I was so excited to try Cafe Clementine after many have raved about it. I was even more thrilled to surprise my spouse by bringing home one of their special cherry pies they have right now. Unfortunately, we ended up not eating it after only a few bites in because we bit down on not 1, not 2, but 3 cherry pits. Each bite had cherry pits. Am I crazy or is this extremely dangerous?! Not only are cherry pits painful to bite and can break a tooth but they have cyanide in them. I thought it was an unfortunate fluke the first bite to get one and then was shocked that I bit into them in each subsequent bite. I will say that the other pastries we had as well as my matcha tea were delicious, but the entire experience was ruined by the pie and pits. What a bummer, and totally avoidable. Especially for the price. Oof. So bummed and a lawsuit waiting to happen for a chipped tooth.

Cute cafe inside the art museum. The food and desserts were very nice! The cream filled croissant was beautiful and delightful! The sauce on the breakfast sandwich was delicious! The lavender London fog was lovely! My husband enjoyed the avocado toast. It has a nice kick.

I took my dad to Cafe Clementine's on Father's Day for lunch. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich and we both enjoyed it. I'm told that the bread and salad are both made by Vince. He truly but his foot in it! 10/10

The wait was 30 minutes for the food, but it was so so good. Inside the museum, but that contributes further to the atmosphere. The chicken salad sandwich and brioche were amazing.

There’s no way to describe how amazing these bakers are. Imagine the sugar-spun crispy outside of the best donut you’ve ever had being folded multiple times into itself and then stuffed with a creative cream. Come on!

I love this place more than anything! I've tried popular bakeries in New York City and they do not even compare to what Cafe Clemintine has to offer. Their attention to detail is spectacular and everything is so aesthetically pleasing. They also switch up their line up often so there is always something new to try! Some of my favorites are the strawberry milk croissant, double baked rose raspberry rose croissant, the crunchy coffee cream puff. A Gem in the Tampa Bay Area

I visited Cafe Clementine today in hopes that I would have an incredible experience. Unfortunately, I arrived later than expected due to traffic and I was about 30 minutes from closing time. The line was long but it gave me time to really decide what I wanted. I asked the cashier if there were any espresso latte options but she told me there wasn’t, only cold brew. I decided to give it a shot and ordered their Salted Honey cold foam cold brew. I also ordered the chocolate chip coffee cake and the chocolate hazelnut croissant. Both are DELICIOUS. The only item I did not like at all was the cold brew coffee. It was bitter and much saltier than I expected. I wish I had the time to speak to the cashier about disliking the cold brew but they were closing up and I didn’t want to make a fuss. Maybe next time I will try a matcha or lemonade. I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely little cafe with great pastries and more. Few things bring me more joy than a good almond croissant in the morning and this is definitely a place to find one. You do not have to pay to get access to the cafe. They have a nice quaint atmosphere and will be back to try more!!

This is a little gem of a cafe nestled nicely within the Museum of Fine Arts. You can enter off the front or the back, and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. The bakery is the star of the show for you, with great sandwiches as well. We ordered the egg salad sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich. Both were tasty, and the sourdough bread was baked perfectly. We also ordered some pastries and a lemon meringue tart. These are quite nice as well. The one gripe is that the iced tea is served in an 8 ounce plastic cup with 6 ounces of ice. 2 ounces of iced tea is an absolute miss in every sense of the word as no refills are given. Please fix this by giving larger cups, especially at the high price point. We paid $63 for two sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 pastries and a cookie, so this is not cheap at all.

By the looks of it, we didn’t think much of the cafe when we walked in. We noticed the counter was small but filled with fresh pastries. The line was long and the tables were pretty filled but it was a Saturday morning. We got a few items to share & then after we finished, we walked around the museum. We expected more coffee options but the cold brew was good! The pastries were delicious. The only thing that would’ve made them better is if they were slightly warmed. Overall a great experience.

Edible Poetic Masterpieces. That's what you can expect at Clementine's, nestled within the Museum of Fine Art. The flavors, the textures, the presentation, every seen-to detail. We frequent, and have never been disappointed. Every pastry is a harmonious composition, paying homage to the season in which its flavors are inspired. The carefully curated lo-fi music brings a dreamy vibe, along with the chatter of patrons in the echoey hall, which seems to shimmer in the morning's natural light, beaming it's way through all of the glass. You'll feel like you're dreaming from the first bite to the last.

Best bakery hands down in all of St. Pete. A genuine hidden gem. I’ve been multiple times and here are a few items I have gotten. Their pastries are exquisite. They mail the basics. There are one or two croissants where there was so much filling and toppings, it buried the delicate butteriness of our beloved pastry. Their breakfast items are lovely and lunch is great too. Drinks aren’t Bad and the decor is posh in a museum. Find them inside Museum of Fine Arts in DT St.Pete. Hours Thursday - Sunday 9 am - 3 pm You won’t be disappointed you stopped here.

I would give 5 stars but they wouldn’t let me go upstairs to use the bathroom with the baby changing table in it. The bathrooms down stairs did not have changing tables in them, only the bathrooms upstairs. Not sure why they wouldn’t let me go up to change him. The food on the other hand is nothing like anything else st.pete has to offer. I got a cornflake cookie, a passion fruit cheesecake pastry, the cornbread breakfast special of the week, the yogurt with granola and the breakfast sandwich with sausage. All were absolutely out of this world! The cornbread breakfast had such deep rich flavors. The breakfast sandwich had elevated flavors and the pastries were unique. It was very crowded when we went. It was counter service and only 1 person was working the register. She was fast, knowledgeable and kind. I’ll be coming back for sure to try more things.

WOW!! Did I mention wow?!?! We came in late morning on a Sunday. We had initially stopped at another local spot that was well reviewed. We left underwhelmed and wanting something else. Found this hidden gem on Google Maps. Upon approaching the cafe counter, my husband and I were delighted by the array of sweet and savory items in the display case. They have additional items on their menu. Zeric (sorry if misspelled) gave us a few recommendations. My hubby picked the carrot cake croissant and I picked the BLT with avocado, house aioli on housemade focaccia. Both were ON POINT!!! Both were so full of flavor - even the tomatoes on the sammie (a tough feat in FL!). Jamie (the manager) came out from the kitchen and had asked us how things were and we told her our honest opinion. We will be adding this spot to our foodie list that share with our clients, friends & family. Support local small businesses!! Cannot wait to come back!!

This charming cafe inside the Museum of Fine Arts is a gem. Amazing French pastries and desserts with delicious breakfast/ lunch options.
