Lots of ice cream flavors and fun options.

I have been wanting to find an ice cream place that my daughter mostly would love. From the warm welcome, to the service we were provided throughout our first visit was really remarkable. It's the small things. I feel terrible that I did not catch her name, but, the girl that helped us was amazing and went through dietary restrictions so easily because I am gluten free. I am so thankful she was there and we 100% already fell in love with this place. Thank you for the visit and we will be back for sure. Salted Caramel Turtle + Stellar Coffee Shake was an awesome mix!

Love the ice cream. Had a stamp card didn't know they stop taking them, but still didn't stop us. Enjoy the ice cream and service we get. Ty

Yummy handmade ice cream hand dipped. I highly recommend if you enjoy real ice cream, milkshakes and malts. In house made waffle cones.

Great little ice cream shop. The inside and outside is very unassuming and seating is limited. The shop setup is very simple, but the selection of ice cream and flavored cones were top notch. I got a lavender cone, which FYI does indeed taste like you're eating a bouquet of lavender but in the best way, just be prepared. I got a scoop of blueberry cheesecake and "C" is for cookie, beware the coloring in the "C" is for cookie will stain your mouth, teeth, hands, and basically anything it comes into contact with, it was delicious but I do not recommend this flavor unless this is your last stop for the night. It will also..ahem..dye any subsequent number 2's a bright and alarming shade of green so just be aware of that too.

I'm crazy about the midnight dark chocolate, incredibly intense taste of chocolate that it's better to just take 1 scoop, you might be tempted to get more straight away because it's so good

OMG Best ice cream shop. Very kind young man helped us. Hubby had a massive banana split. I got a sundae, with butterscotch ice cream and cherry ice cream with caramel sauce. I won’t eat anything else till morning. This place is way better than Dairy Queen. Highly recommend them.

The kid behind the counter was alone and ran the place like it was his. This kid needs a raise. So nice/ no complaints, attitude and showed gratitude for our business.

A little hidden jewel in Lakeland off of Duff Rd. Can be a little expensive, but a nice treat from time to time. Military friendly

Ice cream was mediocre. Service wasn't terrible, but honestly, there are far better ice cream places in lakeland.

This place has the best icecream in central Florida for sure! They have a ton of different flavors and make the waffle cones in house, seriously good! The staff is always super friendly and smiling, and they are super accommodating! I only go there for the mint mouse track - 12/10 ice cream spot!

Amazing ice cream! Unbelievably amount of flavors. So so good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

When they first opened they kept good stock of the top 5 flavors, but sadly anymore when you go in on a fri or sat night after dinner they 'always run out'. I think we've given up on the spot.

We have been here multiple time and each time has been a great experience. There are so many flavors to chose from! The people are ALWAYS friendly. Tonight the two teens working were so funny and sweet! Their mamas should be proud and the owners should be tooo!

The shop is supposed to be open right now, and no one is here. It's 2/17/23 @ 3:30 pm. Drove out of our way to stop, with two excited little kids.

WHERE Do I start? 1- Great location 2- Family owned and great operators and staff 3-Staff is a-mazing!!! 4-Allergy friendly 5- LOTS to choose from. If you cant find something, you are too picky. 6- Awesome sundaes & specials 7-I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN LAKELAND RUN.... dont walk. THE BEST PERIOD!!!!

Excellent service from the employees. My favorite was Gavin he was so kind and helpful with picking out my two flavors. The red velvet cake was amazing definitely will be returning to try more flavors.

They consistently update their menu with new flavors and seasonal deserts. I even follow their Facebook account to keep up with their menu!

Dairy free ice cream is very good. I had the Cookies N Crunch which is made with Coconut Milk.

This ice cream shop has the most flavors I've seen in one place. They also have an amazing array of house-made flavored cones. I found a new favorite ice cream flavor - spumoni in a lavender cone!! My family loved it, and we're definitely going back soon.

I love this ice cream shop! The staff is friendly and I’ve never had to wait long for good service. They switch flavors regularly so you can never get bored of the menu. I tried ice cream nachos today and they were AMAZING!

Delightful ice cream place! Truely one of my fav local spots. The employees are always so kind and are very good at giving out recommendations I'm lactose intolerant but they had a pretty decent amount of flavors for me to choose from and the employee who was helping me let me sample a few to get what I'd be happiest with💛

Took my daughter out for a Valentine's date and it was just what we needed. This was such a fun place tucked away in the strip mall. When I say "fun", I'm talking "bubble gum" ice cream from back in the day and "C is for Cookie" cookie dough ice cream as blue as the cookie monster 🤣 I did find some ice chips in my ice cream, but that just reminded me of the ice cream I used to get at camp grounds growing up so it actually didn't bother me at all. With that being said, the ice cream was actually NOT icy believe it or not. Also, I think it's important to add how fairly priced this place is! Extremely affordable, even when adding toppings!

Lakeland ice cream is by far the best place for ice cream in Polk county, the young man isaac was absolutely very helpful and respectful even with a busy crowd working by himself he did well, and most importantly no one bothered me about a mask as other places in the area, this is what Florida is about FREEDOM.

Lots of different options, and loved the different waffle cone flavors. My kids got a coffee ice cream & Cookie Monster ice cream Both enjoyed it, the girl working was really nice and quick. Thanks, will definitely be back.

This is how I remember Baskin-Robbin in the old days when they offered 31 flavors of ice cream. Every flavor we have tasted at Lakeland Ice Cream so far has been excellent.

*Edited* I've been a consistent customer since opening and love their product. After a poor service experience, I was forced to use social media and alternative areas to expose the issue. As a result, Lakeland Ice Cream did reach out and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I am grateful to see a business address and correct their shortfalls and strive to grow their crew and business through the inevitable problems that arise in such a field. I highly recommend their product and business. You will become addicted to this ice cream too.
