This is how my thin pizza just arrived. This is unacceptable. This place should be closed. The staff is always super rude, but this out of normal. This was intentional. Free delivery from hell.

Is a pizzeria without sitting a sitting area but in a nice small shopping center and at the time of my visit the employees were kind very helpfull. The pizza is good and the prices are great. $6 for a large pizza right out off the oven?? Anywhere else that would run you $20 or more... If you are having a get-together with friends or pizza night with your family, keep this little ceasears in mind it.

Horrible, immature customer service .. And very dirty store for the amount of people working in there, clearly they are only there to have fun , on the companies dime.......... The manager was very unbothered by the amount of people waiting and watching them play around, her attitude was all over her face..

Tell yall workers to wake up. Extremely uninviting atmosphere.

Worst place ever undercooked pizza. Update just got another gross pizza and this one is worse than the last. I can't even eat it and paid more than $20 for it.

Florence is a condescending human being. How is talking down to a customer, customer service? The customer got to the location 20 minutes past the time the order should've been ready. The employee lied about the customer being late more than an hour and gave attitude for what purpose we don't know. Very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting behavior. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Too much is going on, and then you got to deal with such situations.

Normally I can pick up my order and go with satisfaction. on this one particular day they were extremely busy than usual. The customer was very upset. And I could relate. Things started to escalate. So a member of the team in the back preparing the pizzas stepped in to assist the order taker. He acted very professional and showed concern for the angry customer as well as taken some pressure off the order taker . And through it all orders were being filled from on line pickup to door dash and Walk in. I happened to be a walk that day and was craving a thin crust pizza. Seeing they were so busy I opted for a ready to go instead. But I had to wait because it was going to be about a 10-15 minute wait. But I didn't mind. I enjoyed watching them do their work and hold it together . No customer walked out without an order that day. It would have been nice if there were two order takers instead of one that day. But applause to the team worker that stepped up 🥰💯🙏🏽.

I ordered something last night they made my order and have it to someone I waited for my food for 40 minutes and all they did was apologize and give me a refund which I'm still waiting for

A lil busy, but I didn't mind. I helped 2 Uber/doordash drivers get the order, just cause.

All I wanted for my pregnancy craving was crazy puffs. The marinara sauce I paid extra for had actual mold on it 🤢. I’m glad I noticed before my hunger took over! It was really difficult to decide if I should eat the puffs anyway (without the sauce) as I convinced myself they are cooked. They were good but thanks for trying to feed a pregnant lady mold… also check your products before that happens to someone else.

This is literally the worst little Caesars the is in operation (except it shouldn't be). Staff is awful, they could care less about you. "Out of dough" half the time. Don't answer the phone, in fact you can watch them pick up and hang up while you're there. Just awful

I just left this location and my food was ready on time and was great. The reason I’m giving one star is because the a/c is broke and you have them poor employees in there working in what felt like hell! Owner of this franchise should be in there sweating just like them employees. This is Florida, it was 95 degrees today! Shut the place down until the a/c is fixed. I will go by there tomorrow and if the a/c isn’t fixed or the store isn’t closed I WILL have the news stations there and I will make it go viral! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Love the food, We try to get something different each time to make each time a unique pizza experience. My favorite is deep dish with chicken, pineapple, onions and green peppers. I always get extra marinara l like to dip pizza in the sauce. Great prices, great food!

Owners need to keep up with the employees. Hire more, promote from within. Great service and great food.

I didn't order online in I came in and picked it up. It was not the rice stuff that I ordered. So I called customer service and are complained. And never heard anything about it. Will never returned back to this Little Caesars ever given life.

Great customer service. The pizza is way better than you would think. Everything outside of the hot and ready is worth the money. You can tell them I sent you.

2:10 pm, January 15th 2024. Had a guy who helped us order a good combo within our budget and even gave us a few cookies for our cousins. Great dude, made us feel welcome and was extremely friendly.

This place was so packed and they were so slow, I ended up leaving and getting a refund.

I'm here visiting Florida and decided to order some pizza. I chose this location since it's the closest to where I'm staying while here in Orlando. The service was fast, and my order was ready timely, but I opened the pizza and noticed that this location cares nothing about peesentation. My pizza was literally thrown together. I have never been served a pizza looking like this from Little Caesars before.

Delicious pizza, very good service, quiet atmosphere

Wish 0 stars was an option here. Ordered a couple of items tried their new Calzony and the meat was rubbery and disgusting, threw most of it out. Worse though was the pretzel crust, they literally gave me a regular pizza crust and sprinkled pretzel salt on it. Didn’t realize until after I got home and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the store phone I had a manager first tell me it looks that way because of the amount of baking soda they used and when I wasn’t buying that she said they got a new vendor for the crust and that’s why it looked like that but promised it was pretzel and didn’t offer anything to fix it. I called corporate customer service and was promised to get a call back from an area manager/store owner in 1-2 days, 10 days later nothing. No pretzel bread looks like this and the crust had zero taste to it besides the salt. Needles to say most of this food found its way to the trash, such a waste of my money and terrible service on top of it

I highly do not recommend this location. The owners have let A new general manager named Ray Run the store and Ever since it has become a disaster. Never hot and ready. He does not do his job and he has 0 understanding for customers . I’ve seen him personally disrespect and verbally abuse Staff In a very rude manor. He smokes cigarettes in front of the store front as well . Not a very good look for the manager of the store. 0/10 I LOVED THIS LOCATION BEFORE RAYMOND WAS HIRED. The young gentlemen Greg is a great manager he’s always Been a great employee and so has the young man Lawrence , kudos to you guys ! Keep up the great work , thank you !

I aaked for a stuff crust chesse pizza and a regualr pepperoni pizza they gave me a stuff crust pepperoni and a regular chesse the lady had and attitude with us and it took 35 minutes to make our food.

We ordered online at 8:28pm we arrived at 8:40pm for pick up to find out they haven't even started our order. The employees moved slow and seem to only be making 1 pizza at a time as we did not receive our pizza till 9:05pm. We were at the park all day and wanted to quickly get our order and go home but we had to wait in line for an order that was ordered ahead of time with an estimated completion time of 8:41 -8:51 we will not be coming back to this store

Dasher stole my entire order!!! He never showed with my order and me and my kids have to starve tonight because literally that $20 I spent and oh also his $5 tip out of that $20 was all we had!!! You will get your karma and to all you families please do not order from this store through door dash the store does not pick up calls or care they just say to you oh they do that here all the time smfh unbelievable!!!!

I came in to order a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza that’s all. why is the cashier telling me the one cook doesn’t want to make it and he had to ask him if he can make it? Very disappointed. Yesterday at around 8 pm came in to the store to order pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread. Waited for almost 10 minutes, got home to find out we were given plain cheese pizza...and what happened to crazy bread? It is size of a french fry now, putting them together to make og crazy bread size, u maybe get 2 bread sticks for 4.50$. Very disappointed, as were craving little caesars for a while, and being charged for something and to get plain thing..will stay away now..

I got pizza made wrong and when called. Told I saw it was wrong but I sent it out anyway. When asked to get new pizza told contact door dash there was nothing they could do about it. Even though they admitted to being wrong did nothing to fix problem will never order from here again do not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service

Took way too long for one pizza and cheese bread while they served quite a few people that came in after us. Several people came in for their online order that was sitting in the box but staff wasn't putting in their codes so they could pick up and go. One prep cook came in from outside and immediately started handling pizzas with bare hands. We have been here when the owner is here and you can't ask for better service but unfortunately they are extremely disorganized and unsanitary when management isn't present.

It's very hard to not get a burnt cheese, but they try. Food ok.

The kids enjoyed their pizza. I didn't know about the order online option, and will give that a try next time. We got 2 hot and ready pepperoni, amd some crazy bread. Even tried the white peach ginger ale. Great pizza night for the family for a reasonable price.

Had a migraine so I called for delivery... big mistake. Half the order was missing and then they wouldn't answer the phone at the store. Had to drive in to get what I paid too much for. In fees and delivery tips around $11 extra. Do not use this site. A bunch of lazy people just getting a pay check.

Today is national Pizza day well Lil' Ceasars do not have any incentives or specials on this day. They are not answering their phones or anything, but the place is packed people steady coming in to pick up. There is a new manager I believe his customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

Their app said that my order was completed. I walked in and nothing was ready. The manager came around and was snacking while he “talked” to me. No eye contact. No responses. He yelled to the kitchen if my order was in the oven. They yelled, “no”. The manager just walked into the kitchen. My order went through the oven. He put it in the hot box and said I’m good. Twenty minutes just standing there after the app said my food was ready. I’m 100% they say it’s ready to keep a quota. I messaged their website and have gotten no response in over a week.

The worse delivery service. My order was incomplete and I sent an email to the company and they never had the decency of replying my email complaint. I tried to call the store and of course no answer. Then I called the number for the customer service. I left a message and still waiting for the call back. I won’t recommend none of these places from this company to anyone in this world.

This is one of the best Little Caesars I have been to.

Great pizza fast service and good chicken wings.

The only thing this place has going for them is the bald manager (sorry, he always says his name but I forget). I'm in here 5 nights a week and the girls at the register are always clueless. Then the manager steps in and makes sure all is well. If I don't see him, I contemplate getting my kids something else to eat - but they just love Little Cesar's.

The manager Alvin is a beast, he makes me come back to this specific store cause I know when hes there my food is going to be made properly and actually be hot. This man needs to be acknowledged by the company and given the opportunity to have a store.
