One of the most important wineries in Michigan! We love the tasting glasses, bottles! Very knowledgeable staff!

Got a flight of 7! Decently priced. Lots of seating inside and outside. Was honestly just disappointed in the flavors of the wine - wasn’t a fan of any of the 7 I sampled.

Lovely and large tasting room and area outdoors to enjoy a tasting or a glass of wine. Hubby and I enjoyed the Peach and Honey wine on our honeymoon and came back for another bottle. Also found a new variety that we love -42 Ice Wine! Be sure to ask for a tasting! Decided to join the wine club while we were here so we'll now have free tastings when we go and a variety of wines that we can take home throughout the year.

This winery had a confusing setup for how you ordered your tasting flights and long wait for wine delivery.

Nice outdoor space, average wines for Michigan.. Merlot was the best red, Sparkling also good.

Beautiful grounds. Very family friendly outside. The staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely return! Have to add that 2 years later we still love this place. Paul was so sweet to our kids and made the experience a lot of fun for all of us

Middle aged woman with short grey hair at the front does not have a friendly or welcoming demeanor to be the face at the entrance. The people in front of us was a large party and she quickly rattled off that this was not a restaurant and no one would be serving them. They were just inquiring what the options were. When it was our turn, we asked to do a flight and she quickly said it would be 30min, so my husband asked if it would take 30 min to get a glass of wine. She said no, so we did that. It felt like she wanted us to leave, did not feel welcomed at all. We visited the tasting room in Saugatuck yesterday and had great customer service despite how busy they were. We visited other wineries and had way better customer service. Wine is just ok, so the other wineries may be a better option.

Great atmosphere! Loved the set up, the band, and the wine. Did a tasting for 10.00 you get 7 taste.

We went there for the first time (and now the last) couple months ago and did the tasting of few wines and ended up purchasing several bottles. When we opened one of the cabs at home, it was sour and tasted like vinegar! We opened another and the same. We called and spoke to a manager and she basically said there's nothing she can do! Shameful! Update - 0 stars! The establishment responds and said please contact us so we can make this right, blah, blah, blah. Well, I emailed them per their ask but nothing, no response at all. Please don't try to seem like you care about the bad wine experience if you really don't! 2nd Update - tried the Meritage and it was also swill - total vinegar taste!

We had a blast at the Live Music on Thursday. The charcuterie and pizzas were delicious. The wine was Spot on , too!!!

We came here for my sister’s bachelorette trip this weekend. We had the most amazing time. The private tasting room was decorated beautifully for the bride-to-be and wedding party. The attention to detail was well-appreciated. The charcuterie was delicious. We had the pleasure of having Deb as our party server. She was very friendly and made our experience even better. After our tasting, we bought a couple bottles to enjoy outside with live music and to take pictures. This was the highlight of our weekend. We would definitely come back!

Updated review...Upon a return visit, Fenn Valley made our trip much more enjoyable. They treated us to samplings & a charcuterie for our prior unfriendly experience. We purchased numerous bottles of wine to take home, & a couple of glasses of wine while enjoying their beautiful landscape. Thank you to Sue for coordinating this for us. We enjoyed our 2nd visit. Thank you Fenn Valley! Rented an Airbnb in Fennville, & stopped here with our dog on the way to it. Left my mom & son at a picnic table while my husband & I went in to purchase three flights. My mom & son were chased away from the picnic table by a VERY RUDE staff member as they were getting ready for a private event. We'll take our repeat business to Modales & Michigan Wine Co. when we return this fall.

We went during our girls trip. Much older outdated establishment (which did not bother me). We had a “private” taste testing with Deb! She was great! One of my glasses was missing wine and was also a way smaller pour than my mother and sister in laws. None of the wines really stood out which was unfortunate, but we only tasted 7. I’d go back again to give it another shot.

Linda was amazing helping us to decide which wines we'd enjoy. She spent a lot of time introducing us to different wines in our taste pallets. She was very knowledgeable AND LOADS OF FUN!!! Don't let her get away!!

Great winery with a large variety of wines and ciders to choose from. The facility is well maintained and they have space for larger accommodations.

My partner and I went in for a wine tasting and had the best time! Kim was fantastic. He had so many great stories and told us all about the tasty wine we were trying. We would definitely come back; the experience was fabulous and the wine was unique and delicious!

Hands down my favorite winery. The staff and wide variety of events are awesome. If you’re not a wine club member, it’s worth it to join! Never pretentious, always chill and enjoyable.

Caryl was so kind and helpful. Such a beautiful day and she suggested sitting outside. She even had me try some new wine that I absolutely loved. Got a charcuterie board and it was so wonderful. Highly recommend coming to this place.

The hubby and I have been wine club members here for a while, and absolutely love the wine; BUT we love coming in for a glass because we ADORE the staff. Everyone is so down to earth, and caring, and clearly love what they do - which is introducing the rest of us to the latest and greatest flavor experience Fenn Valley has created. Exhibit A: I tried Meritage a couple times years ago, wasn't a fan. Today, Wendy, Deb and Linda had me try the latest version and I LOVED it. Now my only problem is I don't have enough hours in the day to drink all the wine I'd like to.......Thank you, Fenn Valley!!!!!

Super fun vineyard! Lots of fun places to sit and enjoy the views. Great value wine tasting. We received flight with TEN tastings, it was a great value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Great value! The charcuterie board was excellent and great for sharing (4 people). Very laid back atmosphere, we played cards. The wine was great and you get 7 in a flight so you can really try a variety of wines.

9/27/23 Fenn Valley is one of my favorite places to be. The staff and wine are amazing. I feel like I'm seeing my family every time I walk in. Raquel is always ready with a smile and wine recommendation for me.

We are on the wine club at Fenn Valley and have really enjoyed our visit each time we go. We recently met a new friend Rachel there and she is dynamite. Friendly ,knowledgeable and always has a smile on her face. We love the music as well

We always enjoy this family owned winery. There are a wide variety of wines for every palate and lots of events. The tour of the various vines was very enjoyable and educational!

We met a wonderful woman named Wendy who is a supervisor at Fennville winery. Such a pleasant person to chat with. Made us feel so welcome, seemed like we’ve known her for years. Thank you Wendy for a lovely afternoon.

We had such a wonderful time at the Summer Cook Out. Delicious food - which you can grill on their grills they have set up, or upon request have grilled for you - wonderful music from the live band, and a lovely setting.

Great wine but they spoiled the experience when they wouldn’t sell me one of the little tasting glasses.

Fantastic place for wine tasting at a great price. They have a good selection of wines and hard ciders and they charcuterie...very tasty. The grounds are inviting so you can sit outside( in the shade or in the sun) and sip your wino.

So disappointed with wine…. We did not visit the vineyard but bought from wine shop that only sold Fenn Valley in Saugautuck MI. We bought the Blanc de Blanc after opening bottle it had dark color and was very bitter. . It must of gone bad !! Please put bottling date on label ! Wasted $25.00

Great family owed winery! Anna educated us on the family history. Very knowledgeable on the wines We had great conversations. This was by far the best winery out of the 3 we went to this weekend. Will go back so we can do the tour on a dry day!

My husband and I had a blast learning about Michigan wine with Wendy here! It was a very relaxed and fun experience with some great treats to take home.

Came here as one of our stops during a winery tour we took for my bachelorette. The set up was absolutely amazing and made me feel so special as the bride. Our server, Deb, was AMAZING and made the experience that much better!!! Thank you!!

This is the best vineyard in the area. You will not want to miss this one. This vineyard has a great variety of wines. There is something for everyone. The prices are reasonable compared to the other wineries. Our tasting guide Wendy was awesome. She was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful experience and all the awesome wines we bought home to enjoy.

I visited the winery and did wine tasting with my boyfriend, as I’m a new wine club member, and we really loved Wendy! She was knowledgeable and informative and we had a great conversation. It was a really amazing experience. Can’t wait to go back again! The wine I took home is delicious, but honestly, there were so many I enjoyed during the tasting that it was hard to choose.

Did a guided wine tasting with Ann and had so much fun! She and the other staff were so fun to chat with, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would love to go again!

My wife and I absolutely love Fenn Valley Vineyards. Several years ago, while visiting Frankenmuth, MI, we tried the most delicious wine ever- Peach & Honey. Although private labeled for Frankenmuth, when we read the bottle, it revealed that this delicious wine was produced on the west side of Michigan at Fenn Valley Vineyards. Ever since then, we have been making an annual pilgrimage to Fenn Valley Vineyards to stock up on this heavenly nectar and several of their other wines. During our 2019 visit to Fenn Valley Vineyards, we noticed some RV’s parked out in the fields and asked the staff what that was all about? That was our first introduction to Harvest Hosts and from there our story took another fork. Later that year, my wife and I decided to build out our own campervan so we could travel around and visit amazing wineries such as Fenn Valley Vineyards and other Harvest Hosts locations. In 2020 our van build was completed and hit the road. Visiting Fenn Valley Vineyards has been an annual tradition for us and now we do so in the luxury of our adventure van on wheels. There is nothing like sleeping at your favorite winery and waking up to views like the attached. When visiting, you will find the staff to be very friendly, beautiful vineyards, and the most delicious tasting wine. Once parked in the fields for the evening, make your way to the wine cellar for a tasting, grab yourself a charcuterie board, and stock up on your favorite wines. Pro Tips: 1) Sign up for the Fenn Valley Vineyards newsletter on their website to stay informed about events and specials. You will often find a coupon for $5.00 off in the newsletter. 2) When you purchase a case of more of wine, there is usually an additional discount. 3) Bring yourself some cinnamon sticks. Heat us some Peach & Honey wine in a small pot (on low) with a cinnamon stick for 20 mins and you will discover yet another way to enjoy the best wine ever.

Fenn Valley Vineyard did an amazing job for my daughters bridal shower. The host Deb helped with all the details. Awesome wine tastings and service. Well worth the money. Recommend this place to everyone.

I am so disappointed...while I like their wine...I wanted to send a special favorite to a friend in Florida and twice now they received cherry wine instead of what I request both times which was cranberry....the first time I ordered online and they filled the order wrong ...the 2nd time I called and they still got it wrong!!!!

Loved their outdoor seating with a band playing. Bought a bottle of wine, 2 ciders and ordered their charcuterie board... which was amazing. We took everything outside and enjoyed the band. Definitely will be back

Fenn Valley has some really good wines. Great venue. Delicious charcuterie. We took the vinyard tour and enjoyed tasting the grapes along with the wine from that grape. Aaron was a lot of fun and taught us so much during our tour. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family owned winery! We had a lot of fun on the wine tour and seeing the production facilities. The wines we sampled during the tour wasn’t 100% my tastes but that’s ok I love trying new things and learning! I also love that we got to keep the tasting glasses. Tour was fairly priced as well! After the tour, we did additional tastings at the bar and that was a good way to figure out which wines to bring home! If only I lived closer! I would totally come back next time I’m in town.

No sense of customer service. Instructions are somewhat confusing. Long wait time ( 40 min) to get served. Go elsewhere if you want a better wine tasting experience. Definitely will not come back

Went for our first ever wine tasting and had a lot of fun. The charcuterie board was delicious and we found a lot of specialty wines that we enjoyed.

Another great Michigan Winery indeed! I visited this winery with a friend years ago and was very impressed then. Now it has evolved into an extra cool place to enjoy great wines and other fine drinks(good food also). We will definitely be visiting again! You have give this fine establishment a check out!!!

Just a well appointed facility with fun events from wine tasting to wine maker dinners. Music in the vineyard has a great relaxing and shaded area to listen to music.

Lowbrow vineyard with a terrible tasting room ambiance. It looks like an old country diner inside with fluorescent lighting. The wines are ok - the Zweigelt is good and the ice wine is pleasant - but most of them are sweetened with sugar to please a casual and uncomplicated drinking palate. Their ciders were very good and the people were extremely nice, but they were not at all sophisticated in their tasting notes and the guided tasting was nothing special. Maybe good if you’re a casual Midwestern wine taster but if you’re used to Napa or Sonoma tastings, definitely skip it.

Made a day trip up there. 3hour 25 min. drive. $10 to taste 7 wines from a big list is a fair price. Most I tried exceeded expectations, especially the Pinot Grigio, Meritage and Cabernet Sauvignon. I bought just short of a case. Tasting room staff was somewhat pre-occupied at times and although my eventual barista was friendly, the person who greeted me at the tasting counter was not.

We reserved a spot for wine tasting online. It was $10 per person and we got our own table and 7 tastings. It also comes with a $5 off coupon when you buy 4 bottles of wine. We ordered the charcuterie which was a great deal for how much food you get, and yummy! Also, there was live music on the lawn and great prices on the glasses of wine! Beautiful place! Definitely will be going again!

Visited in-person years ago when I first turned 21 for a tour and tasting, and some of their wines have stuck with me since that lovely experience. Recently I ordered an assorted case online (super speedy shipping for those who wonder) and one bottle arrived with a cracked seal and it was leaking. I called their customer service number and they had a fresh bottle sent out in no time. Good thing too- it was a bottle of Vino Blanco and it's a new favorite for summer! Thank you again to the wonderful staff! I will be visiting again in-person whenever I can.

Spent the weekend with my lovely wife at Black River Inn B&B and ventured to Fenn Valley Winery. Came away with a few samples (cases!) of what we enjoyed from our tastings. Oh my, just shared a bottle of Port with my daughter (intending only to enjoy one glass each). I'll have to keep track at this point so as to not run out! We'll be back to enjoy your wonderful wines. We very much enjoyed our visit to Fenn Valley. Rhonda was so nice and helpful. We had a tasting. Good wines. Ended up buying a bottle of the one Rhonda recommended. The tasting room and the views outside are lovely. We had the charcuterie board and it was AMAZING with LOADS of goodies. It was lunch for both of us.

Friendly service and good selection of wines

A group of friends and I went here as part of a bachelorette weekend. The grounds are just beautiful, the wine and spritzers I tried were phenomenal - the whole experience was great. Kim helped us; he made excellent recommendations, was friendly, and made great conversation with us even though it was packed!

A suggestion from my boss' wife. They had an event but we were still able to do a wine tasting at the 'bar'. Denise assisted us and she was very pleasant. We tried 7 different samples (technically 14, 7 each) and had some hits and misses. We did bring 4 bottles home with one being a gift for the suggesty. Nice experience and some decent wines.

This was my second visit to Fenn Valley Vineyards as a Harvest Host guest. Not only was the cider and pinot grigio fantastic (careful, wine in cans is dangerous), I had the run of the vineyard with my pups. Even better was the hospitality of Jackie who let me stay an extra night so I could get to a mechanic on the Monday. Beyond that, she arranged for Eric, one of the vineyard mechanics, to take a look at my camper in the morning. Eric was great! He took time to diagnose the problem and searched for local mechanics to get me back on the road. Wonderful place and wonderful people! I'll be back and so will my friends. Thank you!

There are a lot of cider places around Fennville and I think I've tried them all. But Fenn Valley's cider is the one I come back to. Best of them all.

We always love to visit the vineyards when we're in town. I believe they have the best Michigan wines and never, ever skip the chance to take a tour!
