is unparalleled. The views are stunning. It’s the perfect mix of luxury in a rustic and nature filled setting. The restaurant Sierra Mar is delicious. It’s the perfect place to escape and get lost watching the Sun set over the horizon.

If you want the best location and a true 5 star experience hotel, please check out Post Ranch Inn! You will not regret it. It is GORGEOUS. Everyone in our family LOVE Post Ranch Inn. I would say this is the best hotel in the entire California. Top 3 in the world for sure. =)

Unique magical retreat above the clouds.

By far the most gorgeous, magical place we have ever stayed. We stayed in M Post with breathtaking views of the water and mountains. All staff were smiling and helpful and impeccably professional in all ways. We came to elope and Hana was the most extraordinary wedding planner. It could not have been more beautiful. We are so grateful and will be back again and again. So peaceful. Paradise.

One of the most beautiful places on Earth

Beautiful location and setting. Massively overpriced and food was underwhelming. The sea view rooms were small and unimpressive, the fridge was noisy and the rooms had insufficient blinds so we were woken up at 6am everyday with streams of light. The service was below average - especially for a 5* hotel of that price... Would not go back...

One of the most relaxing places I've ever vacationed. 4 days of rejuvenation in 25 hour stay. Thank you. Until next time.

I fell in love with the view outside of my room. The room itself was very nice, simple but calming to the nerves. I highly recommend that Post Ranch Inn to those people who wants to get away from the city to rest and relax. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The service was spectacular as well. I highly recommend you try and stay at Post Ranch Inn!
