The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly, personalble, and accommodating . The atmosphere had beautiful scenery , the beach was clean and the facility was quaint.

Today was our first time trying this gem and let me say that the food was a 10/10! My husband got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I got the shrimp bahn mi (pictured). He wouldn’t stop talking about how good their ranch was. The shrimp and veggies on my sandwich were delicious. We also got the empanada which was filled to the brim with cheese and delicious seafood! I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.

My husband and I stopped here after a ride on the bike. We loved the outdoor seating area and the view. The menu offers typical lunch items like sandwiches and hotdogs. Our food was good, but I feel like my tater tots were a little overcooked for taste. We will be sure to stop here again after a ride to try more items from the menu and their dessert specials.

Found LB's by accident. Beautiful back road location on a lake in the pines. Small accommodating menu, friendly service, and a great location. If I lived here LB's would be a regular thing!

Amazing summer spot for delicious food and lake access. Beautiful freshwater beach for swimming, padddleboats, sunbathing and patio meals. Can't wait to go back again next summer!

Great little place hidden in the pine barrens. The corn fritters were amazeballs as were the coconut shrimp tacos.

What a hidden gem! We found this place today while out on a motorcycle ride and stopped for lunch. It was delicious! We loved sitting outside and can’t wait to go back!

We sat out on the deck and enjoyed a little breeze and the relaxing view of Belhaven Lake. Boats were sailing by and swimmers were enjoying the coolness of the water. Our food was brought out to us to enjoy. I had the fried shrimp basket. The basket contained 6 nice sized shrimp fried crispy and served nice and hot with crisp seasoned waffle fries. I had a choice of sauces. I chose cocktail sauce. My husband and son both enjoyed the fried flounder sandwich on grilled Texas toast with crispy seasoned waffle fries. The flounder was crispy and tasty and a nice size. The sandwiches also were service with your choice of sauce. The tarter sauce as well as the aioli sauce were both winners. The food was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing. As you could tell by the many cars in their parking lot, this is a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. They even had live music to listen to while we enjoyed our lunch. We Highly recommend LB’s Lunchbox.

Sometimes 5 stars are not enough. This place is fantastic. The food is good and not too pricey. The location on a small lake is picturesque. The staff is super friendly and went out of their way to make my dog feel welcome and even offered to bring her a treat and a bowl of water. The landscaping in spot on as well. If I'm ever in the area, im definitely coming back.

LB's is absolutely fantastic. Was so excited that I only managed to stop and take a picture after I'd eaten half of everything. The flavors are all rounded and delicious. And I'm so happy to have a local place that offers soooo many unique vegetarian dishes!

What a great find in the middle of Wharton! You may not have signal on your phone, but you'll have a great meal. I had tasty corn fritters and a "crab cake" hollandaise on an English muffin that was made from artichoke hearts and tasted as good as the real crab I had the other day at a fancy steakhouse. Great service, too. And don't forget to check out the local art cards for sale. I'm definitely going back. If only they could be open year round!

A BYO in the heart of the pines with lots of vegetarian options?! Is this real life?! The food is delicious and affordable, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere (and music) is super chill. I drive over an hour to get here and always leave happy. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing food, ambience, and service! Not only can you enjoy lakefront seating, but the food is absolutely delicious as well. We appreciated the thoughtfully prepared vegetarian options and unique desserts that were incredibly fresh and clearly of high quality. All employees were very kind and friendly as well. Don't miss this place for a memorable meal!

Beautiful location with a family friendly menu that has plenty of higher end options. Ample outdoor seating. Come for the hot food and stay for the ice cream.

The Coconut Shrimp were Great, as well as the sauce to dip them in. Also Oatmeal Cookie with Rum Raisin Ice Cream Sandwich was Fantastic! Would Recommend Highly

So wonderful to not only have a place in the pines that offers delicious food, but also accommodates all sort of dietary needs. There are plenty of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options and a very handy sheet to help you figure out how to make something on the menu fit your need (ie, what sauces can be removed from a dish to make it vegan). My husband and I are currently in love with the tempeh tacos--perfectly seasoned and the fresh tomatillo sauce is perfection! Love the outdoor dining area overlooking the water, and appreciate how friendly the owner has been the past couple times we've visited. Most definitely will be a new summer spot!

Love supporting this small business. Food is great and interesting. Menu focus is on sandwiches and baskets based on seafood (crab, clams, salmon, etc). Great quality food. Some vegan options available too such as black bean burner and tempeh tacos. The menu isn't extensive but isn't exclusively seafood. There are your lunch style standards such as hot dogs BLT, and grilled cheese to make a few. Staff is super friendly and would continue to go back just for that. For those so inclined, there always a new deserts as well. If you're in the area LB's Lunchbox is well worth checking out.
